The only pair of the right shade of soft pink delicate rimmed European glasses broke. I found the closest match online & at the uncrowded Florida WP store. Polite well trained staff. They had onsite eye testing. Free shipping to NewYork Warby Parker plz. Make lightweight pouches for your glasses. Your glass boxes are unreasonably heavy. Im guessing for shipment. End cost for a fresh custom pair$145
I paid over $300.00 for a pair of glasses, and in less than one year the glasses are all scratched up. When I called the customer service they told me they are guarenteed for 6 months. I find that unacceptable. I will now take my business somewhere else.
Super excited to get my WP. I pick out my stockton frame and they arrive in a reasonable amount of time. Problem is the frame was all stretched out and bent. Someone manhandled these frames really bad. They wouldn't even sit on the table evenly, one of the arms was an inch off the table. So customer service, which is amazing, sent me another pair. These are less warped, but they are still slightly bent and crooked. When I put them on the table they wobble. I will keep them cus it's way better than the first crap they sent me. But I am not really happy with them either, the attention to detail is just not there. TWICE! Uggh. They are what they are, cheap glasses. I'll probably buy from them again, because the price and service, but my expectations are low for frame quality. Seriously, don't manhandle the frames when you put the lenses in! Be gentle! Ugg.
After receiving my order they didn't want to adjust my bifocal line unless i paid additional fees and 6 months later, my prescription changed for one lense. I expected to pay but not 75% of original cost of glass order for one lense.
I bought these glasses in 2020 and only wear them at night as I love to wear my contacts. I wear the glasses at night before bed and sometimes in the morning. I found a huge scratch on one of the lenses after the 6 month warrantee ended. It was so deep I cannot even imagen how this occurred. These are VERY poorly made. They told me I had to buy a new pair as a replacement option. I will NOT be buying a new pair from them and will be going elsewhere.
My stepmom and I ordered 2 pairs of glasses each, they said all we had to do was upload our prescriptions and we would get them the following week because we paid extra to have them expedited. It has been almost 2 months and she still doesn't have her glasses and I have 3 pairs of one and still haven't gotten the second pair I ordered. This has been the worst experience with glasses that I have ever experienced and I will never go back or recommend them to anyone.
I ordered from Warby Parker almost 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the glasses. The first issue I had was that the rep called my doctor and she said they were not able to find my prescription. I called and my doctor found it immediately and emailed and faxed it to them. The next day I receive an email confirming that my prescriptiom was received but I also receive an email from the rep letting me know that they do not have the prescription (?). I email her back and she indicates it was an oversight and that they do have my prescription and that my glasses are being prepared. I get a shipping confirmation a couple of days later; however, after checking for 4 days the status of my shipment, the status does not change. I decide to call and they tell me there was an issue with my shipment and that they will get me a new pair and overnight it. 5 days later I am still waiting for my glasses...
Hi there --
I bought a pair of glasses in April 2016 and one of the hinges broke in August 2016. I reached out to Warby Parker because I really wanted to replace this specific pair of glasses - they are very fashionable and I loved them very much. I received an email from Warby Parker letting me know that they'd rush a new pair to me, right away, free of charge. I received my new pair within a week and mailed them back my old pair. For the ~150 dollars I paid for a pair of glasses, I was extremely satisfied and will be a Warby Parker customer for life.

I highly recommend Warby Parker.
I loved the aesthetic of their store along with falling for the cute names of glasses and modern designs. Unfortunately that's where it ended, I purchased a pair of the Percey's and after it arrived in the mail was surprised to have vertigo. I couldn't even wear them! The store is no where near me so I finally went all the way back and after the optician measured and tried to warp the frames several times, it still felt like I had vertigo. She then told me the lens are the problem and don't work with my prescription. In 15 years of wearing glasses I've never had an issue, and the prescription hadn't changed. Just the "lab" that WB uses.
Would've been nice to know that prior to purchasing? Unfortunate waste of time overall a month just to return them.
Delivery is not within quoted times; Ordered on May 26th promised for 2 day, paid extra for expited shipping it is June 5th and still no word on the lenses, they are still working on it. Really incompetent opticians and... cant rely on them and cant trust them. They should be sued for running business and playing with people's eyes.
