When im in a hurry I can place an online order and its ready within 30 minutes. Most locations have the drive up area and wait time varies. Thing may cost a little more but there is never a hassle getting to items or in stock or in check out.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Last month I submitted a new script & told it was early. They'd remind me when it could be filled. For weeks I keep getting reminders saying I have a prescription that needs a refill. They probably discarded the early prescription. Another prescription was out of stock without giving me a hint when it would be restocked. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAD HAPPENED. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing.
I have had both good and bad experiences with vision direct. Once they did ship me the wrong lenses and I had to go without contacts for a week while waiting for the replacement shipment, but I will say that they were very fast and provided excellent service to remedy the situation. I think that is the most important thing when choosing an online store.

My simple order for some toothpaste went through just fine. A rare toothpaste that's been pretty hard to find recently. Bought enough for free shipping and got it 3 business days later. Good enough for me.

I've ordered from them for years. For most things their prices are better than in my local store. Recently their shipping price has gone up, and it seems that quite a few things are no longer available. I don't know if that means they are downsizing. I hope not, because my experience with them has been great!

One of the best online companies I have ever used. Prompt service, first and foremost. Wonderful and funny emails sent from order to receipt. I very rarely comment on service but you have surpassed any others.

Don't buy any makeup or cosmetics that you are not familiar with. If the color is wrong for you, they will charge the return fee which could be the cost of the item. Deceptive advertising. Never will shop at a Walgreens or drugstore.com again.

You can pretty much order everything from prescriptions to toiletries and have it shipped for free and pay less than your local drug store. It takes time to set it all up but once you do you are on your way towards saving some serious money over time. I ordered contacts from this site on 9/16/16.2 days later I get an email stating they can't fill my order because my prescription expires at the end if the year and my supply of contacts would go beyond that. I called my eye doctor and he verified that my prescription was still good and they agreed to fill my order. Now- almost a month later, I still have no contacts. Everytime I call they say they should be shipping out 'next week.' When I complain they say it's an issue with the supplier and they will upgrade me to overnight shipping when they do come in. I wish I had read the reviews on this company first. Don't be taken in by the cheaper prices. Get your contacts somewhere else! They are just awful.

I don't know if Walgreens is individually owned or corporate but the one I go to is always very clean with professional and friendly staff. Their pharmacy is knowledgeable.
Their products are on the bit of expensive side, but if you are a member, there are great discounts of many items that makes it comparable to your local supermarket.

I have shopped at walgreens on N Marine drive in Chicago for years... This time im sick of it the customer service was not up to par the manger on shift was very rude when i was trying to ask where things were the team look like that was too busy to help me or do not want to be bothered. I had to wait almost ten mins for someone to come help me to get the things that i needed in the lock box and was taking forever to assist me. Then worst come to worst i had brought a milk from there one night and when i got home and check the date it was two weeks expired and my kids have gotten sick from it. I will never be shopping at walgreens on N Marine Drive ever again.

The unreliable safety of china drugs has been well documented. Walgreens gave me drugs from China and would not refund my money about $ 250. I lost the money because I refuse to take drugs from China. Thats where I draw the line on products from China. I filed a complaint with Walgreens and they would not respond. This drug was not repackaged like most generic drugs. But with a little research on line you can find where your drugs were made. I started at Pharmacy Checker. Com
The last time I called Walgreens I was on hold so long that I drove to the store by the time they answered. They have become a faceless giant.

I ordered suntan spray and all the bottles came without the caps shrink wrapped like they are at the store and like the last two times I ordered from drugstore.com. Called customer service and she told me to call the manufacture because "she doesn't have the time to do that". Last purchase from them. Stay away if this is how they handle a possible tampering issue

I've been reviewing my options for ordering some vitamins online. There is a specific brand that I like to use, but some websites have it particularly expensive. I cannot find the brand anywhere around me, but was able to find it on Drugstore.com. I've made a few purchases and while I cannot complain about the transactions, the delivery leaves a bit to be desired. It is generally going to be a day late, but the vitamins are packaged well enough that no damage is caused to them.

