Purchased side window deflectors for my vehicle were I had to pay shipping and shipping tax that came to $16.20 got the deflectors windows would not got up all the way because the deflectors did fit right. Spoke to customer service who said no probably send them back, again paid to ship them back $24.80 I received a refund for just the product and the tax nothing else. Called customer service again he told me I ordered the wrong part and they don't refund any shipping cost. So I'm out $41.00 thanks weathertech won't ever purchase from you again!

Do not buy weathertech Seat covers
June 6, 2024

Weathertech seat covers do not fit. They leave Velcro straps flapping all around the back seat. Totally NOT worth the cost. Do not buy. Mats are food tho

I always wanted to purchase Weather Tech car matts but they were pretty pricey. Upon moving to Florida we realized we needed something to keep the sand out of the carpet. Since we always wanted to try them we thought now was the perfect time. I wish I had researched them before purchasing them. They do not fit our vehicle as described. I'm very disappointed that I spent so much money for a product that didn't hold up to their promise.

I thought all of WeatherTech products would be great so I bought all the floor mats for my car. Well the front mats turn out to be pretty good, but the 2nd Row mats are the WORST. If you are thinking of getting WeatherTech, skip the 2nd row mats until they make it with more sturdy material... In less than 2 weeks, it went from new to looking like how you see it in the photos... I called them and they said before we could replace it, you'll need to bend it in the opposite direction and try to straighten it out that way first. I should have to do that in the first place. WeatherTech, please fix your product! I bought a replacement from another company that was far better quality than yours.

Better like them!
August 23, 2022

I just purchased a new vehicle, an everyone was saying protect your floors with weather tech mats. So, I purchased them for the whole car (a 2022 Kia Sorento) I have three rows of seats and cargo area. All fit well except the cargo area. It supposed to protect the third row back seats when they're down. They are fine if you leave the third row down, but, when you try to put your seats up it's a nightmare. They are two separate seats not a bench. To try and control where the extra plastic goes is hard unless you have someone lifting the other seat with you. I was charged $27 for shipping to return it I would of had to pay $70 so that almost $100 for no product! Make sure you really like them before you purchase! Returning is a rip off!

F350 window visors
May 16, 2020

Thought I loved them till the very first wind storm, dust / sand blows in between visor and glass on the long vertical leading edge, when the glass goes up or down makes a very nice granular noise, scoring the glass and visor.
Ditched them for AVS that does not have the vertical section that is the source of a design flaw,

Bought this bug deflector to replace a 20 y/o Toyota bug deflector. The plastic is cheap and scratches very easily. The mounting holes did not line up, I had to wallow them out with a drill. The factory bug deflector had six mounting holes, weather techs only had four. The fasteners do not tighten, they just spin like they are stripped. I will have to try and find a better fastener at the parts house. I thought I could make this crappy deflector work but now I wish I would have sent it back and got my money back minus the shipping charges. I thought weather tech had a good reputation, I would not recommend their products to anyone. I would recommend forking out a few extra bucks and buy a good quality product from the dealer.

Wanted to like this company (fellow UW Madison Veterinary supporter).

Unfortunately service for the customer is poor. Ordered on-line for pickup at the factory store. Confirmed (called and spoke to customer service) when I could come and pick it up. Followed instructions for pick up. Pull up and they had put order back on shelf. I asked them to pull it again. After speaking with security and then finally a manager, they pulled the order. Unfortunately, this was after putting up quite a fuss. They were more than happy to let me drive away without my order.

If they treat me poorly in person, imagine how they will treat you online. Look elsewhere (sadly).

Got the floor mat set for my BMW X3 and the T anchors for the hooks to hold the mats in place do not fit. They appear to be exactly as long as the anchors that came with the car but when you press them in you cannot turn them to on the hook forward to then hook into the mats. I tried using a hammer, I tried standing on them to push them in as far as possible and they still didn't catch. I called customer service to provide feedback that they should extend the 'T' part of hook even 1mm to make them usable. For this amount of $ the product should work. I guess I'll just have to deal with them sliding around.

Very hard to clean
December 16, 2023

The mats I purchased fit reasonably well but they were mor flimsy than I thought they should be given the price. My biggest complaint is that they are very hard to clean because of the texture of the mat. They seem to want to hang on to dirt and after only a couple of months appear stained. I would assume that a power washer might do a better job but that is very difficult to do in the winter when they need more frequent cleaning. Probably wouldn't buy them again.

Bought WeatherTech mats for my entire jeep Cherokee L, these things are garbage they can't take hot water for washing. They roll up. They are flimsy thin and once they get dirty, you could never get them clean again.

Poor quality
July 14, 2023

I ordered Weather Tech mats for my car in 2013. The quality was superior and easy to clean. Because I was happy with them I ordered mats for my new 2023 Kia Sorento. The material is like plastic and not rubber. I tried scrubbing dirt off them with a scrub brush, soap and water. The result was very disappointing. A film of dirt remains. I do not recommend purchasing Weather Tech products as long as they are using this inferior material.

Wasted Money
November 1, 2022

Purchased whole set for 7 seater SUV. I was immediately highly disappointed at the lower quality of the mats. Then trying to get them to "fit" per the custom order. Never going to happen. The holes to clip them into position don't stay clipped in. Ever. Husband gave them away in frustration before I could send them back! He wasn't happy. Don't buy.

I purchased the mats directly from weathertech. The gentleman I spoke with assured me that they would fit perfectly in my 2021 GMC SIERRA crewcab. It fits good everywhere except by the door where the most traffic is. I regret spending that much money on something that isn't what I was told. We live and learn.

My son gave me a gift $200 certificate for Weather Tech. I have a jMazda CX-5. All the mats seem fine except the back compartment. There is a lip that's 2" high. It's a real problem getting things in and out. They hit on this lip. It appears that it should be cut off. I called customer service and they told me not to cut it. I am eventually going to cut it. Customer service was of no help and the person treated me not too kindly. I would not recommend this company. There must be others around that do a better job.

Not what they seam
March 15, 2022

So I ordered 2 sets of front floor mats for my suv and my husband's work truck. They arrived early and they fitted perfectly. So then I decided to order the trunk liner for my suv. It arrived all rolled up so when I took it out of the box it was permanently bent, and it didn't even come close to fitting properly. I also purchased the door liners for our little dog that usually sits in my lap and don't want him scratching the door. The door protector slid perfectly in between the door and window, but after 2 hrs of use the stitching came apart. They are not sewed in tight enough. They are flimsy so I had to re sew it myself. I had high hopes for this company but other than the front floor mats I will not purchase from them again. This stinks because I always try to buy American made products. Total disappointment

They never made my orders correct. Contacted CS twice for the missing parts. Never correct. I don't know why they can just make such a simple thing completed wrong twice, maybe never. Totally $#*!-tier company ever I have seen.

Sent mats for the wrong vehicle even though the receipt reflected the correct vehicle. After mailing them back to the company they again sent the wrong mats AND color. Worked with customer service for a collective 40 minutes and they were rude and unhelpful. Never had problems with weathertech before and will say that I never will again…. Because I'm done with them.

I Bought a set of mats for a 2024 Crosstrek, the passenger side does have the locks for the mats so the mats slide back and forth. Called Weathertech and they said I could return them, after talking, they have Velcro strips to hold them in place, so they already know about the issue but won't do anything until you call and complain. Same with returning no problem, but they're hiding behind their desk until you find them. I can't believe the poor ratings they get i would of never bought them if I'd knew they're that bad.
I hope Husky mats are better
