I ordered three swimsuits and need to return them. I am skeptical because there is no phone number to contact this company in case there are problems. They make it so you have no recourse. The package arrived while I was already on vacation, taking longer than the expedited shipping time frame. No tracking info available on when it arrived. I am not impressed and will not be recommending them to anyone.

I love this swimsuit!

I recently purchased this one-piece swimsuit and couldn't be happier with my choice. The fit is incredibly flattering, hugging my curves in all the right places. I ordered from this site believing it was legitimate, I paid for 3 swimsuits and even paid double for delivery to receive it faster. It has now gone past the faster delivery date and I still have no order. I've emailed but no response, not even to confirm my email was received. Tracking still shows it has left China, and that's all! With the domain. co.uk I thought it was a genuine company. Will be making sure other people don't fall for this and reporting them to trading standards.

Expedited delivery fee is too high. Over $20.00 and that only guarantees the item in 7 days. Process to order was easy. I have not received the products though. So hopefully the product is what I'm expecting.

I ordered three items and then read some review a talking about what a scam it is. I canceled my order SIX minutes after ordering and they offered a worthless "we'll see what we can do" and then did not make an effort to stop the order. 18 hours later it is "shipped" and no further response from them. I will be disputing with my credit card company, so I advise everyone stays away from this scam! I cannot comment on the quality, if anything ever shows up.

Website was easy to use.shipping took forever. Finally got the swimsuits and they are designed to fit a body with no boobs or butt. The tops had cheap pads instead of a full bra. The bottoms panties were cut so tiny (size L) that they would have cut the insides of my legs. Will be returning for refund.

Great quality but not made for tall women.

I was saddened to find that the bra inserts didn't even cover my ladies even though the size fit perfectly everywhere else. The shoulder straps which cannot adjust were far too short for me. I did order one bathing suite with adjustable straps but even in that suite the bra insert sits up too high. Now the dilemma is what to do with the suits as I have to pay the shipping to return them to the USA.
If you are not taller than 5' 8 you should be good.

Shady business practices

Placed order for 3 swimsuits 1/1/2024. 2 have been in "shipping" mode since 1/7/2024 however, tracking number isn't tracking anything yet (1/18/2024), Being charged for all 3 suits but one is out of stock (still being charged for it though). I can still go to the website, pull up the "out of stock swimsuit" and order it? Requested that the entire order be cancelled but Crystal keeps telling me the order has already shipped. Pretty poor way to run a business.

Best swimwear ever

Considering I have shopped and tried swimmers on and don't like them these are true to size. When you are tall and a big frame these are flattering. Great variety, good sizing love the style choice. Very happy with my choices.

Total scam!

I ordered 2 swimsuits for my vacation. 2 weeks later the items still had not shipped so I told them to cancel my order as there was no way I would receive them in time. More than a month after cancelling and I still don't have a refund and the website says my order is still being prepared for shipping. I will be disputing this with my credit card company if that is the only way to get my money back.

I bought 3 suits, 2 worked great and nice quality. The one piece I need to send back. The response time is terrible and I have yet to receive the return address. Why can't they just post it on their website, they post the return policy, just give me the address so I can return and get a refund. I won't buy from them
Again- too much of a problem with returns. Shouldn't be this difficult. If you're certain of your size then you will be happy with the bathing suits. They are nice.

Unable to get a refund/return code

I ordered several items. They took about a month to arrive which was fine as I ordered early for holiday. What fit me and I kept is ok quality for the money and is a nice design. I wanted to return items and it says to email for a return code. Despite repeated emailing I have never had any response.

It looked really good online. Not bad on me but the leg cut was not as shown in pic. The top was also longer. It was also a bit too large. I was able to put in a pleat to make it more comfortable. If I had ordered a smaller size, the bottoms would have been too small. It did come in a timely manner.

High quality swim suit

Online ordering was user friendly. Initial emails were confusing. I was told that my order would arrive in a few days and told to reply in 48 hours if I didn't recieve my purchase. That turned out to be untrue. However, I was happy with delivery time a week later. I love the merchandise but I was glad I ordered a large instead of my usual medium. Great product and large variety of styles.

Products are nice but customer service is horrible. I have requested a return address for items that I did not like over 4 times in 10 days and have only received a canned response with return address.

I ordered 3 bikinis, sadly they all didn't suit (too large). I texted the company for returning the items and they said I should return them to the USA (from Germany!) at my costs or I should keep all the items and they refund part of the money of the order. This must be a joke. Such a waste of material and human resource and the ecology! And the texts that came back were always the same, they didn't reply to my questions, it was like talking to a computer that was sending preformed text modules. Can't recommend this company at all! And I bet there will be no personal comment on this review again, just the one they put under all the other bad reviews too.
