This is the second time Walmart's online has screwed up my order and won't let me cancel it. I cancelled it and they wouldn't cancel it.
When they sent me my notice telling me your order is being prepared I tried to cancel it again so what did they do? They canceled one item sent me two of one thing and then charged me for shipping because they deducted the one thing from my order.
THEIR RETORT WAS YOU CAN ALWAYS SEND THIS STUFF BACK. I canceled it and I am not paying for it period.
Beware! Do not order with Walmart online, they use their party companies like the market place and you will not receive your order and Walmart will make you jump through hoops to get your refund.
I just made my first grocery order through Walmart's site. The order was fulfilled mostly by Walmart. All goods arrived on time. I was emailed the whereabouts of each item daily. The only thing that was not positive was the condition in which 3 of the products have arrived. The carton boxes of pasta arrived dirty, smashed and worn out. It was strange that their poor state was not matching the pristine conditions of the other items in the same box. I concluded that the bad boxes were picked out in a bad shape already. I will have to return tem, so at the end, I didn't save the trip to Walmart, which was my goal :(

I ordered from Walmart online, what a waste of time. The estimated time for receipt was 10 days after the order. 5 days after the order I checked the status, the shipper was still preparing the shipment (HA). 7 days after the order, still no progress, requested the order be cancelled, Walmart replied they would check. Finally on day 9, checked the status, no movement, but finally got a notice that the order was cancelled (still waiting for my refund). Ordered the same item from Amazon, promised receipt in 4 days, received e-mail today to expect receipt tomorrow (day3), admittedly the item cost $4 more from Amazon, but they delivered.
I just wanted to share my most recent experience shopping at my local Walmart here in Los Angeles. Last week I bought a fairly cheap Revlon hair dryer at Walmart as my last one just conked out on me. I went with the cheapest and most basic one that I could find on the shelf, and thought it would be more than good enough since I wouldn't even use it that often.
Less than a week later I actually came across a much better hair dryer online for almost the exact same price as the lower end one I already bought. Unfortunately I didn't have my receipt any more but I thought I would try to return if for a refund anyways. Thankfully, even without a receipt they took it back no problem whatsoever and provided me with a full refund.
I really appreciate Walmart for their generosity in my situation and I do recommend them.
Since COVID, the Middlesboro, Kentucky location has been barely stocking the shelves. They cannot use COVID as an excuse because the Jonesville, VA location and other locations around the area do not have this problem. Whenever I go there to stock up on supplies, I cannot because they are always missing on at least two essentials that I have come to rely on.
Also, their food selection has been even poorer than usual, and everything from their meat to their produce has been rotten. I had gotten the very best of what they had to offer on lettuce, and it didn't even last three days until the heads turned rotten. I literally had to throw out bagged, chopped lettuce after a day or two, and their romaine lettuce had rotted through two-thirds of the heads by day two. Not fresh at all! The bagged stuff made my son ill for a night. Nowadays, we go there, and all the fruits and vegetables are really old and rotting, and they expect us to be happy about what they're offering us to buy from them... at full price!
Moreover, we have gotten sick on a lot of the meats. I am on day four of diarrhea from eating their medium-sized shrimp. This is after an incident last year where I bought chicken legs on sale from there, and they were so rotten when we opened up the package that very night, they made us all sick. They refunded that, but with the most recent illness I have had to endure with the shrimp being rotten, the store now has a reputation to us for being a place where they regularly sell rotten meat. Twice and three times indicates a pattern. Anyone who gets rotten food and experiences harm from this store should report them to the health department, like I did.
Avoid this store like COVID. We are going to shop locally from now after on and stop wasting our time and money from going there.
Order dept 56 " Debtirs prison" from Walmart shipping label showed correct Las Vegas destination yet it was delivered to an address in MO. And Walmart seems to be ignoring my problem as they do not respond to my emails to correct the problem I guess Walmart rather steal my $90
Very poor customer service, after being told that my online purchase was delivered and not finding it. I contacted Walmart to find out why I didn't get it. They said I would have to wait 24 hours and a new one would be there. Or if it was not I could ask for a refund. I called 24 hours later after not receiving it I decided to ask for a refund I was told that I could not get a refund that I would have to wait an additional 24 hours and then get a refund. Meanwhile I was told that I should walk through my neighborhood and contact all of my neighbors to find out if they had my item in their house. This is unacceptable. I asked to speak to the persons manager. I was told to hold on and wait he would connect me. He never connected me he disconnected himself. Walmart does not understand there are other places to purchase from. And that poor service is unacceptable.
Bought big erasable whiteboard. The box it came in was obviously used many times before. Tons on retaping to hold it together. The box was rotting on one end. The board itself had tons of damage, mostly dents. The board had several creases, and one big crease (hump) that goes all the way across it. I could have bought a better used one. I learned my lesson, never buy anything from Walmart that can bend in shipping. Wasted my money.
Well let's start with their new app, which won't even load. I have been trying for several days now actually a couple of weeks and it just won't load. Then let's move on to ordering things by mail. I've ordered canned goods we're literally 70% of them were severely damaged. That has happened several times and I won't even order anything that could be remotely damage from Walmart. I wrote letters to their COO and CEO regarding their shipping issues. It was titled "Not ready for PRIME time". Their efforts to compete with Amazon frankly laughable. While both companies should be ashamed of how they treat their employees, at least Amazon can get product out the door, on time, and in one piece.
Ordered 2 rocking chair, received 2 shelf shelving units. 6 phone calls and 2 1/2 hours later still can't get the chairs or a refund. There is always something wrong with their system.

