The only pair of the right shade of soft pink delicate rimmed European glasses broke. I found the closest match online & at the uncrowded Florida WP store. Polite well trained staff. They had onsite eye testing. Free shipping to NewYork Warby Parker plz. Make lightweight pouches for your glasses. Your glass boxes are unreasonably heavy. Im guessing for shipment. End cost for a fresh custom pair$145

I paid over $300.00 for a pair of glasses, and in less than one year the glasses are all scratched up. When I called the customer service they told me they are guarenteed for 6 months. I find that unacceptable. I will now take my business somewhere else.

I bought a couple boxes of contact lenses from Warby Parker for the first time. The first pair from the box ripped within the same day I put them in. This has never happened to me before. I contacted customer service and they said they only issue replacments or refunds with unopened boxes. This makes no sense to me. How would I know I needed a replacement or some kind of remedy before I opened them. Use 1-800-contacts intead, they have a quality guarantee that they stand by. They will mail you replacement lenses in a case like I described above.

This order was placed in Tyson Corner Mall Store.

I have ordered my glasses on mid Dec-2019 and was told that I will receive my glasses in 2 weeks. Upon several requests the company responded on Feb-05-2020 saying that my glasses were shipped. The way they handle the orders is pathetic and no control. Please beware if you order from this company. Suggestion is that we should not commit full amount when you place an order. Should only commit around 1/4 of the price to have a flexibility of cancellation of the order.

Not sure why so many bad reviews... My experience has been top notch. I order glasses for me and my husband, lenses are great the frames are fantastic and the customer service has always been fast friendly and helpful. I love this company so much I sook out an opportunity to leave a good review somewhere and I hardly ever do that. I strongly recommend you give them a try!

I ordered online a replacement pair of glasses, as those I have are scratched. After 3 weeks, I asked for an update, and they realized that the person who had taken my order had made a mistake and they were waiting for me to send my glasses, in order to replace the lenses. I paid the difference in order to get the frame as well and I was assured my finally corrected order would be given priority and I'd receive what I needed in one week. One week later, without any news, I wrote them. And then one of their supervisors realized that, not only that frame was no longer available, but that they could not send me another pair of glasses without a doctor's appointment first! I will certainly NOT use their services every again, and I will keep wondering if they took advantage of me because, as they know from my doctor's appointments in the past, and my own name, that I am a foreigner.

Looked in to these just to see if they are all the cracked up to be... And you get what you pay for is all I can say. Worst quality glasses I have ever seen. Scratch at the slightest touch and the lens are such a poor quality. Go to your optometrist and order a real pair of glasses that is worth your money instead!

They are all style and do not stay on my face. Well, they did when I tried them on in the store and when they first arrived, But then after 1 day the springs lost their tension and the glasses stopped fitting. 1 DAY!

By far the lowest quality glasses I have experienced. If you want glasses that stay true to size and on your face, shop another brand.

Warby Parker is just cheep made plastic from China. They started out at $95 but that didn't last long. At $95 they're an ok product. If you have to pay more just buy a quality pair of shades that last. They're cheaply made.

Absolute junk. I never do these reviews, but just want to warn fellow consumers that these glasses are overpriced JUNK. My pair literally fell apart in two weeks. Little screws were gone in TWO WEEKS. Now I have to go have somebody repair these. Stay as far away from this company as possible

I really love the affordable frame selection, but would love to see more low bridge/Asian fit styles. I did the Home Try On program but none of them fit my face so I went in store and was disappointed to find out that the style I wanted, I couldn't have because my high prescription and the glasses being non-centered on me, would cause distortion. Did eventually pick a low bridge style that worked for me, but would love to see more options, as they only had 5-6 styles to choose from. Overall though, they have great customer service and good quality glasses at affordable price ranges.

Bought the frame and lens from them in Dec 2015. Lens scratched and needed to be changed which, according to their policy, they do. However, since the original Rx expired since then, they absolutely refused to change the lens without getting a new Rx. Nothing changed but I had to see a doctor just to satisfy their ridiculous (given the circumstances) policy. An MD myself, I even offered to write them my own Rx but they refused. Regret deeply ever choosing to deal with them

About a year ago I decided to order new glasses through Warby Parker after hearing about them through a couple friends. I was impressed with the ability of their "home try on" offer. I found a pair I really liked and ordered them. Unfortunately, my glasses got a couple scratches on the lenses but it was covered through their "1 year scratch free guarantee". I find it awesome that WP offers this. Unfortunately, I encountered another problem with my glasses and WP was very quick to respond to my issue and they offered an immediate resolution. The customer service I have received has been superb. While $95 seems like a lot for a pair of glasses, it really is worth it. Given the quality of their customer service, the styles available, the quality of their product and free shipping, I think WP is a smart decision.

