The only pair of the right shade of soft pink delicate rimmed European glasses broke. I found the closest match online & at the uncrowded Florida WP store. Polite well trained staff. They had onsite eye testing. Free shipping to NewYork Warby Parker plz. Make lightweight pouches for your glasses. Your glass boxes are unreasonably heavy. Im guessing for shipment. End cost for a fresh custom pair$145
I paid over $300.00 for a pair of glasses, and in less than one year the glasses are all scratched up. When I called the customer service they told me they are guarenteed for 6 months. I find that unacceptable. I will now take my business somewhere else.
They sell lots of modern hipsterish plastic glasses. I buy a few different colors so I mix up the colors and styles with different outfits. Good quality and they deliver in a strong cardboard box. I wish they had a few more traditional metal styles, but they have a good mix of the trendy stuff. As a bonus they give away free glasses to charity with purchases which is something I'd like to see more of in corporate America.
Their glasses suck. I've never shorted a stock but I plan to short theirs. I got the expensive graduated lenses with anti-scratch protection- they are completely scratched and getting worse. I will never get a pair of glasses from them again. What a ripoff.
Tip for consumers:
How crappy their glasses are.

I just got my glasses in the mail. Several problems. 1) lenses feel AND sound like they are going to pop out any second. 2) The glasses in the showroom and the glasses they sent are nowhere near the same quality. Sturdy and noise free in the store, flemsy and crappy feeling in real life. Plus I bought the "premium" 150 dollar ones as well. 3) Glasses in showroom fit really well. The ones I got are so wide they fall off my face and don't fit my ears well. I thought it sounded too good to be true. Going to take them to an eyecare place and have them looked at 1st. Thats why I give two stars. If they can be adjusted I can live with them. But just be weary. Ps. Everything is done over the internet with them. Lots of room for mistakes.
I was new to the Warby Parker brand. It was recommended to me by a coworker after telling her that Pearl Vision wanted to charge me upwards of $350 for a pair of glasses. She also directed me right to the Warby Parker website, where she explained that I could pick out some trial frames to have sent directly to my house at no cost to me. So, I did just that. It was so simple! Once I picked out my frames I liked, I entered in my prescription by simply taking a picture of it and uploading it the site. I just received my glasses today and I am beyond shocked at how quick the whole process was and all for a fraction of the price the other store wanted. I never even had to drive into Boston, which is the closest location to me, to get them. I strongly recommend getting your next pair of glasses from Warby Parker! I will be telling everyone I can about how efficient and simple the whole process was.
Warby Parker made an error regarding a home tryon that I returned over a month ago. They confirmed having received the return on May 24th. I was horribly surprised to find a charge for $472.50 on June 29th over a month after they confirmed receiving my return. Their solution? Telling me Id get my money back in 7-10 business days and offering me a $15 coupon. $15 dollars for a mistake that has cost me to wrongfully be missing $472.50 for 7-10 days?! What a smack in the face!
Purchased my glasses and sunglasses from Warby Parker. Paid the price for progressive lenses in both pairs. I will just say that I would rather settle at Warby Parker than go somewhere else. Glasses were great and fit right out of the box but the quality and service is above and beyond and I would rather settle, if I had to, than to go somewhere else. Quality is outstanding and service is above and beyond.
Poor service! I paid $35 for the expedited service which quoting their website Orders placed before 1 p.m. ET will be delivered by the end of the next business day. My order has placed on line Monday evening, which is before 1 PM Tuesday. When on Tuesday evening I did not receive any indication that my glasses were shipped I called Warby Parker. I was told twice that since my order was placed after 1 PM on Monday it did not qualify for the expedited service. I did not expect my order to be delivered on Tuesday since I missed the 1 PM deadline on Monday, but the order was placed before the 1 PM deadline on Tuesday so my glasses should have been delivered by Wednesday. Their website is inaccurate. I hope that the glasses are worth it and that the accuracy regarding their information about the charities they fund is better than the shipping information on their website.
Ordered my glasses at the Dallas store. Bought them on a Saturday, delivered the next Saturday. Fit and looked great. I was near the store so I went in and got a minor adjustment that I wasn't aware I needed. I'll never purchase glasses anywhere else again.
Customer service in the store was also terrific. They ran out of M&Ms in the community jar so they went in the back to get me more. It's the small touches.
Ok so let me tell you a story: I used to waste a lot of money on glasses. Now that I have found WP I save a lot of money on glasses. Short story right? Well the bottom line is they have a lot of options and I am a happy customer.
The website does not seem to work completely either in Safari or Google Chrome. There are bits that just don't load/function.
Having managed to buy something, I then got multiple emails about needing a photo to be uploaded to measure pupillary distance, despite the fact that they had this information on the prescription that they had already accepted. I was given an estimated delivery date, which has been missed. According to USPS, using the tracking number given, the glasses haven't even been handed over to them as a carrier yet! Zero info so far on what's happened, and whether this is just a case of USPS being slow or WP not having managed to put my glasses in the mail yet.
I really do wish I had trusted my instincts and not bothered with WP.
I had no issues with the customer service, which I thought was excellent. My issue is the quality of the glasses. I've had my glasses for less than 4 months and find the lenses to be of substandard quality. The frames have bent out of shape. Definitely going to Peepers, where I can buy 4 cheap pair for the price of 1 at WP.
The 5 women's sunglasses I tried were broken and they were also ugly and not trendy at all. I now have to go out of my way to bring them to drop them off at the post office, since they weren't picked up from my mail box as promised.
I was very new to wearing glasses and someone suggested warby so I thought I started with Warby in 2016, I did the 5 try ons at home and I found a pair that I liked. I was confused about exactly what I needed for the prescription then when I found it... it was expired. But when I called customer service was so helpful. Then in oct of 2017 I scratched that pair and couldnt see well so I got another box of the try ons then I called to change something on my new order I asked about my scratched ones (which were out of the warranty by a week...) Customer service was excellent again they corrected my new order and are replacing my old lenses for free!
Now the only thing I wish was better was I wish they had more of a selection, particularly sunglasses. I do not like the look of any of their sunglasses. I really wish that I could put sunglass lenses in some of the normal glasses frames.
Overall I love Warby Parker and Highly recommend it!
Tip for consumers:
do the home try on and don't ever hesitate to call their support lines they are awesome!!
Ordered a pair of glasses from them at the Red Bank location. Had to email my prescription to an email address
Did that 3 times at their request. Finally went to the store to rectify and they claimed all was good. Started getting emails again and finally had to go to the store to cancel. No one ever returned emails and was told there is no phone in the store. They have no regard for their customers and cannot rectify problems when they come up.