After purchasing expensive ($400+) in March 2020 and waiting until late May to get them (due to pandemic) I discovered that I couldn't see well with them. The local WI store reopened in July and I asked for an adjustment using the corrections listed by my opthalmologist. To date they have steadfastly refused, blaming the coronavirus. This product should carry a warranty for fitness of purpose, so if this continues I will file a complaint with the state consumer protection authorities and my insurance company.
I recently ordered glasses for the first time at Warby Parker. The website said that it typically takes 5 business days to be delivered. On the 5th day, I called UPS to track my shipping. UPS said they have not received the package yet. When I called Warber Parker's customer service, they had no idea where my package went. The rep said it was "stalled". So she had to place another order for me, which I would have to wait another 5 days to get it. I called them back just to see if I could get a second opinion. This time, the rep said even if I did get the original pair of glasses, they wouldn't have shown up at my doorstep for at least 8-10 business days. Even though their website says 5 days and the confirmation email I received said 5 days. The solution I got was we will "try" and send you those glasses soon. They also said if I ever receive my original pair of glasses, I need to go to UPS and send them back. Thanks!
To place an order with Warby Parker, you need to upload a prescription. If they don't have a prescription, your order is blocked until you upload it.
I have an account with Warby Parker, and I have uploaded my prescription.
BUT their online system does NOT actually associate that prescription with my orders. So, every time I place a new order, I have to call their service desk and they have to manually associate my prescription with the order. This has happened with every order I have placed (three orders in 9 months.
This is really quite annoying - I use contacts & have to re-order every 90 days. I'm moving to a different vendor for future orders.
I've bought two pairs of glasses from WP and the process couldnt have been easier, or faster! I chose 5 great frames to try on at home and recieved them within a few days for free. Once I decided on the pair I loved, I just used the return sticker that was in the package and stuck it back in my mailbox. I ordered my pair and it came in within 3 days! I love the frames and theyre a great price.
I ordered a pair of (non prescription) sunglasses from Warby Parker, which are very stylish, but one of the lenses dropped out within a week. I had them repaired, but the lens was so scratched from the fall that they were no longer wearable.
I ordered a pair of prescription glasses too, which were too wide at the temple to use. WP told me to have them repaired elsewhere and they would cover the cost. I was told by 3 opticians that the frames couldn't be repaired to fit. I contacted WP, but as I needed glasses right away ( and was holding the misshapen ones with an 80's style Croakie!) and they weren't amenable to doing anything for me much less a rush order, I went instead back to a real optical shop.
Visited a Warby Parker store. Ordered 5 pair online to try on at home - WP put wrong address on package (even though I provided the right address in their system) and I didn't receive my at home try on 5 pair. They ship USPS first Class (which has terrible tracking and service). THEY BETTER NOT CHARGE ME FOR THEIR FAILURE. Tried to contact, you cant call the store, their online chat does not work, they do not respond to the mobile app chat (text).
Why would I do business for such a crucial item such as my glasses when they cant even get the basics and first transactions right.
Terrible customer service. God forbid I actually had ordered a pair of glasses and needed help from them. Good luck. Maybe they are good for a cheap pair of reading glasses but nothing serious.
Warby Parker failed right out of the gate with me. Boo..
Website said shipping is 2-3 days. Now 3 days almost passed, I have not see any update on USPS website. Think about it, a company using the cheapest shipping method of USPS without any concern about the delay, what kind of company it is, right now, even a t-shirt is delivered in 3 days.
I wanted to get a couple of pairs of back up glasses for reading as well as distance. I thought I would try Warby Parker because of the price. Well, have to say that I have never had a better customer service experience. I got my 5 pairs to try on, chose a really cute pair, got on line and a customer service rep walked me through the order. They called my doctor and got my prescription and and 10 days later, I had the glasses! They aren't my back up, I love them and put the $400.00 pair in case as back up. Trust me I have cracked, scratched and broken Persols and many more. This won't hurt as much if anything happens to them.
The filled my same prescription wrong 3 times!
