The only pair of the right shade of soft pink delicate rimmed European glasses broke. I found the closest match online & at the uncrowded Florida WP store. Polite well trained staff. They had onsite eye testing. Free shipping to NewYork Warby Parker plz. Make lightweight pouches for your glasses. Your glass boxes are unreasonably heavy. Im guessing for shipment. End cost for a fresh custom pair$145
I paid over $300.00 for a pair of glasses, and in less than one year the glasses are all scratched up. When I called the customer service they told me they are guarenteed for 6 months. I find that unacceptable. I will now take my business somewhere else.
I don't even have the glasses I ordered yet. I've contacted customer service and a week later, still no response. Never again.
The staff is friendly and made my husband and me feel confident in our selection. I will define be a lifetime member
Stylish, affordable and a pleasure to deal with. The best company for eye glasses. My ophthalmologist said they do a great job.
I've always been happy with the glasses I've gotten from WP. Fast shipping and so much cheaper than my optometrist's office.
Warby is so low rent they shipped my glasses via USPS. Estimated shipping time is 12 days! What a disappointment.

I had recently got a new prescription and needed some new glasses. I did the at home try on with five pairs and loved it! They shipped to me so fast and I found the perfect pair I wanted. You can keep them for up to 5 days but I didn't want to risk being charged for delayed shipping, so I sent them back the next day and there was no problem. I need progressive lenses so they are $295 instead of the advertised $95. But both prices are pretty cheap compared to some other retailers. Once I placed my order they were expected to arrive to me in 10-12 business days. I was on a tight deadline since I was heading back to college out of state very soon. It had been about a week and a half and I still had not received a tracking number and I was getting extremely worried. I emailed customer service to find out what was going on. I talked to the nicest woman ever, she assured me my glasses were almost finished and would be on the way. She also gave me an expected delivery date. My glasses took about two weeks after I ordered them for me to finally get them. But thankfully my glasses came earlier than what she said! Once I got them I was completely in love! They were exactly how I wanted and I could see so great out of them! No scratches or anything! About a week later the same woman from customer service emailed me again. She was checking in on me and wanted to know how my glasses were. I have now had my glasses for about 2 weeks and I recently got a little handwritten note in the mail from the same woman. She gave me some cloths to get rid of smudges on my glasses. Their customer service is amazing and they are so nice and helpful. The glasses may have taken a little longer than what I thought, but it ended up being fine! If you don't need progressive lenses then they will be cheaper and ship faster. But I highly recommend buying from here! You can do as many at home try-ons that you want and they're always FREE! The customer service is so nice and helpful and makes sure you're happy. The styles to choose from are so great! This is an awesome place to get new glasses!
Warby Parker has quite possibly the worst customer service I have experienced. I placed an order and received their order confirmation email that says estimated delivery of 7-10 business days with a link to track my order that said the below:
"YOUR ORDER IS
Working on it
We're hard at work making your order specifically for you!
Check back for updates on your order."
I keep checking back and check the my orders page on their site with no updates. I wait 10 business days and then chat in to see what is going on and it turns out the payment was declined. No mention of this on the track my order page or the my account order page which both still said it was in process.
I chat in to customer service to see if they can help me get my glasses faster since I had been waiting 10 business days already and NONE of their order tracking links mentioned any issue. They had sent 2 emails which had gone to spam since I wasn't looking out for them.
These types of things happen its not a big deal and just wanted them to help me get my glasses faster since I'd already been waiting 10 business days and none of their systems work in terms of showing there is an issue. The solution the rep comes up with is that I would have to pay an additional $25 to cut the time down to 4-6 business days. No additional help or anything offered.
It is incredibly frustrating because I did follow exactly what their order confirmation said to do (track my order using their page and wait 10 business days) and then they tell me there's this issue that I had no idea about and offer absolutely no assistance to rectify it. The agent was atrocious and offered no assistance and when I asked to be transferred to a manager sat waiting for 20 minutes before they refused to transfer but did finally agree to expedite the shipping (to 4-6 business days).
Awful customer service.
I recently broke my glasses and my vision is pretty crap and I'm looking through one lens. So after the commercial, I decided to make my order. I have a work trip on the 27th. I made the order to try-on 5 pairs on the 9th. I didn't get any confirmation until today and was told my order would arrive on the 24th. Mind you, I am only trying them on. I already have my prescription, I thought I would have them by today or tomorrow make my decision and arrange for my glasses to be shipped to the hotel I am staying at. Instead, I walked into existing franchise since the 90s. Made my purchase, insurance covered the cost, my glasses will arrive before I leave for the trip. So I decided to cancel my order, something I've been able to do with many other companies for many other goods. I was told that despite the shipment is sitting in a facility, it can't be canceled once sent out. I specifically stated I will not be here when they arrive. I will not assume any responsibility. Suddenly I get an email that I will be charged accordingly. They underestimate my pettiness.
Tip for consumers:
If you're in a bind or need them sooner than a month. Don't waste your time.

Went to their store and found what I wanted at a good price. Staff was helpful in selection and fitting them. No problems at all.