Can't use it in store. Tried to reorder, but still shows unavailable. Called customer service, received another promo, but does me no good since I need the product right away and financially needed the discount, and can't use it in store.

I've been buying from the Walmart online and physical store for years, so when I recently broke my wax burner, I was planning to replace them with the inexpensive Mainstay ones.
In the last month (Sep 2021), Walmart.com decides to change the Shopping cart page to a widget on the right of this screen. Now instead of scrolling through a webpage that loads about 20 different items per page, the widget loads about 6 items before it has to buffer to show more. Likewise, the checkout is also through this widget instead of a page. I don't mind widgets for browsing (like on Amazon) but when someone is ready to checkout, they probably want to see a full view of what they're buying and have the security of not checking out through a flash program. For example, if a person has 60 different items in the cart and wants to find 1 specific item, it's easier to look through 3 web pages than scrolling 1hrough 10 buffering flashes that are 1/5 of the screen- no?
I contacted customer service via chat today (13/Oct/2021) and got an agent named, Jullien Grace. I ask if Walmart.com still has a webpage that displays the cart and he responds that Walmart.com can be used to buy items. Mind you, the chat is created from Walmart.com. Then I specify by telling him the issues I'm having viewing the shopping cart and he gives me a link to my purchase history. I then ask again if there was another way to view the cart other than using their widget. I exampled Target's cart page to illustrate the type of html page I was asking to see. Jullien Grace responds saying the cart is located on the right of the screen.
I'm only giving Walmart and extra star because their online store does have the inexpensive Mainstay brand.
Walmart.com Customer Service: I implore you to do better. It's clear Jullien Grace knew nothing about what I was referring to and instead of just stating he was unsure- throughout the chat he gave no aid, knowledge or solution. It was almost as if he had never visited Walmart.com himself.
Walmart.com Web Technicians: Change or revert the cart page. I refuse to use a widget to checkout and view a large cart.

They state their policy is to check your receipt as you are leaving the store. But they don't is more like profiling, you can have several customers not asked then they ask 1 or 2 if you refuse they treat you like a shoplifter and follow you out the door outside their store. If it's policy then everyone should be asked. If a customer refuses then accuse then and let the lawyers take over. Ventura Walmart on Victoria Ave. Not impress with how they treat their customers.
I placed an order and paid for 5 units of contour next glucose test strips. They had the best price. When i received the delivery the package only contained 4 units! I contacted the provider-Rainos 40- and he promised a partial refund but never provided that refund. So if you don't get what you pay for the price don't matter. I'm so disappointed.
I bought my fishing pole from Walmart.com and I actually got it in 1 day, but they told me that it would take 2 days, so I am happy that I actually got it in 1 day. Thank you walmart for the great service.

Delivery date doesn't mean anything to Walmart. They no longer care about their customers. Placed an order they gave me a date that it would be delivered it wasn't. They told me another 4 to 5 days. Don't use Walmart they really don't care.