The got the prescription to high and the progressive lenses to low and could not see clearly after 3 times
Gave up and asked for my money back
They were not friendly and didn't seem to care about anything
Didn't offer a any discount or to adjust any thing after 3 times of filling the same prescription
Won't go back again and I would beware of poor quality of work and rude employees
These are the 2 people I had to deal with in OKC on Classen circle
I ordered my glasses March 1st and it is now March 28th and I have yet to receive them. After ordering, I hadn't heard anything for almost 2 weeks and it said I should expect them in about 10 days, so I called and they still hadn't even gotten my prescription like they said they would. Once they finally shipped it said I should receive them Saturday, then it changed to Tuesday, and then to Thursday and now the predicted date is the Saturday after the original prediction. It's been 4 weeks and I still don't have my glasses and I'm annoyed. When I ordered the at home try on frames, they shipped in 4 days. I just hope they're worth the wait.
Christmas gift from my daughter... a much needed new pair of glasses. Visit the GSP store, find a pair of frames I like (99% of their frames are the same style). Get the eye exam; receive the glasses. Excitement! Til I put them on to drive and the roadway is in my mouth! These glasses make me feel like I'm sitting ON the roadway driving. It shouldn't be that way. Go back, get ANOTHER eye exam, get the new glasses - more excitement. Put them on, try to drive and same scenario: I'm sitting on the roadway. And I drive a smaller SUV so there's no way I should feel like I'm sitting on the road. I file another complaint. I'm told to visit them AGAIN (3rd time's a charm right? Huh) with my old spec's so they can compare. How is that different than the first two times I was there WITH my old specs? Additional issue: this was a GIFT. Now the gift giver is STUCK with a Warby parker gift card. Never again... visit your local optometrist, Lenscrafters etc... don't waste your time here.
I bought my 18 yr old's glasses 5 1/2 mos ago. He wears them on days he's not wearing contacts. Sitting at dinner he bumped his classes and they fell 15-18" to the table. The frame above one eye literally split. The lens no longer stays in. I called customer service and they offered to sell me another pair full price. No warranty on the frames. My son has worn glasses for 10 years. I've worn them for 35 years and never experienced anything like this. It's either a defect or the cheapest frames ever! And there's no recourse except for me to ensure the 3 pair of glasses I bought there are the last. The irony is my son is wearing a pair of glasses I bought because he needed to bring 2 extra pairs on a scout trip 2 years ago. I got them at $39 glasses... They traveled to Canada and back to SC in a backpack and held up so much better than the $200 Warby Parker. I hope the person in need who got a pair of glasses because I bought them for my son at Warby has better luck than we did. Never shopping there again.
I bought the Aviator sunglasses and received them about a month ago. I wore them 4-5 times in about a month and one lens keeps popping out. I have tried to tighten the screw with loctite and the threads in the glass frame will not hold the screw tight. I sent an Email to Warby Parker last week and have not received a response. There were not much cheaper than my wifes sunglasses at the optometrist's office. I will not ever buy from Warby Parker again and I will pursue getting a full refund.
I was SO excited to get my try on box, but I was almost instantly disappointed. The first pair I pulled out seemed very cheap right off the bat, but the quality wasn't the worst part. 3/5 of the pairs I ordered were FILTHY. I mean DISGUSTING. I wouldn't even try them on after cleaning them. I'm appalled that they would actually send these to someone without cleaning them. Even if I had liked any of them, which I didn't, I would still shop elsewhere. They clearly need to look into the concept of quality control.
This is my first time ordering from WP and I've had a fabulous experience. I ordered Preston glasses, which didne't fit my nose right so I then called and they were helpful by having me pick 5 frames for at home try on. I didn't like any of my at home frames because I didn't pick any with the nose pads. I learned that I need glasses with nose pads. So I called after I sent the 5 try on ones back and they helpd me exchange the Preston ones for the Tansley ones I picked out. I will return the Preston once I get my new ones. They were quick to help me and super friendly. Thank you so much.
I ordered my frames the ordering process was great, then they shipped it... They use a company called newgistics long story short the item was shipped and for the last 5 days my glasses, which of course I ordered because I needed new glasses, are sitting in the newgistics warehouse WHICH I CAN SEE FROM MY HOUSE. Called warby and they told me that the delivery time is 7 days before they would care, so I now have to wait 7 days for someone to bring them across the street. Now I know you can ship anything in the US with First Class Mail for $2.60- $5.00 and most of the boxes are less than 6 oz so it would be $2.60 and at the longest it takes 5 days for the item to get from anywhere...
Maybe start putting less money, i.e. Millions into foolish commercials, and make your glasses better in quality and up the delivery service to be more on time!