I WILL AND WOULD EVER PAY FOR GLASSES THAT COST WAAAAAY TO $#*!IN MUCH! U ALL SUCK BALLS U MONEY HUNGRY SON OF A $#*!ES! GO $#*! URSELVES!
They have a 10 business day delivery policy. I still haven't gotten my glasses, and it's been 11 business days. Customer service wasn't helpful.
I'm very disappointed in Warby Parker. Originally I was super excited about this company. I got a free try on of 5 different frames, and I was even able to keep them longer than expected (we had horrible weather and I have 4 children so getting to a post office isn't always easy to do). Well anyways, I had asked if I could just keep the frames I loved and give them to my eye doctor as I was going to have them put the lenses in since it is completely covered by my insurance. I was told I could and I would be "billed", meaning receiving an invoice to pay, as soon as they got the other four lenses back. Well apparently to Warby Parker, "billed" means charged without a heads up. I never received an email or invoice about a total payment, nothing. The money was just taken from mine and my husbands account. I wouldn't have even known if I didn't watch my account like a hawk. I even have the app and I didn't even get a notification. This is very upsetting and an inconvenience. I contacted customer support and they were less than helpful. Had no remorse for taking money from my account without my say so. Very condescending attitudes. I cannot believe that they are able to just charge cards without authorization or notice. Any other company will tell you about being "charged". Not "billed" if they're going to take money directly from your account. Due to the horrible customer service experience of them not even wanting to make this right, I will not be using Warby Parker again. If this company would learn to communicate with their customers, most of these negative reviews wouldn't exist. How they are still in business, is completely beyond me. I'm just hoping my frames hold up, as I have read that many people have had horrible luck with their frames breaking. I'd look elsewhere if you're reading this review.
I was very excited about my new glasses only to find out two weeks later that they try to upsell me and totally ignored my original order.
Grade: F
Really wasn't that big of a fan of the frames. I don't see what all the Warby Parker fuss is about. I'm going to Costco next time.
I received frames with plain glass lenses instead of my prescription. My receipt clearly indicated that they were supposed to be Rx lenses.
Getting old so don't know what's cool anymore but I feel comfortable wearing these. Not as cheap as Costco but still good value.
$99 glasses, trendy, and good client service. What else do you need? They send out pairs for you to try before you buy.
I have been shopping with WP since the first brick and mortar store opened in SF-- never had a problem with quality, fittings or customer service. In August 2022 I ordered two pairs: distance rx and computer rx. The first shipment (to my home, not the store) arrived with two pairs, but both with the same rx. I sent back the duplicate pair and waited for the right rx to arrive. It arrived with massive crazing across the right lens. I had to take photos to secure a replacement pair. The replacement pair took a month to arrive because they had to ship it to the East Coast first for "quality control" to ensure that the lenses did not have crazing. When it finally arrived the lenses looked good, but the right arm of the frames was bent/warped. That was mid-fall 2022.
I did not pursue a third replacement because I am homebound and desperately needed glasses to see/work and could not wait any longer-- Also I thought...fine, consumer beware, I will never order from WP again.
Jump forward to January 2023...crazing on the edges of the lenses of both pairs has started. It's creeping away from the frame edges towards my main focal point.
I called WP this morning to request a full refund. I was told there is no refund possible; 30 day money back and that's it. The customer service folks I spoke with were polite but unrelenting. They offered to ship replacement pairs but I told them that I don't trust the product or their production service model anymore.
I am very unhappy and out $420-- homebound and using outdated rx glasses in the meantime. Please note: the outdated rx glasses on my face right now are Warby Parkers! I bought them six to eight years ago-- no crazing, no quality problems.
Don't shop here unless you can afford the financial loss or are just looking for cosmetic frames where there is no risk of crazing.
I am livid. I placed an order about July 25th and was set to received them on August 3rd... I received a confirmation number and it stopped tracking my package after July 27th... Last I heard they were in Texas then shipped to Indiana. WTF is it doing in Indiana when I live in California. A few days ago I received a generic email from Caitlyn saying they have replaced my original order and will be sending a new one, but NO tracking or confirmation number has been sent so I have no idea where or when I am getting my glasses. I have called the number attached to the email and no response. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
Awful service. No solutions just pathetic service. Never buy glasses from them. Never got them in time. Lens poor poor quality.
They reconciled my complaint. I think their customer service is top notch and product is reallt great!
Tip for consumers:
beware of hidden fees that won't come up until after your order is placed. You will get a sneaky email stating there are additional charges. Shady business practices. I used Zenni Optical and my total for same lenses with better coatings was only $79, compared to their $130 tack on AFTER your order is off and being processed.
They require an original prescription with your full name, DOB and date of exam, if you can't provide that (for whatever reason, like privacy for example), they cancel your order and don't give a damn about written confirmation that in fact, the Rx you are providing is accurate (it is, I just happen to have those numbers from my optometrist over the phone). I guess they are covering their liability by requiring an original prescription but the overall customer experience is hindered by their lack of flexibility. Other companies (Zeni) on the other hand do not require original prescriptions or personal info...
After calling customer support, I had to spend 30min+ trying to get them to place again my original order. Really no apology nor concern for customer satisfaction or overall experience.
Tip for consumers:
Don't even, try to use their service. Go ahead and try another online company.
