The only pair of the right shade of soft pink delicate rimmed European glasses broke. I found the closest match online & at the uncrowded Florida WP store. Polite well trained staff. They had onsite eye testing. Free shipping to NewYork Warby Parker plz. Make lightweight pouches for your glasses. Your glass boxes are unreasonably heavy. Im guessing for shipment. End cost for a fresh custom pair$145
I paid over $300.00 for a pair of glasses, and in less than one year the glasses are all scratched up. When I called the customer service they told me they are guarenteed for 6 months. I find that unacceptable. I will now take my business somewhere else.
I bought several pair of glasses. Their great design is what made me buying them. But I ordered 2 pairs with the same prescription within a year. The prescription was wrong. It's only this past week when I when to shop to a regular optician nearby that I discuss this. It was confirmed that it wasn't the same prescription! So for over a year I drained my eyes with a bad prescription. I contacted Warby Parker to inquire about it. They kept denying, avoiding the answer. Really bad customer service. They should have admit their big fault and refund me at least that pair. I will never buy Warby Parker again.
I just want to say: I am SO glad that I didn't listen to the "bad reviews" I saw on this company. Look: it's not Warby Parker's fault that you don't know how to navigate a website. It's not their fault that you sat on your glasses. It's not their fault USPS is failing lately. They were fast, helpful and the product is FLAWLESS. My frames feel heavy and expensive, my lenses are perfect. Highly recommend this company if you're not dense.
Not only did they take way too long to deliver my prescription is obviously wrong I can't see well and I wore them any way thinking maybe my eyes need to get use to them u could not do it my headache was unbearable
Warby Parker has to be the worst business to conduct business with. They will string you around sending you these friendly emails, but they're just masking this for the side of customer service because there's no customer service at all.
Warby Parker informed us that there was no guarantee of delivery or refund, or cancellation by email from Warby Parker. All you receive is emails stating "Oh, this is not like us." "I can't believe this is happening. Oh, please forgive us, but if you need anything, you reach out to us, and will take care of you."
Nope, that is not how it works with Warby Parker. I pray that I can get out from under this company as quickly as possible and that this will not be dragged out like it seems it will be.
Tip for consumers:
I have several emails from them and have spoken to them on the phone. I won’t spend more time looking for and uploading a proof of purchase in a specific format. I tried uploading in a PDF, and I will not dedicate any further of my time to modifying or working on anything related to Warby Parker Anymore. I’ve wasted too much time already.

I ordered contacts and two pair of glasses in the middle of April and I have since gotten two emails from Warby Parker stating that there's a delay and you can't get anything until we say so. As of today, I do not have any contacts or glasses and the reps are telling me that there's no guarantee that any refund or cancellation will be approved, if the refund or cancellation is not approved, then I am stuck waiting on Warby Parker, and his suppliers to get it together to send the products that I ordered. I asked the service representatives in the retail store and they mentioned that there wouldn't be a single issue maybe one week , but not more
They do not refund. You are lucky to receive the glasses if ever. I am now waiting three weeks for glasses that were supposedly sent over night. But for some reason I received the try-ons right away. Twice now I have not received the glasses. And, they will not refund the money. This company is honestly fraudulent. It is scamming hard earning people for their money by spending tons on swanky ads and then not delivering. AND refusing to refund. It's egregious.
Warby Parker is a poor excuse for a company. I ordered glasses from them on the free home try-on. I never received the trial. I live in Florida, and the glasses were delivered o Sacramento, CA. If they are not returned, you are charged for the glasses, and now I am going to have to pay $500 for their mistake. I have contact customer service multiple times without a single respnose. I am more than dissatisfied, and I would not recommend Warby Parker to anyone.
Don't order glasses prisms with prisms. It's a nightmare to try to get them to fill them. The shipping experience was horrible. They wouldn't give me any kind of discount on a second pair to make up for the $#*!ty experience the first time I used them. And the customer service rep didn't give two $#*!s. I thought this company was going to be cool, but nope.
I have tried to get my glasses for over a month and they have sent me 3 different pairs all of which have been wrong. It is amazing the incompetence of this company. When I went to the store they suggested that it was my eye doctors fault until they looked at the glasses and found that they did not follow the prescription at all
I loved the frames but got my 1st pair and seeing was off. Went back and they adjusted fit of glasses. Went back again and discovered the "dot" was off in both lenses. They re-did the dot when I got them back vision still seemed off. Waited for my eyes to adjust. Got them fitted again. Finally went to my eye doctor and the "dot" was off in the left lens and they had added a prism in the right lens. They were great about giving back my money but not being able to see well for a few months was awful. I spent almost 3 times more at Invision but I CAN SEE!
I had good exchanges with WP reps. Sadly, delivery on promises was lacking. I put in my order but it took multiple emails to confirm. WP didn't work quickly or efficiently to effect progress, dragging their feet to work with my optometrist to get the deal done. Ultimately I cancelled the order. I like the business model, but it didn't make good on promise.
I ordered my glasses then wanted to change the frames. The first set of glasses went out, but they did the exchange and they said I could use the other pair until I get my second pair. I can then send the others back postage paid. So far they are much, much better than any other website or in-store experience I have had. I will have to see how it goes once I get them.
I visited in store to pick out some new glasses this week. The optician there was very helpful and professional. She even helped me pick out frames that complimented my skin tone and face shape (since I had come there alone). Once I picked a pair I liked, the rest of the checkout process was very quick and simple. I was in and out in15 minutes! I should be receiving my glasses this week and I cant wait to wear them!
Fitted a nice frame and had a measurement done for 40 usd. When the frame was ready with the prescription glasses, the frame was completely out of form. I became aware that these frames are the worst quality. I got my money bach but not the measurement costs. One of the worst experiences of my life. Do not go there!
Bought two pair of glasses three years ago at retail location. Relatively happy with frames but lens have since scratched significantly. Time to replace so thought I would just do my exam with them this time. Tried to schedule online now that they are open. Couldn't do it even though they showed times and I could see others scheduling. Called to no avail. Used their chat service - no help. Texted - a complete joke for service. Emailed the help desk - no response at all. My wife joked that I was too old for them since at every turn they wanted to know my age. So next day, entered my age as 32 instead of 62 and voila! Got an appointment. All I can figure is that they don't want older clients since they may have more complicated eye issues. I canceled and have moved on. The cheap eye wear gig will be up soon enough for these folks.
After coworkers recommended Warby Parker to me, I quickly and easily purchases my contacts on their website. It said my glasses would be shipped in 7-10 days. I patiently waited for 30 days (thinking every day maybe the next day they would arrive). I finally called and the customer service rep apologized profusely saying somehow though I was charged and she saw my order, it was never processes for production/purchase. She said she would expedite the order and I could expect them in 3-5 days. 7 days go by and I call them, and the rep said the order is still in production! She promises to call me the next day and let me know why there was a hold up, and promises overnight shippping. No phone call and no glasses! It's been 6 weeks! I feel like an idiot for waiting around for nothing!
That was the highlight though. I visited the Houston University Village store and got great service. But that's where my positive experience ended. I've never have lenses ever scratch so quickly or transition lenses discolor and fog up permanantly. I just bought these glasses four months ago. Perhaps I can use the frames again, but the lenses are worthless. And they give me headaches. Warby Parker has a real manufacturing problem.
This company did nothing to address the issue I had with lenses that had rainbow smudges that wouldn't clean off. They waited until time ran out to address the problem saying sorry the time to fix the issues has run out. Poor quality glasses, even poorer quality customer care. Never again will I order here even if they give them away for free.