While they don't have everything I'd like them to have, they do have a heck of a lot more then my local drugstore. The order comes very quickly in spite of my using free shipping (free when over $35). I've had a problem with a couple of items and they immediately sent me a return label and refunded my money right away. On top of this, most of the items are the same price as in the store and some things are even less expensive.

Had bought a bottle of Whole Blends Coconut Conditioner & the Leave In Conditioner for my sister. Unfortunately she didn't want this company brand. So I had to return it. I lost the Register Receipt but it was still in the bag with their labels on them. I told the Manager I bought it last week but no longer needed. She then told me that I didn't buy it there & in their records these items were not sold in over a month at their store. Are you kidding me? I just bought it last week. I was given back only $3.00 for one item & the other item they would not take back. I took the items back to another Walgreens with no problem. How dare this Manager of Howell NJ tell me I didn't buy it there! She should get another job. Will never return to the Howell, NJ Walgreens... Very unfair! Beware!

Horrible customer service, no communication. Ordered something over a week ago and they charged my bank account but never gave me any information on the order status. When speaking with customer service, they state to check the online order status, which doesn't exist.

This has to honestly be the worst pharmacy in the US today. Look at their 86% bad reviews. My cancer drug was called in on Wed, then the pharmacy abruptly closes for 3 days. I must wait until Monday for my Oncologist to re-write the script for another store. These abrupt pharmacy closures are happening frequently across the city. I was informed pharmacy workers are rebelling against the greedy corporation.

I used to shop on Drugstore.com and Beauty.com religiously and they consistently exceeded expectations. They always expedited shipping and I never once had a bad experience with an order or product I received. In addition they always throw in samples and freebies, which is an added bonus and ultimately helps their sales.
They have a great selection of products with competitive pricing. I will definitely shop their again when the need arises.

I love to shop at drugstore.com since their price is reasonable and everything is shipped out in time. I had a few shipping problems from vendors being late on amazon and one time Amazon refunded me my money because the vendor was not shipping my stuff after a month. Never had that problem with drugstore.com

Very poor corporate environment. Locking up products and making customers wait 15 minutes to buy a $4 product. Attitude from the employees when confronted about the wait to unlock a 4 product. Hire more employees labor cost is equivalent to customer satisfaction. Cut executive pay and pay attention to customer service.

I submitted a review for a product three different times, each time it was rejected. Shortened it up and made it VERY general by the point I had submitted the third review with NOTHING controversial in it whatsoever. Received an email each time that 'Walgreens had moderated my review' and to contact Customer Care for more information. Funny enough, contact Customer Care as indicated, not a single representative out of the three I spoke with could provide me with any review guidelines and they all just let the chat linger until they ended it. Abysmal customer service. The product I left a review for all appear to be positive and linked directly from the product's website. Walgreens is not trustworthy and moderates its reviews in favor of specific products - not a company we should trust or support.

Tried to order contacts because it was a great price. However, they fail to tell you right away when your contacts are "out of stock". 5 days go by and i am notified by email that they need to order them from the manufacturer. I cancelled my order at that point. I rely on my contacts and should have been notified at checkout if they had them or not. Ridiculous i had to wait almost a week then find out they don't even have them in stock. Will not consider them again.

I've shopped at Drugstore.com off and on for a few years. They've got a nice selection and decent prices and if I can't find what I want at my local drug store a couple of blocks from home I can usually find it there. It saves me the hassle of driving across town to another store, and I feel whatever shipping charges I may incur are minor to driving thru traffic, parking and so on - I usually walk to my corner store.

Pharmacist Decker from Sidney, NY, was very rude. Extremely unpleasant experience in speaking with her on the phone. The most disappointing is also the fact that she is the pharmacist manager. Not once did the staff from Walgreens forgot to fax the doctor's office, and I had to call back the pharmacy numerous times, and therefore had to go home to my mom without her medication.