I had a really positive experience with Warby Parker - from ordering 5 pairs of glasses to try on at home, to returning them (couldn't be easier!) to customer service to finally the glasses I ordered coming in. I love my Warby Parker glasses - and will recommend this company to my friends and family.
Placed my order and then received an email trying to upsell me to a more expensive lens. My order was on hold until I responded to this email, which I didn't even see for a full week after they sent it to me. No phone call, no follow up. This was the first delay on my order. After responding that I didn't want the more expensive lenses, they assured me that my order would be made right away. That was at least 2 weeks ago. So I got in touch with them again today and the agent said "I am so glad you contacted us! There was a glitch with your order and it "didn't go through" (?) Again, no one bothered to reach out at all to let me know that my order "hadn't gone through". The only explanation that they gave me was that there "may have been a glitch" in their system. It's been over a month since I bought these glasses and they still haven't been made. Seriously? Get it together, Warby Parker.
I love my glasses. I did not even have to get used to new glasses, which I usually have to do. However, I have been trying to get an answer to a question about my shattered lenses (long story), but have not received an answer. Therefore, I rated them as average.
After waiting 17 days and not hearing from them I called. They couldn't find my order. 1st by email then phone. Finally by name they did. Then I was told they had the wrong email and the phone was an 888 number. I asked why would I have a toll free number for a customer as that would be ridiculous. Then I was was told they couldn't fill my prescription because of my prism. They asked if I worked with a customer rep or optician. I informed them it was both. Then I was told oh they should have told you they couldnt do it as you did speak with an optician too. Really. This is how you work with customers. NEVER again. If you want to save money go to Costco or somewhere like that. Great prices and service. I learned my lesson
Received my glasses yesterday and they were perfect. I loved the frame and the prescription was perfect I couldn't of been more happier especially during corona virus where everyone was closed I was able to get glasses which were desperately needed. Thank you Warby Parker.
I do not need glasses. If I did, I would not use this company. They use third party "affiliate" spammers to drown your inbox with spam. I often have receive dozens of these spam emails per week. Why would a supposedly legitimate company need to use such sleazy marketing? I would not trust my vision to a company that resorts to such tactics.
The glasses arrived on time, and the lenses aren't bad. The frames, however, are extremely cheap-looking and -feeling. I bought the Zelda, and the "gold" bridge is actually plastic. It's very difficult to adjust the nose pads to fit my face, and one of them is loose. The glasses are cute, though, so I guess I'll wear them.
These jackasses don't want to take the prescription from your optometrist. They want you to use an app to try and get measurements for your eyes. How $#*!ing stupid are these millennials?!? Waiting for my money back? It has been weeks.

More than one month ago I ordered and paid for my glasses. They should have been here weeks ago. So I called today, provided my order number, and inquired as to status. Customer service explained, oh, I see our system sent an automatic email letting you know that you could upgrade your order to a lighter material, and, when it did that it automatically placed your order on hold. Yikes! So I don't respond to a robo upgrade email after completing and paying for my order - so Warby Parker suspends my order?
A manager explained, oh, our system doesn't track if a customer doesn't respond and release the order hold after a certain time. Had I not called today - my order would still be on hold. Really not acceptable
I'm from New York City, and there's a Warby Parker here that is always packed. They receive a lot of praises and everyone loves them so I'm surprised to see a lot of bad experiences here. I discovered Warby Parker in a commercial and decided to go to the store. At the time, I wore a really distasteful pair of glasses. Despite what it seems, frames and lens at the optometrist is quite expensive. The price I paid for the frames and lens at Warby Parker was well worth my money. For people with really bad vision, the upgrade to the slimmer lenses is also worth it.
The customer service was great and I was glad to get glasses for such a low price. I throw my glasses everywhere and never put them into a case for storage (even though the case is really nice). I sat on the glasses by accident, they fall everywhere, and I generally don't take care of them. The last three years, the most damage the glasses received was two small scuffs on the lenses.
Warby Parker sells its own line of designer prescription glasses and sunglasses. Warby Parker is based in New York City and has retail locations in several cities including LA and San Francisco. The Warby Parker name comes from two fictional characters created by Jack Kerouac.
