They sent me a product never like on picture and they refused to refund or exchange. They dont sell what they really offer. Hate wayfair.
I have always had a pleasant experience with wayfair. I've ordered many things for my home and gifted many things as well with no issues.
If you purchase from Wayfair and are unhappy with your purchase, even if it is damaged, you will pay a very expensive return shipping fee.
They apparently will sell stuff that they don't even have. Be prepared to wait. 3to 5 days shipping is a lie. Never again will I consider WAITFAIR

Placed an order for a desk 8/26, was supposed to arrive 9/11. As of yesterday, 9/14, it hadn't even shipped. I called last week to see what the delay was and they could not get a hold of the warehouse. I told them I'd give them a few more days and would have to cancel on Monday if it still hadn't shipped. So I tried speaking to a rep yesterday (Monday) and after waiting for someone to answer for over 20 mins, I gave up and just cancelled my order through their app. I also emailed them. No reply from them or update on my order whatsoever. I try calling again this morning, they once again take forever to answer. I then hang up and try their sales team and of course they answer within 2 mins but they had to transfer me because they couldn't help me (I understand that). I then get transferred to the most passive aggressive rep that was full of excuses. She first tells me before they move forward with my cancellation they have to contact the warehouse (yeah, good luck with that one!). Then she says they may or may not want to cancel... this infuriates me, but I keep my composure and ask how is it possible that they might not be ok with cancelling an order that they could not deliver? She then switches her super sweet phony tone and starts to tell me that because I paid with PayPal they took my money right away vs using another payment method (come again?). So I tell her "thanks for the great idea! I'll just have to give PayPal a call and file a claim with them for a product I did not receive!". Something tells me she didn't like that because her tone switched to concerned as she said "well I didn't tell you to do that..." Whatever lady, I will never order from your shady company again and I will also be sure to post this review everywhere possible so people can get a glimpse of how you guys like to do business there. Oh yeah, also, right before I hung up on her she said "something tells me I didn't help you much" yeah, you think?! At least she was able to acknowledge that

I made my first purchase on Wayfair and, depending on how long it takes, it may be cancelled. Regardless, this will likely be my last time shopping with Wayfair.
The date passed for delivery and it wasn't shipped even though my card was charged, no automated e-mail was sent to notify me of the delay so I waited over 1.5 hours to speak to an agent who was okay and explained that they lost the distributor they had in line no longer had any stock. She was keen on cancelling my order instead of leaving it, despite it still being listed as an item for sale on the website. I had to cut her off because she would not stop talking about cancelling the order. I told her not to cancel it. I want the order. The price is great as well as the reviews. What is wrong is there is no chat or e-mail options post order and the hold time is ridiculous. I thought was a well-established and well-oiled machine but it is not. There is a chat function pre-order so I tried that. She told me should could not assist and gave me the link for post order. I explained the no chat, no email, lengthy phone wait and she very briefly that she could not help and immediately cut off the chat. I only typed my initial questions and one small response and I was cut off. So, from what I've gathered, they can't manage inventory, they have little to no customer service available, they do not want feedback (huge red flag) and post order, you're pretty much screwed. Also of note, my original charge was credited a week later and then I was charged again for the items. I'm not sure what this means as the order is still in tact and the original due date for delivery is listed. I'm not sure if this pushed my order back even further. To top it off, the two items I purchased (same items) are now a few dollars less for each. Every day, or multiple times within a day, the available ship date listed for the product page (not my order page), changes from a week from now to 30 weeks from now, and different dates/estimated weeks.
I do not recommend this business. Even if I get the order. The hassle isn't worth it.
This company is deceptive in its pricing and covers up mistakes with lies. I ordered a mattress at a great deal. The next day they canceled my order and sent an email stating it was at my request. I had not asked for it to be canceled. I got online and saw the item was still in stock but not 3xs higher in price. I contacted customer service and they stated that it was due to a pricing error and they had noted that in correspondence with me. I told them that was not true and provided a copy of the email. I asked them to honor their advertised price. They said often times there are glitches that impact descriptions or changes that are not made. I told them respectable businesses honor their pricing errors and correct them for future purchases. This was the first and last time I try to buy through this site.
Never order from Wayfair! Yesterday the end tables I ordered came in, or so I thought. When I opened the box, it was totally the wrong table. So I went online and filled out all the information they required to get the correct ones. Today Wayfair sends me an email wanting a picture of the incorrect item. Okay, no problem. I take a picture of the boxes because as soon as I realized it was wrong I boxed it back up. When I went to upload the picture it gave me an error message so I called them to ensure they got the picture because it took two weeks for them ship the wrong tables and I didn't want anything slowing down my ability to get the correct ones. After waited on hold for 48 minutes, the rep tells me "that's a white label item" which she proceeds to tell me means, if they can't fill your order Wayfair just sends you something else that's "close". I asked the lady, "on what planet are glossy, jet black, one platform tables with glass "close" to light grey, distressed wood pattern, two platform tables? She couldn't answer that and put me on hold to contact the supplier. She comes back on and says the supplies says it's just an issue with the camera making it appear lighter. Are you kidding me? How stupid do you think I am to believe a camera can make a black table with a glass top look like a light grey distressed wood two platform table? Additionally the description on the table SAYS distressed wood, it says NOTHING about glossy black. The rep then tells me "they'll end up sending you the exact same thing you already have as a replacement for the wrong item". So I told her to send a return label for ugly tables and to credit my card. Below you'll see the table I ordered with the description saying distressed wood and then the table they sent me that I found a picture of online based on the SKU #. You tell me if they look "close"!?! I really thought Wayfair was better than that!
Hardware was missing for a console table. They do not supply missing hardware I'll never purchase anything from them again

