When im in a hurry I can place an online order and its ready within 30 minutes. Most locations have the drive up area and wait time varies. Thing may cost a little more but there is never a hassle getting to items or in stock or in check out.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Last month I submitted a new script & told it was early. They'd remind me when it could be filled. For weeks I keep getting reminders saying I have a prescription that needs a refill. They probably discarded the early prescription. Another prescription was out of stock without giving me a hint when it would be restocked. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAD HAPPENED. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing.

I have ordered from Vision Direct for a few years now. At first, I was leery about ordering something like this online but decided to give it a try. The product and service have been great. The few times I had to contact customer service due to issues such as expiration of prescription, change in prescription order, adjusting my order price to include a discount AFTER I placed the order, they were more than helpful and resolved each issue quickly. Thank you!

I've been going to this Pharmacy for years never had a problem till Andrea left now I have to deal with being questioned on a particular prescription every month on the same one. I always give them another chance but after today I refuse to ever go there again. Yes you guessed it same prescription more issues. DON'T use this Pharmacy they are more of a hassle then help.

Good luck getting your product in any time before 2 weeks. They don't give you any updates, even you can reach someone. They tell you it will get there soon. They are rude and you sit on hold for a long time. I guess I am spoiled ordering online from other places it never takes longer than a week to receive my product. But this place doesn't care how long it takes. Good luck getting a refund too. You have to jump through all kinds of hoops and then wait, wait wait. No bargains here.

Walgreens has been a most dependable drug store for many years in my home town of Beaumont, Texas and many other cities I have travel to. With a wide variety of everyday items to choose from as well as the excellent pharmacy where the employees are not only high professional and friendly.

You can get most anything that you get at your neighborhood drugstore (Walgreens, CVS, Rite-Aid) right here at this site (even prescriptions). They have great sales and are always running a promotion code for use with purchases. They also reward buyers with 5% credit on total purchase (before tax and shipping) to use on anything later. Their sister site is beauty.com. This site also offers natural/organic products for those who are earth conscious and a special section that allows you to easily spend those FSA funds your employer so graciously contributes to. Have ordered from here and never had any issues. GREAT SITE!

I am nearly speechless after communicating with these morons. The customer service agent argued with me for nearly 15 minutes. These guys tell you your item has shipped, but do not believe them. Also, don't bother calling them after they mislead you. I am blown away by this experience. I have never had a customer service experience this poor. Ok folks, you have been warned. Now, go get yourself some of those cheap contacts and enjoy the ride.

I was thrilled to find advertised on drugstore.com the vanilla pea protein by Olympian labs I currently use. I ordered 2 since the company had recently changed the formula, happy that drugstore.com was carrying it. I received my order, and unfortunately they sent me the new formula! I was upset that they 1. False advertise 2. Sent me something entirely different than I originally ordered. 3. Will not refund additional shipping cost for the product! I believe for me... 3 strikes your out. Thanks to their Manager Dawn, who gave additional horrible customer service. I won't be shopping with them again.

Tried for 3 days to pick up my prescription at Walgreens in Springfield Mo E Kearney location. Day 1 not ready. Day 2 computers down so they would not give me my prescription Day 3. Went to pick it up after calling at 1230 pm when i arrived 30 minutes later the had a sign up that they closed til 5 pm. Im done. Walgreens sucks. They can keep my meds. Staff needs fired but i wont be going back

It's been several weeks of trying to get through to the pharmacy for refills on Northern Avenue in Pueblo Colorado. It's ridiculous. Phone rings then voice comes on saying it's not a working number. The store is open. My son is having to have his medicine mailed to him. I'm having to go across town to get a refill. Unbelievable poor customer customer care. Fix the problems or close the doors. You better not have an emergency because you could die waiting. I'm in shock! Walmart, here I come.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid.the location on Northern Ave in Pueblo Colorado. Their lack of phone service, spanning weeks, could cost you a whole lot more than shopping elsewhere. As in your life!

drugstore.com hopes it has the right Rx for e-commerce success. I have more beauty product in that company.It also sells high-end cosmetics and skin care items through its Beauty.com unit. The company markets contact lenses through its Vision Direct subsidiary and customized nutritional supplement programs through its Custom Nutrition Services subsidiary.The product are very quality. Please use that company product in cheap rate.

