Henry arrived at the exact time the booking was for.He certainly knows his stuff! Assembled a quite tricky table and chairs set expertly. Polite, very friendly man who I would highly recommend. First time I have used the Handy site, but it certainly won't be my last. Like a breath of fresh air finding such a great site. Thank you Henry!

Wayfair is rude. Expensive furnitures are sent home as defective. But the return/replacement is NOT allowed. I tried to leave comments with photos of defective items on Wayfair website, but the comments NEVER appear. The product rating of Wayfair showing on Wayfair website is 4-5 star.

Pls pls. Pls. Never buy from them, the worst customer service, waiting for item and can't even contact them, they took my money and quiet now, not professional at all.be careful everyone, never buy from them.

I can't praise this company enough I've had furniture delivered from other places but this one deserves 5 stars everything I've ordered camd in first class condition delivered when they said it would and customer service is first class think Il furnish my flat with all their stuff it's brilliant

I ordered this 3 seater sofa and after 12 weeks of waiting it came badly damaged to the point where we couldn't sit on it. The packaging around it wasn't sufficient. I contacted customer service who told me to dispose of it myself! Then told me me to arrange delivery from wayfair it had to be repackaged or they couldn't pick it up! The sofa would fall apart if you moved it and I didn't have a box/ enough plastic big enough! Then I was told to take it to a charity shop! It is still in my hall with no solution as customer service is extremely poor and I am STILL trying to resolve the issue without us now having a sofa.

They are abysmal and utterly incompetent!
They are abysmal, suggest avoid! I placed an order for some artwork about a month ago, delivery was confirmed as 19th December and remained that way until today. As no delivery or update materialised last week I chased them, various standard responses with assurances of an update that usually they couldn't even provide, escalating between different people and departments, even one that if they couldn't locate the order... "a replacement will be ordered for you once this investigation has been completed, at no additional cost to yourself"! Today I finally received a very casual email (with an apology) that they had cancelled the order as don't have it and no further stock and will refund me within five days.
I am furious at the amount of my time wasted with these clowns and their totally ineffective customer service, I know just need to see if they are even capable of processing my refund on time!

They take your money with a promise the item is IN STOCK for next day delivery. They say dispatched, then week after week delivery gets cancelled the day before. After a MONTH the wrong, different, unsuitable bed arrived. I will never use this company again.

I ordered a rug off Wayfair, but literally minutes after was told that a larger size of the same rug was needed instead, hopped into the chat to see if this could be changed and was told "No, the printer has printed the label, you now must refuse delivery of the parcel at the door before we can refund you" which seems weird as it hadn't left the warehouse and I had ordered it literally 3minutes prior... So October 24th came and we refused delivery of it, the lady who was delivering it said no worries she knows what to do and will take it back with her... As of today no refund has been given, no emails answered and they've put the rig as "delivered" on the Wayfair website when I don't have it... Very unhappy with Wayfair now and I refuse to buy from them again, they used to be good but now they just take your money and don't seem to want to help.

I ordered a wardrobe from Wayfair on 12th April. I was able to track the order from the customer website and it was to be delivered on or before 12th May. Its very hard to get through to customer service but eventually I did. The order had simply not been placed with the manufacturer and it took them 5 days to tell me this using their escalation process. I asked if I could cancel my order and get a refund 3 times. I was told I could not because the wardrobe had been shipped. Strangely the website still shows deliver on or before 12th May and it is now 27th May and nothing has arrived. Where is it being shipped from? I feel I am being played and stalled so I cant get a refund. They have no idea where my order is. This was my first and last ever order with Wayfair.

