When im in a hurry I can place an online order and its ready within 30 minutes. Most locations have the drive up area and wait time varies. Thing may cost a little more but there is never a hassle getting to items or in stock or in check out.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Last month I submitted a new script & told it was early. They'd remind me when it could be filled. For weeks I keep getting reminders saying I have a prescription that needs a refill. They probably discarded the early prescription. Another prescription was out of stock without giving me a hint when it would be restocked. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAD HAPPENED. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing.
I'm not much on product reviews. But my foot was killing me to a point I would try anything. Decided to give this a try. Ill say this product worked like a champ along with a pair of Skechers arch support go walk shoes.

The worst wallgreens. The worst pharmacy very unpleasant pharmacists. One of the managers who is very rude and despotic. The cashiers don't even say hello good afternoon. That's why I'm already changing my prescription to another store. That when have 2.2 stars

I just had back surgery and had a script at the pharmacy and the text said it was eligible for same day delivery with a fee. So I paid it. Received a text saying it would arrive by 7pm. I called the number provided and was told they have no control if they are picked up or not because they outsource the delivery. He told me sometimes they don't pick up for delivery for days. But you advertise same day? And charge for it. So, I have to suffer in pain because of Walgreens.

Walgreens Broadway 94 St,New York, NY. This location is horrible. I was falsely accused of stealing by cashier and security guard. I was asked to remove items from my pockets in front of customers and Staff in store. I came in to redeem bottle returns. Bottle machine is in front of store. According to suvillance camera I never entered any aisle of store. This was very humiliating and cause severe mental illness. Until this day nobody want to accept responsibility not apologizing or didn't show up for court to answer complaint. This store staff are treating customers in a reckless manner and falsely accusing them of stealing especially African Americans. This is unacceptable and everyone should be treated equally. Always treat people the way you want to be treated. Should be ashamed of yourself how I was treated. Stop the discrimination with shoppers.: :(( ((( This has caused so much harm to my health and quality of life.: :(( (

Due to damage to lumbar region of back, I occasionally use oxicodone for pain relief. My doctor submitted prescription for 60, wich will last for 6 months. 5 days later I am told they are out and have no idea when it will be in. I can order jelly beans from Amazon and immediately know when they will arrive

I received a notification that my thyroid medicine was ready to pick up. I went through the drive through at 12:30 pm and they proceeded to look for it for 10 minutes. They still couldn't find it. They said they would keep looking and if they didn't find it they'd restock it. I received a call at 2 pm saying they refilled it. I went there at 5 pm and once again they couldn't find it. Ten minutes went by and they finally found it. This has to be one of the most incompetent Walgreen's stores I've ever been to! This isn't the first time they've messed up with my family either! I am DONE going to any Walgreens store for my prescriptions. Jamie, the pharmacist, really should get her pharmacy technicians into shape. I'm embarrassed for you! Store #3713...the WORST Walgreens I've ever been to!

Never in my life have I seen a bad pharmacy let me tell you look on face book they are never open only m-f from 9am till 5 pm lunch from 130 till 2 pm! They are roud! Close down 340 Brittain rd Wallgreens!

The Walgreens in Jamestown Tennessee filled my prescription with the wrong medication which could have almost killed me, and the pharmacist won't admit it, and refuses to let me look at the camera footage of who filled my prescription!. In my opinion I would stay away from this Walgreens!.

I went to Walgreens on 1111 north 9th Stroudsburg Pennsylvania. I was assisted by Mariey Rosario and Krystal.
They did a fabulous job helping me, they were friendly and knowledgeable.

Walgreens policy of asking you to belt out your name and date of birth for anyone in the store, or parking lot if you're at the drive-up, is a very bad one. Worse, if you offer your government issue ID instead, they refuse!

I am very disappointed in the recent Christmas ads I am seeing. Foul language has become too accepted in our society. Shame on Walgreens for making it more acceptable.
Walgreens has been our go to pharmacy for over 20 years. Over the last 20 month prescriptions have become unavailable. When expecting to pick your prescription up they don't even notify you. You have to call them. We have had to move most of our perceptions to Safeway, which is not near as convenient.

They sent me an email for $140 worth of free products in a bag but everywhere that you click, this offer never existed. It was a sneaky way to just get you to the site so I blocked any further emails from them.

We enjoy the convenience of their drive thru window and that we can set up a notification service where they will contact you by phone when your prescription is near it's renewal date.

Just about everything I have bought since 2013 has either not worked, or been crap. Rechargeable batteries-garbage, sink strainers, rusted after 2 weeks. Still using the ones from the dollar store. Perfume spray difficult. Vitamin C smelled like fish oil. And my latest pain, I am 67 and can't buy wine or beer without an Id.
In the next 2 months I will be switching my prescriptions to CVS where they deliver.
I'm not worried, I won't be missed.

This local Walgreens is a mess. Disorganized, poorly trained staff and dirty. People hanging out by counter chatting with front end staff. Picking up medicine three days after request and being told it was put back already. Always having to wait. Frustrating, until I took my money elsewhere.

Just got terminated from the Morningside Walgreens in Sioux City Iowa, for apparently not having a so-called correct tone of voice when speaking over the radio. Should I state that this Walgreens does not have any African Americans at this location. The Manager and Assistant Manager are very unprofessional... they need to be trained before receiving such a position. I really felt discriminated against... Sad place for 2021. Walgreens is kinda lazy when it comes o details. You have to watch them like a hawk. They will mess up your prescription. The left hand does not know anything the right hand is doing. Other than that, they're great!

U(you) need to stay away from this site. Misleading information, have had my funds on hold for ten days through PayPal. I cancelled immediately after placing the order and they have a pending on my account. Worst customer service.

I have ordered from Drugstore.com for years. My order history take a few pages. While I don't find their prescription service competitive (or fast enough!) my OTC orders ship sometimes within HOURS or being placed and I always have them in 2 days. Maybe I am lucky to be near a distribution center but few web sites move as fast. Their prices are better than I can pay locally on MOST items (not all) and now that they dropped the free shipping from $49 to $25 I can place a quick small order and out it goes. Perfect!

I had never heard of drugstore.com till I was shopping online for filters for my new humidifier about six months ago. Drugstore.com had the lowest prices... lower than I could find on Amazon, Ebay, or elsewhere. Just a few weeks ago I learned my wife had been buying skin cream from their website after a recommendation from a friend who did the same. Seems this company just might be one of the best kept secrets out there. I've also placed another order from them more recently (personal item) and must say I have been extremely satisfied each time. Quick shipping, great packaging, and super prices! Glad I found them.

Really bad shipping policies and terrible customer service. Recently ordered large order of items we needed. Order shipped from New Jersey. I live in PA. Short ship time to PA (2 days) ten Lasership holds package 20 miles from my house for 11 additional days! Drugstore.com doesn't care. First they don't even read my original message- send back form letter about 1 day delay with Columbus Day. When I wrote back - they continued to spout policies about no guarantees. How do they think they will compete with Amazon if they partner with substandard shipping and brush off customers.

Extremely reliable in terms of shipping and getting what you asked for at a much reduced priced as compared to buying from your doctor (at least that was my experience). I know this is one of the most reputable companies online so I trusted them and costco didn't have the brand I wanted.

I made an on-line appointment for a COVID booster shot for myself and my wife. When we showed up at the appointed time, we were told that they were out of vaccine. They claim that they had notified all scheduled customers by phone. There was no call from Walgreens on our answering machine.