Sept 2019 I purchased warby frames with progressive, transitional, antiglare lenses. Before Sept 2020 the coating on the lenses deteriorated. Warby Parker replaced the lenses at no charge as it was within one year. Less than 2 years later the lenses deteriorated again. I will go elsewhere
I visited their store in George town DC today after I read on their website that their glasses are made of cellulose acetate (natural fiber). Once I arrived and started looking for glasses, they didn't seem or feel like cellulose acetate but a cheap synthetic plastic.
To confirm, I ask their manager who didn't know what cellulose acetate is and said these are made of plastic and which plastic she doesn't know at all.
I don't want to buy from a cheap store and from a place the managers don't have knowledge about it.

Eyeglasses I did buy
My daughter bought glasses from them, no problem. So, I was excited to get them because my last frames from Lenscrafters were almost $1,000 and I NEVER could see out of them. PLUS they were extremely scratched up after the first month and I purchased the "non-scratch" lenses. So I ordered my glasses on 10/29/16 from Warby Parker with much excitement. Well, that excitement has turned to disappointment and anger. I just called to find out where my glasses are because it's been over 2 weeks. They came in but they had an "imperfection", so they were sent back. Well, I went to the store on Saturday, hoping that they would be there and they weren't. They said it would be Monday. Well, I just called and come to find out they were NEVER re-ordered! I really need my glasses and now I have to wait even longer for them... I will not use them again!
Was looking for reasonable priced glasses. Warby Parker is definitely not that. They wanted more than $400 for 1 pair of glasses plus the cost of the exam. I got 2 pair at boscov for a little over $300 with the exam
WB came highly recommended from a coworker of mine. Overheard him speaking about them, checked the site and I was like no way... not for that price... what's the catch!? I got my prescription with PD measurement, ordered the glasses online Saturday 08/05 and I received them today; Wednesday 08/09... 4 days later. I got the Crane TI in grey and they are great. I couldn't be happier! $145 for frames and lenses, can't beat that! I don't mean to gush but they are really nice and after years of buying glasses for $450+, it is really an incredible buy. Design may not be for everyone as the frames are on the bigger side but they fit me really well!
I bought my first pair of Warby parker glasses earlier in the year. Can't remember how long it took but i had to wait last time as well. I put my order in on 11/21/16. They have not sent me any follow up emails except for the stupid Black Friday deals i could give a sh** about. They tell you it will be to you within 10 days after you place your order. WELL, it's been just about 10 days so I give them a call. It's been placed 8 days after I ordered the DAMN GLASSES. So they were shipped 8 days. After i placed my order. Pathetic, woman said they wouldn't be here till MAYBE Dec. 7th. Absolutely fed up and will never suggest this company to anyone again. Do not care how cool your stupid hipster effing glasses are. The company is trash.
I bought a pair at the store and never got them, I had to fight with them but after more than 3 weeks they had to reimburse me.
I'm not sure their business is based on cashing the money and reimburse you a month later. I call this a free loan.
Very dissapointed
The one pair of glasses I have ordered has had to be replaced four times before I finally cancelled the order. They even had a pair sent to their office to confirm they were of good quality before sending them to me. The company couldn't even get that right. The problems varied from tool marks on the lenses, to the lenses being installed wrong. They are what you pay for, just cheap glasses.