Like most people, I've had nothing but positive experience with WP
Have done the home try on and had a pair of $95 glasses for 3 years. Couldn't even get a decent frame for that price elsewhere. Frames & lenses equivalent to expensive ones I used to get at the major retailers. I'm ready to get new Rx glasses & sunglasses but think I might need to try progressives & wondering if anyone has had experience with those.

I'm on my third pair of Warby Parker glasses, and I love them--especially for the price. It helps that I live by a brick and mortar store in Chicago, so I am able to try on as many as I want. This also helps when my glasses start to get loose. I just stopped in the store, and the person working was very nice, and I was in and out of there (with tightened glasses!) in less than five minutes.

I went to Nashville Tn store took my prescription from my local Dr. In Illinois. I live 4 hours away. I order eye glasses and sun glasses they both have progressives Rx lens. I received them in the mail one week and they are perfect!

PLEASE pay attention to the bad reviews Warby Parker has received as ALL of them are correct... why beat a dead dog with another BAD review. Can't believe some Medicare plans offer Warby Parker as the supplier. It has been over 2 1/2 weeks and they only could say... we sent you an email. I have a business and I don't have time to monitor every email. The amount of time it would take to leave me a voice mail would be amount the same amount of time to send an email.

So I didn't get the chance to go to my eye doctor for my check up and prescription because my state was shut down for COVID-19. I bought a pair of glasses but used my old prescription and didn't have what I needed. A mistake on my part. I emailed them and they were very quick to respond. They held my order for me for months until my doctor opened again and I was even able to measure my peripheral distance online since I didn't have it. It was really easy. I also just got my glasses and they are great quality. I feel like they have a very unique choice of glasses and they're more trendy than when you'd buy them at the eye doctor. I didn't even try them on before I bought them!

My glasses broke 2 weeks after I received them!
I guess you get what you pay for. I will go back to my optical shop. They charge us more but gives me th high-quality I am used to! Never again online glasses!

Warby Parker was unable to secure a prescription from my eye doctor, so I called customer service. They said it was difficult for them to do this and it is always easier if the customer requests it. I asked, wouldn't that just be an extra step?" He then replied "I am going to tell you this one more time" and proceeded to tell me to secure my own prescription. Not okay, and I won't be recommending them again.

Poor quality made-in-China junk that you put on your face to let everyone know you can only afford instant ramen noodles for dinner. I've felt higher-quality frames on gas station sunglasses. If you're still like... REALLY INVESTED in trying to be a cookie-cutter hipster then maybe this is for you? Better yet, skip the avocado toast for a month and invest in something high quality in your local economy. I won't be wasting any more money here.

Supposedly my glasses were made to my prescription but the outcome was horrible. I could not see driving and yet I could with my previous prescription. Customer Service response was virtually non-existent. Save yourself the money and aggravation and don't buy Warby Parker glasses - you will regret it.

I fell and bend the frame of the prescription sunglasses I bought from WP for $445. They have not option to get them repaired or to replace them. They simply did not even try to help. Please DO NOT BUY THESE. They are far too much money with no warranty and customer support that is not helpful at all.

The price is very inexpensive and the service was great but concerned the quality isn't what I normally get in most eyeglasses. I've had my glasses from WarbyParker for about 2 months and the one thing I've noticed is that the lenses constantly need to be cleaned.

I have been with warby Parker for a number of years. I recently had a new pair of glasses - actually arrived in June of this year, since then I have been back numerous times to have them adjusted. I spoke with customer service explaining that they pinch the skin around my eye and its just troublesome all the time - and I do not want to keep going back. After speaking with a customer service representative today, and him speaking with a supervisor I have been informed I will not be eligible for a new pair, since the 30 day period has expired. Literally the glasses arrived on June 13th and cannot convey the times I have been back for issues. Anyway having said all this - I feel very disappointed with the service provided and will therefore no longer purchase my glasses from there store in the future.

For months (because of the lockdown) I've had to wear a Chums strap to keep my Warby Parker glasses on my face. Previously, my glasses have been adjusted several times in a Warby Parker Store but they never hold.

Finally, they opened the stores in Austin. The website says the hours are 12:00-6:00.
I made arrangements for someone to stay with my husband, who recently had major surgery, made the 35 minute drive, arrived at the store at 3:00 exactly, only to find a sign on the door that says they are closed from 3- 4:30 pm. Since I was coming to the area, I made an appointment Elsewhere for 4 pm. So, I have been sitting in the 97 degree heat for 50 minutes. And the best part is I have to go home immediately after my 4:00 appointment to relieve The person staying with my husband so my glasses still continue to fall off my face, literally.
And, I tried to call the cs number but I got a recording saying I was calling after hours. Also tried emailing and texting, but nothing.

I'd had my glasses for 6 mos before the nose piece broke, and the chrome started coming off of the frames.
Warby Parker would not do anything, these are the cheapest glasses I have ever owned!
Would definitely NOT recommend this company.
I doubt this will be posted.