Aweful. Ordered a matress that said next day delivery only for it to be delayed 15 minutes later, then still did not arrive. Called customer service and they said tomorrow, then still no matress. I've ordered this as I'm having to move to protect a vulnerable person during this crisis as I'm still having to go to work as I work for the NHS. Now its moving day tomorrow and I'm going to have to have to go work after sleeping on the floor with sciatica to boot. I understand theese are difficult times but if they'd just been honest to begin with I could have ordered elsewhere. They won't refund me the money right away and I cant afford to pay for a second, so now I'm facing weeks working in agony from sleeping on the floor. Thanks wayfair

Unfortunately, I would not recommend buying from Wayfair following a disappointing and frustrating experience in recent months. Customers seem to be left to do all the chasing up and make phone calls.
Ordered a corner sofa that, when delivered, was of very poor quality, uncomfortable and flimsy. After 2 months we had to request a refund.
I have had another issue with an order placed for a computer desk. Only part of the desk was delivered 6 weeks ago and currently, 2 month after placing the order, still waiting for the missing parts to be shipped from Poland. There seems no way of speaking to a manager or raising a complaint. Keep getting referred to a ‘delivery investigation team' but then given conflicting information and dates!
Website is misleading with delivery dates. Delivery service poor.
This order has been delayed at least twice, new dates of delivery keep being promised and delayed. Unless you order very small items, such as a couple of cushions, it's not worth the risk of buying from Wayfair.
I won't be placing orders with this company again.

Poor quality, overpriced, charge high shipping cost AND shipping returns! So be warned. Also need to print off their return labels. Bloody annoying if you don't own a printer.

Order was never delivered. Contact numbers for Wayfair and delivery company do not exist. Several emails to Wayfair go unanswered. £55 totally lost! BE WARNED!

ORDERED A BED FRAME. VARIOUS DELIVERY DATES CAME AND WENT WITH NO SIGN OF BED. QUITE SIMPLY THEY DO NOT KNOW WHERE IT IS BUT SAID THEY ATTEMPTED DELIVERY. COMPLETE LIE AS WORKING ON FRONT DOOR ALL DAY. WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF POSSIBLE

I was shocked when I warned to return goods and found out I would have to pay £18 to return it. If I had known it was going charge me I would not of ordered it and I Won't be ordering anything more I cannot afford to lose that money at this time

Sadly there are no options to leave a no star review, hence the one star! PLEASE avoid this company at all costs. We ordered a bed frame from them which arrived late. We arranged for someone to assemble it only for them to discover that there was a slat missing from the headboard. My husband is 71 with multiple sclerosis and we have been forced to sleep on a mattress on the floor, which has been horrendous. I have just been informed that the replacement will arrive no sooner than 10 days time. I complained online, I thought I was being offered a 15% refund as a goodwill gesture only need to be informed that Wayfair have a policy of no refunds regardless.
I should also add that my husband had to drill holes where they weren't any and once assembled the frame was so flimsy it has undergone reinforcing. I only wish that we were in a better situation which would enable us to return it and go elsewhere.Save yourself a lot of stress and heartache by ordering with a company that actually cares about their customers. You have been warned.

My experience of ordering a shed from Wayfair was universally bad.
The price was on the high side, but I had to wait 3 months for delivery. Communication with the company about the delivery date was worse than useless. They seem to outsource this, so when you e-mail them you (eventually!) get a reply which is just coped & pasted from somewhere and does not address the question you asked.
In my case, the shed was delivered without proper confirmation of the date or the promised tracking number by a different courier to the one Wayfair told me would be handling this. The first I knew about this was a call while I was at work saying 'I'm at your house with a shed.'
I also felt the quality of the product was mediocre at best. Many of the screws through the outer cladding of the shed have missed the batten they are meant to go into. Not terminal, but poor workmanship and indicative of zero quality control.
I raised these issued with Wayfair through out, but they have basically told me to f-off.
Whatever you want to buy from Wayfair will be available somewhere else, and I will certainly only be using them as a last resort form now on. My advice to anyone else would be to do the same.

Go somewhere else.

