Walgreens is the most convenient to my home and they usually have what I need. I did however find out recently that my prescriptions would be lower at a different pharmacy.
I spent hours, but could not get a small order through their website. Like CVS, there are many repetitive sign in requests, and repetitive requests to pick a store location. At the very end I was asked to provide "contact information" as if that hadn't already been done. Their system said it did not sell toilet paper or paper towels, which of course it does. It's possible that small food items in the store, like small bags of chips, are not on the website. At the end of the process it just got stuck in a loop and would not move forward. The App wasn't better than the web version for me. It was possibly worse. I will say, Walgreens has some good employees and other virtues. This review is for the website.
I understand pharmacies have a lot of important things to do however, it seems that customer service at the Niles, Mi Walgreen is no longer a priority. Even if you order in advance you will wait in the store 2 hours
In the last year, for varied reasons, both my daughters have changed shampoos six to eight times. For every different choice Walgreens was the place to shop. The selection is generous and the prices are competitive. They also carry almost any cosmetic a teenager can want!
Terrible experience. Ordered Xmas cards. They called and said machine was broken. I went online to change the store for a different pick up place. Could not get the other order changed. Tried Live chat. Of course, that was not working (it use to). On hold using my land line and have been waiting for over 30 minutes. No updates on how long to expect to wait. I would just cancel it but it is still "pending". It was a 100 card order so cannot lose the money. Will not use them again for Cards. My other option is to wait until after the first of the year when they expect their photo machine to be repaired. Really?
Just placed an order for contacts on 1/22/15 and received them 48 hours later on 1/24/15 with standard shipping. Goods arrived as they were ordered. Sounds like other may have issues with service or speed of delivery, so if you needed your new contacts 'yesterday', you may want to use a more mainstream provider. However, my order was processed and delivered flawlessly, so want others to know it was a great deal for me.
Don't bother. I ordered a TON of stuff, only to have them ship me someone else's order. Mistakes happen, but the customer service was incompetent in their best moments. One week, two calls, and a couple emails, and the best they could do was offer a refund. Avoid this site.
I always use Walgreens as my pharmacy, because they're usually fairly nice people and it doesn't usually take too long to fill a prescription. I have stopped in there to grab one or two things on the shelf, but I think the prices are a little higher than going to another store. It is nice you can find these pharmacies in some bigger cities, because I had a hard time finding anything of the sort in certain major cities' downtown areas.
The 3 different Walgreens in my area all have excellent service. I'm always greeted when I walk in and always asked if I need help looking for anything and if they do not have it, they will check their system for the closest Walgreens that does. I've never had a bad experience there and it is so much faster than larger shopping areas. Walgreens in Allen, TX are employed with great people who genuinely care about their customers.

I have been purchasing from Walgreens for over 1 yr. Now. I have had excellent and friendly service each and every time I call, ask questions or need refills. They always stand by the items they sell you.
I am very happy that it became my choice of Pharmacies.
I have used DS.com for many years now. I have never had one single problem with an order, ever. I prefer buying products there every couple months instead of gong out to the local drug store. They really carry everything I could think of that might be at your local DS.
I've never compared the prices because it has been so convenient that it would offset any savings I might get driving to the store. Great experience with them.