Very simple and easy-to-use website for ordering contact lenses. And best of all, very cheap -- you typically get free shipping on orders over $99 and there are coupons for at least 15% off all over the internet. After your initial order, re-ordering just takes a few clicks. I've ordered from here a few times already and am a happy customer.

Dealing with this company is horrible! They use a 4th rate delivery service that left my package out on the street in front of my building, rather than bringing it to my apartment--or even into the lobby! There is NO excuse for this! And I have fingers crossed that the bottles of detergent I ordered have not broken or leaked because, from past experience with this company, their "solution" is to "bring the soaking wet box and broken bottles to the local store"
If I wanted to go the the store I could have gone and bought the stuff in the first place!
Avoid ordering from Walgreens unless no other company on earth sells what you need.

Everything goes smooth until you have a problem with an order. That's when you realize how incompetent their customer service really is. They have no idea what they are doing and make promises they don't keep. I was shocked at their incompetence.

I ordered ten days ago and still have no contacts. After ten days of waiting and three calls to Vision Direct I was advised by their very unforgiving staff to contact my doctor for a trial pair to perform my duties as a captain. Never again will they get my business. Stick with webeyecare or Walmart.

I can always find what I am looking for at drugstore.com and have been using them for well over 8 years now! Very good customer service too! Their site is very easy to use & will always help you with all your needs. I find their sale items are great & they keep my list for me to reorder.

I was leery to try this company as my first time for ordering contacts online, because of the negative reviews. The prices were so much cheaper that I decided to roll the dice and I am very glad that I did. I ordered my contacts online with no problems, and had them at my house in less than 1 week. They are the correct ones and I saved $40 for a 3 month supply. Will use again.

I left Wal-Mart pharmacy because they could not get their act together with the website and ordering. It was horrible. Well, I am going back, as much as I despise them, they were better than Walgreens. Sign in, order meds, say you will be notified when ready. Two days later, no record of order. THIS IS MEDICATION people, not bars of soap. Get it right! Then, the constant notifications to refill Rx's, even ones from years ago that was a one shot thing. And medications that are not due. I was told there is no way to take them out of my profile, I would have to opt out of notifications, but then I would not be notified of ones I need. I am pretty tech savvy, and I am done with this third grader built website. I don't know how old folks do it. Horrible service to say the least.

But customer service is great! Drugstore.com and Beauty.com are owned by 1 company (or something like that where I could buy things from both sites in one Basket). It gets confusing when I buy things from both places and use a coupon code from one of them. Luckily, customer service has been very quick at resolving problems that have come up. I don't worry about poor customer service when I shop here. That comfort level makes me want to shop here.

I never have a problem with orders from Drugstore.com. They get it right the first time. I have been using them for several years. Usually my order arrives in two days, without priority shipping. Living in the country, I use online shopping a lot. Can always rely on Drugstore.com.

Ever wish you didn't have to leave home to buy simple toiletries? Well, now you don't! This site sells every imaginable thing you would expect to find in a drug store and ships it right to your mailbox. I've used them for years and have always received exemplary service.

After reading all the reviews about terrible wait times, I called, got vague answers like, "usually" that brand is in stock, and it will ship tomorrow if we can get verification today, and then after it ships it will go to overnight shipping... WHAT? It sounded like it ships from one place, then another? I asked over and over will I have it on Friday... no straight answer. I'll pay more somewhere else and rest assured.

Ordered from them a few times before, no problems, but last order was shipped to a prior home address from two years ago. When I called, the first CSR was rude and nasty. The next one suggested I try and go pick it up myself. I said no, send Fedex to get it, she said they would after 10 days. Two weeks later, no contacts, no refund. And no more of my business

Walgreens, so busy trying to push their credit cards that they even tried to have my 12 year old girl sign up for one of their crappy credit cards and after she said no five times she started to cry I will not be using Walgreens ever again

Drugstore.com is a terrible mess. I placed an order and it disappeared into the abyss. Numerous attempts to contact the site by email and phone resulted in no explanation. Attempt to cancel the order elicited an email saying it could not be cancelled because it was already in process. Lots of excuses about using a new vendor. Seriously, stay away.

I use this site often and have no bad things to say about it! I love the following: 1) great deals on everything all the time--especially beauty products, 2) minimum for free shipping is $25--pretty low in comparison to other sites, 3) reliable shipping. I have never had a problem. This has become my go-to site for my beauty needs.
