Henry arrived at the exact time the booking was for.He certainly knows his stuff! Assembled a quite tricky table and chairs set expertly. Polite, very friendly man who I would highly recommend. First time I have used the Handy site, but it certainly won't be my last. Like a breath of fresh air finding such a great site. Thank you Henry!
Wayfair is rude. Expensive furnitures are sent home as defective. But the return/replacement is NOT allowed. I tried to leave comments with photos of defective items on Wayfair website, but the comments NEVER appear. The product rating of Wayfair showing on Wayfair website is 4-5 star.
I would give zero if possible. We ordered a dining room set for delivery in Northern Ireland. At no point were we told this would be a problem. The order - and our payment - were accepted. We were told delivery would take several weeks, so we waited patiently. When we were told that delivery would be a couple weeks longer than expected, we waited patiently. When the date for delivery finally arrived, we were told that delivery would not be possible -- leaving us without a dining table and chairs for the holiday season. No compensation was paid. This is not a way to do business. Very poor performance. Get your act together Wayfair!
My poor boyfriend tried to buy a bedroom set from them. Absolute nightmare. Nothing went right. One item was cancelled, all delivered separately and all late, and the wardrobe was badly damaged. They wouldn't take it back in the van it came in and took all the packaging away. Returning something large and getting a refund from them is a complete utter nightmare. He has wasted hours and hours of time.and had to arrange all the pickups with couriers as Wayfair don't do that for you and the couriers wouldn't pick both items up at the same time either. He has had to wrap/package it all back up again at his own expense… Complete JOKE OF A COMPANY. AVOID! They take your money and that's all they do.

Purchased a two bar electric fire from here, looked really good on the website! Ordered it last Sunday and it said it was going to arrive on the 12th but it didn't show up, I then call up the company and they say they are going to try and send it again, it then arrives today (19.10.2020), opened the box to find it has a broken element! Will not be purchasing from this dog turd of a company again!
I started buying from Wayfair late this year (2018), my first purchase was a table and chairs, and I wasn't disappointed. The assembly was relatively easy and the quality of the goods is better than expected. Since then I've purchased numerous pieces of furniture and the quality is excellent. I had one problem with the delivery as Wayfair use various couriers, the speed of customer service sorting out my issue was impressive, they even called back after it was sorted to make sure everything was okay. What I like the most is the choice of furniture and other things. They appear to sell most household goods all in one place. So far, so good!
First time I used Wayfair and can say I'm very satisfied with their service and delivery. I purchase a TV Stand and it was as described. Would recommend using this company and avoid gobuydirect as they let me down by lying to me about the product being discontinued and holding on to my money for nearly one month. With this company Wayfair, I ordered the TV of my choice on a Monday, it was dispatched by Thursday and delivered on the Friday (as stated on their delivery advice note).
Would recommend and buy from this company in the future!

I have ordered an LED Carlisa 3-Light back in April this year. I have received several emails throughout telling me its been delayed another month after month. I have noticed on their site that they are now selling the item again and if I order it I will receive in three Days time. I have complained only to be told its delayed again until October! And yet I can cancel and buy the Light at an inflated price and receive it in Three days. How can this be right?
Ordered a mattress - delivery stated 'will deliver to room of your choice" however the delivery guys refused and dumped it on the doorstep. It then turned out they'd sent the wrong size mattress, arranged a courier to collect however when they turned up they had no collection number and had to call the depot. Then we watched them drop the mattress on the floor - to top it off I still haven't been refunded for this item that was returned several weeks ago and am fed up of chasing it up. I ordered to beds for my twins with next day delivery promised. When it didn't arrive last week or the week before I kept chasing it up. There was no communication or attempt to provide a definite delivery date. When I tried to cancel, they asked if I would like quick delivery! Now I am waiting to hear if I can get a refund and cancel my order next week!
I purchased a sideboard from Wayfair for £620. After waiting almost a month for it to be delivered I received an email from the courier stating that out of the 4 parts that make up the sideboard only 3 were being delivered. When we received the delivery some of the parts were damaged. When I requested Wayfair send me the missing part and replace the damaged parts they refused until I returned the parts they had delivered that were damaged. When the collection was arranged the Wayfair courier failed to collect the order. Wayfair ignored my emails so I was forced to raise a dispute through PayPal.

