When im in a hurry I can place an online order and its ready within 30 minutes. Most locations have the drive up area and wait time varies. Thing may cost a little more but there is never a hassle getting to items or in stock or in check out.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Last month I submitted a new script & told it was early. They'd remind me when it could be filled. For weeks I keep getting reminders saying I have a prescription that needs a refill. They probably discarded the early prescription. Another prescription was out of stock without giving me a hint when it would be restocked. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAD HAPPENED. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing.
I don't know how drugstore.com delivers orders so quickly. I'm prompted to write this review today, Tuesday mid-afternoon, because I just opened my package of items I ordered on-line on Sunday, late afternoon. Drugstore.com does this so consistently that I even order items from them that I'm in a hurry to get. In addition, I have found that drugstore.com has items that I can't find anywhere else, e.g., Glad Handle Tie trashbags, and a particular nail polish remover I like. In general the prices at drugstore.com are on par with my local stores, although, when drugstore.com has items on sale, they are a good savings.
I rarely write reviews, but I'm so pleased with Drugstore.com's speedy delivery that I wanted to share my experience.

I love shopping online, its convenient, no long lines and shop while i am relaxing. This website is good, and how they have other sites that are affiliated that opens up more options for customers to shop with. I did my christmas shopping from This website for most of my friends and I was happy with their custom service and their photo department.

They carry lots of all-natural products for humans and dogs. They have natural foods for me and my dog, makeup, snacks, and more. They ship for free, if you order at least $25, and deliver your order on time and right to your door. I've been ordering from drugstore.com for about 4 years now.

My ordering and receipt of contact lens experience with Vision Direct was fantastic. I was hesitant after reading some of the bad reviews that people gave online, but wasn't in a hurry to receive my order so I placed the order and thought "lets see how this goes". What a pleasant surprise to have my contacts shipped and received in less than 5 days! I'm a firm believer in giving praise where due and it is certainly due to Vision Direct.

I found a price of $6.94 on the GoodRx website in April. I printed out the card, had my doctor order the prescription at Walmart in Fishkill NY, but when I went to pick it up I was told that it would cost $37.00. They said "do you want it or not" so I had to take it because with the new law regarding electronic prescriptions I couldn't take it to another pharmacy. GoodRx is great when it works. Walmart (which is usually a good pharmacy) cannot be trusted to live up to the price quotes.

To make this short, they can't mail my 90 day refill to me correctly. I have only received it twice. Every other time I have to pick it up at the store myself. This time they said I had no refills left. There is always some problem. I only have enough pills for 3 more days.

They do not disclose all the information on the restrictions anywhere. They mislead you & say it's on the. Com but when you get off the phone with them to see it for yourself it's not there. They're purposely trying to take extra money from people who are not careful. SHAMEFUL.!

Above and beyond in customer service from store associate Carmen Duarte at 3099 N State Road 7, Lauderdale Lakes. After being in the hospital for an hysterotomy I went inside the store to get assistance with my son school project. The project required a family tree and being that I cant draw we went inside the store to purchase a picture to put on a poster board. Carmen was able to assist me by not only advising what to purchase but took the time to draw a tree. I will forever be grateful as a single mom for her help.

Awful experience with online ordering of medications. Could not get it together for my meds. And they weren''t engaged in my efforts to get them to work on it. IMO, they could care less. Will NOT bother with them again. Also, always check your meds carefully when you get them at the brick and mortar... I've had a couple of mistakes with meds. At mine. Once I was given the wrong medication strength... the Pharmacist that I called was horrified and told me to come pick up the RIGHT dosage. They gave me the correct dosage, but never asked for the bottle of INCORRECT dosage. Scary.

BUYER BEWARE. This company has the most unprofessional employees ever. I called tonight because they had placed my order with a very unreliable deliver service Laser Ship -=- the person I spoke with Kimber she said her name was was rude, unprofessional and refused to cancel my order -- so she has this job why? She further told me there were no supervisors on (yeah right) and that there was nothing she would do. That is right, she refused to do anything. They have lost me as a customer and if you are smart, go elsewhere -- with all the people out of work and this lazy, unprofessional Kimber has a job -- the only thing I can see that she accomplished besides not doing her job is alienating a customer.

I have stage-4 cancer. I'm in severe pain. My pain management doctor prescribed pain medication on a Thursday, My insurance released the prescription to be filled on Friday, however Walgreens did not have enough pills. Since it is a narcotic, if I get a partial fill with only the pills that they have in stock, I won't be able to get the rest of the pills that will be owed. So, now it's Saturday and there is only one person authorized to order more pills. That person won't be in until Monday and it will take 2-3 additional days for them to get the order.
So here I am, suffering, all because these people don't have enough pills in stock. Thanks, Walgreens.

I haven't recieved my contacts yet so I can't speak of the quality, but I paid 20$ for overnight shipping & it's been 6 days & they only verified my prescription THIS MORNING probably because I emailed them. Guess when? This morning. What is the point of overnight shipping if it's taking a week? (Or more, since my order hasn't even been processed yet) I complained when it had been 5 days and they didn't apologize or anything. Just gave me an update. I always do my research before I make an online purchase, so when I saw all of the negative reviews I was very hesitant. It turned out that they were the only company that still carried my script for original Acuvue, so I pretty much had no choice than to suck it up and wish for the best. I routinely get about 3 prescriptions a month and I thought they all cost the same price due to some industry regulation--what I didn't realize is that isn't true at all. It seems very unusual to me that pharmaceutical drugs that saves lives varies so much by price and it is all the same exact drug. This online store is saving me about 50 dollars a month and now I don't even have to go to CVS every month for refills.

Went to pick up Prescription called in 3 days earlier there were 6 people in line ahead of me 30 minutes later when i got to the Register there were 8 people waiting in line behind me.
Poor Cashier was swamped, No help. Others in the pharmacy did not come to help her. No sign of Pharmacy Manager or Store Manager. No Customer Service. Did not used to be this way

I had a couple of deployments in Iraq & Afghanistan, and these guys were a real blessing. I found good deals on many items that were hard for me to find otherwise, and shipping is fast & free on most orders. Many online retailers will not ship to military APO/FPO's overseas, but these guys do. Even back home. drugstore.com is a convenient way to get many things at a good price.

I'm in an apartment building and the landlord won't allow me to change my cable services. I am considering moving where I have a choice. I have had my bill go up several times. When I asked for no phone and fewer channels I am told that "retail" would cost more than my 'bundle'. I have documented (for 10 months) far slower internet speed than the extreme I have been paying for. TWC just raised my bill by $10 but my internet speed has not improved. This is fraud! The last 3 nights my TVs have been skipping and screwing up the picture. I am so frustrated and understand why TWC is the most hated company in the USA.
When my cable is out of service the phone doesn't work so I have been forced by health problems to get and pay for a cell phone for emergencies.