I got a new sofa on the 6 December someone was supposed to come on Friday at 4 didn't come I rang they said sorry they said I will book you in for Sunday at 1 didn't come again my daughter came home with a new born she had to feed her on the floor we had are meals on the floor my son in-law came Sunday and put it together it's riddilous

Dreadful experience. I ordered 5 draw tallboy chest of drawers worth £159 (sales price). The item was absolutely not worth the money. If it was a 40 quid chest of drawers I would say you get what you pay for. But for the price of this item the quality was disappointing. The runners and inner parts of drawers were full of splints, the body had minor faults scratches and damages here and there, occasionally the screws broke the wood because it is is extremely soft and poor quality wood in the first place. Also it is advertised as made of solid wood but various parts such as the central piece of the chest top is actually plywood. If you add the fact that the carrier instead of bringing the item to my fourth floor flat as they were supposed to according to Wayfair advertising, they just left it in the ground floor landing of the building (and even got to the point of claiming that I had received the item at my door and signed for it!), well, I'd be out of my mind to purchase anything from wayfair again.

Tip for consumers:
They do not deliver to your door although they say so.. and products are overpriced and poor quality

Ordered a bed at the beginning of May, here's the full saga:

- Bed was delivered 27th May.
- Packaging in extremely poor state. Seemed to have been opened and then badly sellotaped back together. Box fell apart while being carried up to our flat, parts all over the place which we painstakingly collected and ferried into our flat piece by piece.
- When trying to assemble the bed, it becomes clear that an entire pack of screws (not just one or two, but AL of the screws of this type) are missing.
- Wayfair will not send replacement screws. They have said that their supplier can't send screws alone, and musty send a replacement bed, but just seems like a case of Computer Says No.
- Wayfair have said we can have the bed replaced, but not until July, and this is extremely inconvenient because of the destroyed packaging/

Wayfair have simply failed to provide the product we paid for, and are not interested in helping us suffer any less inconvenience, instead doing the bare minimum to avoid providing either any decent service or compensation

Finally, I would recommend looking elsewhere online for reviews of Wayfair. It seems Trustpilot is extremely biased compared to other review sites.

Worst customer service ever experienced. After receiving an office chair with a main part missing, I was assured the part would be with me in days. The goal post changed on a daily basis and the reasons given from a different named assistant each day (Tom, 'ick. AND Harry amongst umpteen others) were beyond belief.eg Their own courier forgot to pick it up. The 'regurgitated' standard customer letters were an insult and I received the same written garbage numerous times. Again and again Wayfair told me to 'rest assured' as they would 'reach out' to their warehouse and resolve the matter. When the 'reaching out' resolved nothing, wayfair would simply send another 'update on order' email to advise of a new, distant delivery date. I was finally assured I would be advised of an investigation outcome on a certain day, and again received nothing but a further revised estimated delivery date. What a joke. I finally received my money back when it was apparent China had too many other Wayfair parts to put on board. The chair was never collected and I was advised I could donate this to charity or keep it. I'm still trying to work out what use an office chair is without the main pole to attach the seat to the wheels. I'm sure if I rested assured and reached out to all, someone would want a swivel chair with no legs that rested on the floor. (it was dreadful quality anyway so think the outcome worked out well once my blood pressure returned to normal). Thank you Wayfair. Never again!

I bought a computer desk from them and the drawers were faulty. They have promised to send replacement drawers but fail to do so. They just keep requesting photos of the faulty items which I have sent twice.
I am getting nowhere with them, they are a bad joke.
I am going to my credit card company for a refund.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY!

This is totally upsetting. I ordered a Mattress the 8th of January to arrive supposedly on the 11th of January. I had a long distant trip plan with my van for the 14th of January. Today 19th of January I still didn't receive my Mattress, but not just that, in DHL there is not updates I'm the tracking since the 10th of January. I've tried to talks through with Wayfair customer service l, and they are not helping at all. First the 15th of January told me I needed to wait 48h more with my missing parcel to be able to do something about it, more than 48h. Later I ask then for any news thay they didn't have, and then my refund they told me until my MISSING parcel doesn't appear, they can not proceed to the refund.? What is this crap company. It is a total SCAM!

I ordered two paella pans £89.99 order no *******784 only one was delivered, trying to find out about the missing pan, that's when the lies upon lies started i was told DHL would deliver, tracking no **************, more lies i rang DHL there was NO delivery, at this point i asked for a refund, no refund, using chargeback with the bank, use this disgusting company at your peril, i wished i had read previous reviews, UK Canada America, if you must use this terrible company use a credit card bit more protection.
