Wayfair is rude. Expensive furnitures are sent home as defective. But the return/replacement is NOT allowed. I tried to leave comments with photos of defective items on Wayfair website, but the comments NEVER appear. The product rating of Wayfair showing on Wayfair website is 4-5 star.

These lot are charlatans and thieves. They've taken over £400 of my money and simply refuse to give it back to me despite me not ordering anything from them. Absolutely avoid these low lives at all costs.

I have ordered sideboard on the 31.11.2020 Delivery date 4.11 Two weeks later still no sign of my furniture. Lack of communication no updates with order status.
I had to make a phone call to the customer service. They promise to deliver within few days. At the end they just cancel my order without any explanation and issued the refund. The money still didn't reach my account. Scum. Avoid.
I am always happy to post positive reviews to reward effort or encourage good service, but as both a customer and a lawyer I have to report serious issues with Wayfair. Customer service is something that we tend to depend upon online. Wayfair's customer service is lacking, ill-considered and substandard, in which the company's interest is put before that of the customer. Which is a pity for their product range is attractive. However, their job as online distribution is simply to get the right product to the right customer at a competitive price - and here they consistently fail. If you have the choice to shop with another provider, I would recommend that you do so.
Delivery date changed 3 times, unpleasant delivery man, broken parts, problem not solved, unhelpful customer service, never use them again

This company basically gets you to sign up to their newsletters on the promise of £15 off your first order. Then sends you a welcome newsletter/email without a code on it! You put through an order thinking you will have the £15 automatically taken off, which of course doesn't happen! You complain to Wayfair about the whole thing and they tell you that you haven't signed up to their newsletter (even though you have received it!) and will not honour their promise of money off - as apparently their policy is that they do not apply codes to orders already placed! Then a few days later you receive an email with a promo code on it! Talk about taking the pee! Terrible customer service and a scam! AVOID!
This company sells items as if they are in stock, but then delay delivery for months whilst sitting on your payment.
They do not respond to e-mails, and when they had a wrong postcode, they cancelled the order rather than deliver the item I had been waiting for, for 5 months.
Wayfair sent order to the wrong address, and I have spent weeks trying to receive a refund. They ignore messages. I would not recommend this company. I now have to pay my credit card until refund is received or there will be charges.
These thieves have stolen my money! I didn't get no items and they promised to put my money on to my account the resolution team a bunch of useless people who hate their job and poor customer service they are ignoring my email I can't go to the ombudsmen yt as they are not registered! I want my money back!
Bespoke Part missing. Replacement requested. 3 week wait for the missing part! Refused to compensate for this big inconvenience (my house is not a storage warehouse). Really poor customer service will not use again and recommend you do not.

One day a sofa is £643 and next day is £979
A bunch of unprofessional agents to talk to when you give them a call plus I've been keeping my eyes for this sofa and normal price was £643, and SALE for £459 and then come back after few days and they rising the price like crazy, now the price is £979. So one day the price is £643 and in few days you add some more money? You all just play with people's money? Not using this app/website anymore and i won't recommend it either
Probably a sham company. Most horrible experience ever. If I have a chance I will go to the consumer court and file a civil suit against them.

I bought a small coat hook about 4 inches long, it came in a massive box and was charged nearly £5 postage both ways! Trying to get a refund is tricky - no refund button to be found and it took a long search to find the refund process! Not good customer service for an online business!

I ordered two Garrick sofas in February. They looked lovely in the online catalogue. However, I never got to see them. They were lost twice, and then randomly Wayfair refunded my money for one of the sofas, without letting me know why. This is five months after I ordered them, and several delivery days came and went. Customer care is appalling in this company. I was given so many different excuses for the delays - the sofas were lost, they were damaged, they were taking so long to make because they were so good. Utter nightmare. Really do avoid.
Ordered and paid for a sofa in good time for Xmas delivery. I've now been told, via email, and two days before it was due to be delivered, that the sofa has been discontinued. I now cannot order a sofa for Xmas from anywhere as Wayfair have left it so late to tell me. Appalling customer service.

I recently took delivery of an artificial plant, both the article and courier service were first class, but I was appalled at the massive amount of plastic sheet packaging- surely there is an alternative!

So glad i used paypal. This company never sent my patio sets. Called paypal n was told this is a fraudulent sight. Buyers beware. I did get my money back. I knew the prices was too good to be true, but I tried them anyway n very dissatisfied

First and last time that I will use wayfair. Very unhand way to run a business! Ordered 6 single dining chairs as the pairs (which were cheaper) were apparently out of stock. When the order arrived, guess what I received! 3 sets of pairs! I phoned wayfair to complain about this and they just said sorry. No offer to rectify it or refund the difference that they had fraudulently charged me. They didn't care. As for the product themselves, not really impressed with the quality, as I paid over £700 for 6 chairs I really didn't expect them all to have various threads hanging off of them where they have not been finished properly. I will buy elsewhere next time.

I bought a ottoman bed from wayfair £359.99 and bought 3years protection £23.92. This came with broken parts / they did replace the broken parts and said if I keep the bed as is I can get 20% as paying this in 3 instalments. The last payment due now hasn't been taken off £71.99 as promised. After months of sorting this out / Chat rooms/phone calls and today customer service has said the 20% offer was only if I kept the broken bed and they didn't have to send a part. Who in there right mind spends a lot of money on an item to keep broken and get discount. They have not kept there word and been awful to deal with. I shall send them the bed back as is and get a full refund and go elsewhere to a good company and spend my money. No duty of care to me.

If you see any positive reviews of Wayfair they are fake. Made a substantial order with them at the beginning of December. Goods never arrived and Wayfair couldn't tell me where they were so they said they reordered the goods. These never turned up so I have tried to get a refund. Wayfair have refused a refund because they say the 'order is being processed'. I made the order almost a month ago and it's still being processed? I am having to go down the legal route to try and get a refund from Wayfair.

I would love to purchase things from this shop but find the the whole process slow and difficult to navigate. They need to shake up their ideas, everytime I go into their site, I have problems, so I always give up, it is not me, I never experience problems like this with other sites.
