When im in a hurry I can place an online order and its ready within 30 minutes. Most locations have the drive up area and wait time varies. Thing may cost a little more but there is never a hassle getting to items or in stock or in check out.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Last month I submitted a new script & told it was early. They'd remind me when it could be filled. For weeks I keep getting reminders saying I have a prescription that needs a refill. They probably discarded the early prescription. Another prescription was out of stock without giving me a hint when it would be restocked. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAD HAPPENED. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing.
I normally buy contact lenses from my local optometrist. This site offers the exact same brand and product for less than half of the price! I much prefer the convenience of ordering replacements online and getting them delivered to my door rather than having to pick up from the optometrist and wait in line to get them. The prescription was perfect and the end product was exactly what I wanted. It took three weeks to get delivery, which is slow, but I didn't mind.

Needed certain beauty stuff but the usual place I buy it from was out of stock. Went to Walgreens online since we don't have one and ordered what I needed right away. Took 2 days and I got my stuff. Now that's fast! Need better promo codes though. I usually use honey and it couldn't find a promo code to save me some money. I'll definitely order from them again if I have to. :)

You can get everything done on their app photos prescriptions even go shopping and get it shipped to your home. I use the app mainly to earn rewards and save coupon and reward offers on my account. Idk why no one else is doing this people want to save money but not every one can cut coupons twice a week then organize them to later spent hours trying to find everything correctly to get to check out and find them all wait for a manager to apply one no one's sure about get no rewards or points just hassle and shame. Thank you Walgreens for realizing how this should be done.

Had to use mail service to get a 5x7 reprint with matte finish, and after six days, my order still hasn't been shipped. It boggles my mind how a company can print glossy photos in less than an hour, but it takes a week (or more) to do matte. Customer Service was no help at all. They can only see the same order status I do.
Tip for consumers:
Use the 1-hour same day service when ordering reprints. Skip the mail-to-your-home option.

"Waited since Nov 28 ordered Talked on chat two times called in 3 times. Still, no product and again told to wait another week third time told this. The first time was also told they were on backorder, but they have no way of knowing from the Manufacturer. They have now agreed to give me a refund; we will see if it happens. Stay away from this company pay extra and go somewhere else."

Great customer service- you can call 24 hours a day and get someone almost instantly!
Their prices are great, and I am able to get supplements, cosmetics and other items that are hard to find in your typical drug store.

As a nutritionist, I often give others healthy diets and teach them how to balance food etc. But I myself also have health needs so I go to drugstore to but stuff. The best thing is that it has various discounts online. So I won't miss that

drugstore.com offers free shipping with minimum purchase of $35. So I typically wait until I know I'll need at least the minimum dollar amount of products. I buy from them about once each month. I've always been very happy with their service. The one time I wasn't satisfied with a product, they promptly sent a replacement at no additional cost to me.

I have used Walgreens in Lexington, Ma, Waltham, Ma and now find the Needham site to be the worst. Long lines to pickup prescription, email alerts that prescription can be picked up but on arrival am told it is not ready. Express pickup window not manned. Moving to another pharmacy as soon as I can.

I placed a large order of cosmetics a few weeks ago and only after the order went through did I think of reading reviews. The horrors! There was almost no positivity to be found. I was so nervous but say tight and didn't cancel my order. I'm so glad! The order arrived in 4 says and was complete, I got so much value for my money, as they don't up the list prices like the drugstores do. I am so happy! That being said, they don't always have the full selection of shades or newer products from brands they carry. But overall a great experience. I have just placed another order and hope everything goes as well as the last.

I am in Slidell La and my normal store is closed. I normally receive excellent service but not since Hurricane Ida. I have been put on hold for hours with no help. Today at noon i finally got someone to help me transfer a very important prescription and she told me to come before 5 pm the the store would be closing at 5. My wife arrived at 4:33 and was turned away saying the pharmacy closed at 4:30. I am irate! The Store is the one on Military Road in Slidell La. When i asked for a manager no one could help. These people really dont care about their customers! This is very sad for a company providing medication to elderly people.

Drugstore.com has a great selection, free shipping over a certain dollar amount and offers hard to find items. I save my list for ease of ordering. One stop shopping keeps me from driving all over town looking for items on my list. Having everything delivered to my front door makes shopping easy. Been a drugstore.com shopper for years. It's easy and fast.

Very unhappy about no public bathrooms. Needed to go badly. Tried to go somewhere else and went 3 places before I could find a public bathroom. In alot of pain trying not wet my pants only to leak trying to get my pants down when I got to a toilet. Had to walk by someone with wet pants and hope they didn't notice. So humiliated I Should sue the company for pain and emotional trauma. So mad. Found out may have grounds for a law Suite. Seriously entertaining suing this company to prevent someone else having the same experience.