Very disappointed experience with this company. I had a big issue with my last order, and then I had been given 10% promo code for my next order. Unfortunately due to the lockdown it's expired. I called them to ask for reactive the code, but they rejected it straightaway!? It's definitely not kind of "we are sorry for the inconvenience we made for you voucher", it's more like "we will give you another bad experience voucher"!
Bought cake stand was told it will be delivered on the 3rd, it wasn't. There was no text or email. When item got here its too small, rang c/s, am told £4.99 if i print a return slip n £9.99 if they have to to send a slip. I can't return at the post office.
My nan order a sofa over 3 months ago you have gave her repeated delivery dates and you have failed your high standards of delivery and not only have u just given the money back you have it for months and done nothing and have no explanation of why you have cancelled this Order I shall make sure everyone knows of your outrageous lies.

Almost three months passed, and I did not receive my bed.
Every time that I contact the call centre, I get the same response... we log a ticket someone will come back to you. After few days I receive automatic mail that it's on the way and you I'll receive it by the end of the week, but nothing happened
I asked for a refund. The call centre talk to me for 45 minutes and then open a ticket and said... you will receive answer in few days...
So Carful! Wayfair does not always deliver. If you are the unlucky one that does not get your goods no one will help you and no refund guaranty.

An utter disgrace.
Having ordered an expensive item, I was given a delivery window. They failed to turn up. I chased them, and was told I had asked them not deliver it!
I asked for a manager, 5 times, they refused.
I asked for their complaints procedure 3 times, they refused.
Everyday it was me chasing them, and everyday brought more lies and ignorance.
And this was only one occasion. They never deliver when they say. Nothing ever looks the same as the pictures. And most things are damaged.
Never again. At least amazon have the decency to speak to you.
I have placed multiple ordered with Wayfair and despite claiming to offer fast shipping I was waiting 4 weeks. Only when contacting them was I told that they couldn't deliver because Brexit complications. Most of their items are actually not even in stock, they just keep postponing delivery dates! Ordered from The Range instead and received my items within a week... seems Brexit complications only affect unprofessional companies then!
Do not use Wayfair. The delivery dates on their site are totally made up. The staff won't help or offer any compensation for orders that are misdelivered or a month late, both of which happened. They refuse to speak on the phone and send endless back and forth emails of what are clearly templated excuses. I order a lot online but this was the worst experience in furniture delivery I've ever had. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere
Never shopping here again, me and my partner ordered a set of drawers which clearly stated in the order information that it will be delivered the next day our tracking showed our house is next in line for delivery then all of a sudden we get a notification that there is a delay and will attempt to be delivered the next working day, that never happened we have contacted wayfair and they didn't know why it wasn't delivered with us contacting them several times their excuse was "we're still waiting for updates from the courier". With more than 3 delivery attempts as was shown on our tracking we still haven't recieved our item we have emailed DHL but got no reply absolute joke stay away from this website save your money.
I bought a barbecue from these people thinking they looked like a well organised company. It cost £800, comes on a pallet and needs two people to move it apparently. Well I wouldn't actually know because they lost it in transit, one of the girls I spoke to joked about how a recent order had fallen down the back of the driver's seat...Anyway, been waiting since the 25th April now and as of this moment in time not a clue when it's going to arrive, what a flipping shambles, couldn't organise a p#ss up in a brewery

My dinner plates arrived to be buffet plates. Wrong concept! You stand to eat from a buffet plate and sit to eat from a dinner plate! I was asked to measure the plate?. Who measures plates? This item was totally misleading according to the Trades description act. They arrived with stickers on them saying Buffet plates although they were described as Inner plates.

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Placed an order for a tv stand and realised after 24 hours that I ordered it in the wrong colour. The delivery date is confirmed as 20th July and when I requested a cancellation on the 4th July I was told it's too late to cancel as they are preparing to ship it, yet the ETA is still the 20th July! Aine O was particularly unhelpful, would avoid this company at all costs!

I ordered a sun lounger in April or May last year, very good reviews so seemed like a good deal at £44. Several days later it was delivered; it was in fact a camp bed. I went through the packaging but there were no returns instructions. We were in lockdown so everything was a bit more complicated than usual, so although I looked up the wayfair returns centre, I had to print a label to return the camp bed and have no printer at home and my office was closed. The camp bed (which was labeled as a sunbed) was of no use to me so I just gave it to a friend. 8
Ensure you fully research the item you want on various sites to get the best price/quality before buying from Wayfair. We bought an item from them for £45, the quality was poor for the money - the box came with the original provider's details on, their site sells them for £25! We thought the item was exclusive to Wayfair. They won't refund the difference. We won't use Wayfair again.