My name is ALEJANDRO, the first time I ordered with WAYFAIR and it was a terrible experience. I will never order again after this event. It turns out that I ordered a door for my house that I am renovating. It turns out that the delivery was left at the WRONG house. I called that same day saying that I clarified it and they told me to give 3 days for the delivery to solve the problem of picking up your package and leaving it at your house, then the 3 business days that they give and they give you the report passed. To give me a solution because the package never arrived, it has already been 2 days for them to give me a solution. The account manager for Wayfair's executive resolution team named MARÍA R told me that they are not responsible for items that are stolen, which is not because the item was never stolen, it was left at the wrong house, how was the report made?., her colleagues sent them photos from Google Maps with all the evidence of the package that the shipment was taken to the wrong home and the person responsible for the solution team did not do so. From Wayfair called MARÍA R was able to help me, in this situation I was the loser because my item (door) did not arrive and I also lost my money, I will never order from this store again, they are scammers, they have the evidence to help me NEVER WILL THEY DID 👎👎👎👎👎
You will recieve your merchandise broken or never at all. The only thing customer service will do is make notes in the system.
Do Not Order Express/Next Day from Wayfair! 0 Rating!
I paid the extra express fee on an item that Wayfair listed would be delivered next day. I needed the item to complete a bathroom renovation that was in progress. 3 days after the item was suppose to be here I call Wayfair to get my express fee refunded because I have not received the item. First rep told me this was FedEx problem because FedEx already picked up the package. I called FedEx they told me it was Wayfair's problem because they have not received the item. I called Wayfair another rep tells me my item is at Wayfair but she could only put in a ticket to the finance department about my express shipping refund and this would take up to 2 or 3 business days if approved. I asked for the finance department number she said there was not a number. I then said just cancel the order. She said the order could not be cancelled because it has already been processed. I asked to speak to the supervisor. Supervisor gives me a refund for the express shipping fee but tells me the order could not be cancelled until 10 days have passed and it could be considered lost. If the item arrives I could return it and pay the return fee. This item that I order for Express Delivery which Wayfair put on my order to be delivered the next day is still sitting at Wayfair. This product is not on back order- it is at Wayfair. They are clearly not rushing this order and blaming it on the pandemic. Do Not advertise that you have Express Shipping and have customers pay for it if you are not going to provide the service. I am getting ground shipping speed which is free, if the item ever comes. Then I have to pay to return it because I needed the item 3 days ago. Terrible Customer Service!
I love my bed! It's even prettier in person! It's incredibly luxurious and surpasses my expectations. It's expensive but well worth the money paid.

I had ordered 2 chairs from Wayfair to be delivered to my house. Their delivery driver decided to back into my driveway and apparently didn't know how to drive the delivery truck. Worse, he had 2 other workers sitting in the truck with him and none got out to direct. He hit a beautiful Japanese Cherry Blossom tree in my yard and took about 1/3 of it down. I called the police, and they came and made a report. In his confusion- the driver actually forgot that he had not yet delivered my chairs (he was going to leave), and then gave me the shipping paperwork to someone else's delivery.
I call Wayfair and they essentially tell me that it is a contractor who made the delivery, so it is not their problem I hired Wayfair, THEY hired the delivery company; HOW IS IT NOT THEIR PROBLEM? Wayfair says that I should deal with the delivery company directly and let Wayfair know if I am not satisfied with the resolution. The delivery company was initially cooperative- until they found out that I wanted more than an apology- now they don't answer my calls. I contacted Wayfair to tell them this and they say "That's strange. The Delivery company always answers our calls..."
I had a tree company come out to assess the damage. They had to put a cable across the 2 remaining limbs so that the entire tree does not come down this winter. It cost me $1800, and Wayfair wants to hear NOTHING ABOUT IT. I can't get my tree back. It took about 100 years to grow that tree, it was near the front of my property, and it was beautiful. The least they could do is pay the money to mitigate the damage that they caused. They don't even want to do that. Now I have to sue both of them.