This past weekend, I had ordered photograph prints online to one of your locations for in store pick-up. Later on that day I picked them up without checking the prints and continued on with my day. When I had time to look through the pictures, I noticed that almost all of the photos in my order were blurry or smeared. I honestly do not know how no one noticed these defected pictures since most of them were messed up. I believe this was likely a problem with the ink or printer. I understand that this is a reasonable mistake, but what bothered me was that the employee did not offer to reprint them for me. They should have checked the prints before giving them to me. I have never had a problem with a Walgreens transaction in the past. However, I have had multiple friends tell me similar things have happened to them while using your printing service.

I received a call telling me that the distributor has not responded to their requests yet. Even though it has been 2 1/2 weeks since I ordered this, they don't know when it will be shipped and they have not charged my card yet, They are telling me I cannot cancel my order because it is processing! Within a few hours this company messed up my first order. I would not take my chances with vision direct. Sometime it is worth paying a couple extra bucks. Customer sevice seemed like they listened and were nice, and I spoke to four different people within a few hours. Ultimately I was able to learn not to do business with a company that does not listen to the customer, unable to bill the correct amount the first time, has a reputation of operating incontinence. Drugstore.com promised to send me a $25 gift card for my purchase. I never got it. I called customer service. They admit I met all requirements for the gift card but said their computer failed to send the gift card. I received no discounts as an alternative. Because it was deemed a hassle to manually send me a card, customer service flat out refused to make good on their promise to send me the card. Don't buy anything from this corrupt corporation. Tell everyone you know not to buy.

Over the past year & a half I've made 3 ship to store orders & Walgreens has canceled every one. I didn't receive any emails with 2 of the orders so I had no idea they were canceled. When I emailed customer service they said it was because the items were out of stock. After 3 separate occurrences, I don't understand why Walgreens system isn't updated to show that the item is out of stock at that time? Or why doesn't Walgreens do like Amazon & even if it's currently out of stock, it can be noted as such but state if it will be back in stock soon & then send it once it's in stock? Walgreens offers some good deals & coupons etc so it's frustrating to get orders canceled & not get the deal.
Walgreens really needs to update their system because they've officially lost me as an online customer. I'll still occasionally shop in store but I'm not wasting my time making orders that will just get canceled with zero communication regarding why.

This is a large store. They have a real variety of items. Great Sale items, especially before and after a Holiday. I have purchased a pair of gloves for arthritic hands. There is a Huge medical department across from the Pharmacy, any prop or bandage, everything is there. The pharmacist is really helpful, I can get my shots there also. All the employees are happy, smiley people! I get all 17 of my scrips there.

Because the my regular Walgreens pharmacy was out of stock with my medication, I had my medication sent to this one. The pharmacist apparently did not approve of the medication that I have been taking for a long time. And the prescription was not sufficient "documentation" for them to fill it. The fact that other Walgreens had documentation and has been filling it for a while also was not sufficient. They insisted on talking to my doctor. Even after my doctor called them, they refused to fill the prescription. The pharmacist and technician and their manager all think they are better than your trained medical doctor. They certainly feel they are better than you, as the customer.
This review is only about the Walgreens Pharmacy on 4501 Market Street in Wilmington, NC- (I haven't been inside the store)

I recently ordered many products from this website because they were offering a free gift that I really wanted. After calling them before I placed the order, to make sure I would get it, I can a receipt that shows my free gift on it. I receive my order in two shipments, but never receive the gift. Then I call them to ask what happened, and they tell me they won't be able to give me anymore because it's no longer in stock. The only reason I purchased my products there was to get the free gift. I could've shopped anywhere else. So, to me, this was a total SCAM. Just to get people to buy from them. Well, they lost a customer, and I'm gonna make sure a lot of people know about this.

Walgreens is a money hungry corporation. All that "welcome to Walgreens, All that "How may I help you be well" stuff is bull crap. They don't care about your well being. They could care less if you're in a wheel chair or on crutches waiting in a line of 10 people. 90% of the time there is just one cashier going as slow as she can, talking up a storm and doesn't care to page another employee for extra help. As for prices, they say they have such great sales - unfortunately, that's only if you want to sign up for a wellness card that accumulates "points" for only some purchases and may or may not give you a discount on items you buy. I have bought from walgreens.com as well (only once) and recieved damaged items. I will not shop at walgreens in the store or online again.

I went to Walgreens, Spring Cypress Rd, Tomball, on 1-21-23 in the evening, to print pictures of trip we took with our grandson. By 9:00 p:m the pictures were printed out and approved and I was suppose to pick them up, bound with a GBC spiral binding, Sunday Morning before 10:00,1-22-23 for the birthday party that day at one o'clock. It was a major part of the present. Sunday, 1-22-23 I went to store and stood waiting for the employee, Tiffany, to finish printing some posters. Not started on the binding yet. This was 11:30 and Tiffany got to work at 7:30. I know she was left a note from the previous night to bind these pictures. No apology or offer to do the book right then was offered by Tiffany. In fact, she had a bad attitude. I was really disappointed with this service. I called and left a message on Monday for the manager of the store to call me on my cell phone. I heard nothing back from the manager either. I was extremely inconvenienced and won't trust this service at Walgreens again.