The have great item selections just as you would find in the big pharmacies, but also some of the hard to get products as well. I just wish they had more coupons and more shipping fee breaks, but other that those few things drugstore. Com is the bomb. Worth signing up for e-mails.
I'm not sure if they're part of Walgreens, but they always seem to have the same deals, especially vitamins. They're also the only place I can still find my favorite shampoo. Fast shipping, and most of the time it's free!
Walgreens pharmacist can be absolutely rude and disrespectful. I'm taking care of my parents and small children and work two jobs. Last thing I want to be in is pain. I want to avoid any surgery at all cost so my dr treatment plant was physical therapy and pain meds to control the pain and it works for me. It's a shame a pharmacist wants to judge you for your medication choices. Walgreens need to do better. Many people need specific medications due to the others having a bad side effect for them. Pharmacist, Stop playing with people lives and let them live and do they have to do to survive in less pain possible.
I've been going to this Pharmacy for years never had a problem till Andrea left now I have to deal with being questioned on a particular prescription every month on the same one. I always give them another chance but after today I refuse to ever go there again. Yes you guessed it same prescription more issues. DON'T use this Pharmacy they are more of a hassle then help.
I have ordered from Vision Direct for a few years now. At first, I was leery about ordering something like this online but decided to give it a try. The product and service have been great. The few times I had to contact customer service due to issues such as expiration of prescription, change in prescription order, adjusting my order price to include a discount AFTER I placed the order, they were more than helpful and resolved each issue quickly. Good luck getting your product in any time before 2 weeks. They don't give you any updates, even you can reach someone. They tell you it will get there soon. They are rude and you sit on hold for a long time. I guess I am spoiled ordering online from other places it never takes longer than a week to receive my product. But this place doesn't care how long it takes. Good luck getting a refund too. You have to jump through all kinds of hoops and then wait, wait wait. No bargains here.
Walgreens has been a most dependable drug store for many years in my home town of Beaumont, Texas and many other cities I have travel to. With a wide variety of everyday items to choose from as well as the excellent pharmacy where the employees are not only high professional and friendly.
I am nearly speechless after communicating with these morons. The customer service agent argued with me for nearly 15 minutes. These guys tell you your item has shipped, but do not believe them. Also, don't bother calling them after they mislead you. I am blown away by this experience. I have never had a customer service experience this poor. Ok folks, you have been warned. Now, go get yourself some of those cheap contacts and enjoy the ride.
You can get most anything that you get at your neighborhood drugstore (Walgreens, CVS, Rite-Aid) right here at this site (even prescriptions). They have great sales and are always running a promotion code for use with purchases. They also reward buyers with 5% credit on total purchase (before tax and shipping) to use on anything later. This site also offers natural/organic products for those who are earth conscious and a special section that allows you to easily spend those FSA funds your employer so graciously contributes to. Tried for 3 days to pick up my prescription at Walgreens in Springfield Mo E Kearney location. Day 1 not ready. Day 2 computers down so they would not give me my prescription Day 3. Went to pick it up after calling at 1230 pm when i arrived 30 minutes later the had a sign up that they closed til 5 pm. Im done. Walgreens sucks. They can keep my meds. Staff needs fired but i wont be going back

It's been several weeks of trying to get through to the pharmacy for refills on Northern Avenue in Pueblo Colorado. It's ridiculous. Phone rings then voice comes on saying it's not a working number. The store is open. My son is having to have his medicine mailed to him. I'm having to go across town to get a refill. Unbelievable poor customer customer care. Fix the problems or close the doors. You better not have an emergency because you could die waiting. I'm in shock! Walmart, here I come.

Avoid.the location on Northern Ave in Pueblo Colorado. Their lack of phone service, spanning weeks, could cost you a whole lot more than shopping elsewhere. As in your life!

Medicine refills .worst drugstore ever.
I was thrilled to find advertised on drugstore.com the vanilla pea protein by Olympian labs I currently use. I ordered 2 since the company had recently changed the formula, happy that drugstore.com was carrying it. I received my order, and unfortunately they sent me the new formula! I was upset that they 1. False advertise 2. Sent me something entirely different than I originally ordered. 3. Will not refund additional shipping cost for the product! I believe for me... 3 strikes your out. Thanks to their Manager Dawn, who gave additional horrible customer service. I won't be shopping with them again.
drugstore.com hopes it has the right Rx for e-commerce success. I have more beauty product in that company.It also sells high-end cosmetics and skin care items through its Beauty.com unit. The company markets contact lenses through its Vision Direct subsidiary and customized nutritional supplement programs through its Custom Nutrition Services subsidiary.The product are very quality. Please use that company product in cheap rate.
Very simple and easy-to-use website for ordering contact lenses. And best of all, very cheap -- you typically get free shipping on orders over $99 and there are coupons for at least 15% off all over the internet. After your initial order, re-ordering just takes a few clicks. I've ordered from here a few times already and am a happy customer.
Dealing with this company is horrible! They use a 4th rate delivery service that left my package out on the street in front of my building, rather than bringing it to my apartment--or even into the lobby! There is NO excuse for this! And I have fingers crossed that the bottles of detergent I ordered have not broken or leaked because, from past experience with this company, their "solution" is to "bring the soaking wet box and broken bottles to the local store"
If I wanted to go the the store I could have gone and bought the stuff in the first place!
