I bought laser fit floor liners for my Jeep. The drivers side has a large gap where you enter the vehicle. When I complained to the company, they claim it happens in the shipping and I needed to bend the floor liner. I was unable to bend it the way they told me to. I did put a weight on it for months, but it didn't improve at all. It is very disappointing to pay for what you think will be a high quality product and get something I could have bought at a box store. I get annoyed everytime I see their commercials.
Weather Tech claims that their cup phone will fit any model. I have a 2014 Toyota Tundra SR5 with a bench seat fold down console and I had to make cup holder inserts because the biggest adapter was too small.
Bought roughly 800.00 worth of floor mats, rear seat protector and side window deflectors for a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali. The floor mats are ok but nothing to write home about. The rear seat protector is a joke. Fits like a 55 gallon drum liner. The side window deflectors are a joke too. The rears are kind of ok but the fronts fit into the weather strip and clicks when the window is raised. Window hits the top of the deflector. I have bought my first and last weathertech products. Not only do they charge freight on every item, to return you have to pay freight back ( stupid).
I have a 2018 civic coupe. I ordered mats. Love them. So I decided to ordered wind visors. Bad idea. They are so thick that my window want go all the way up. So k decided to return them. They sent me the return slip. I paid 59.99 for them. It was 99 dollars total. They refunded me 64 dollars. Called them. They dont refund shipping. So I lost 35 dollars. Want order anything else from them.
Here's the long and short. I ordered a dash cover for a 2010 Camaro. Received the product and didn't fit properly. Checked the part number with customer service and sent photos. Part number was correct. Wrote a letter to the owner, and got crickets! I received a letter from one of the higher ups indicating that there was nothing they could do except refund my money. I told them that's great, but I need a cover that fits. Same response! I will NEVER purchase any items from Weathertech again due to this experience.
We just purchased another set of front floor mats, back floor mats, and cargo liner for a different make and model car than we've ever purchased before. Perfect fit just as all the others. Excellent product and company!
We have been Weathertech customers for over 15 years and can't say enough good things about the products and service. Weathertech makes car mats and cargo liners that are far superior to anything our car dealers/manufacturers offer.
The materials are high high quality that last and stand up to years of abuse. The mats and liners are laser cut to the specifications of your make, model, and year of vehicle -- and that is how you order based on those criteria. Different colors available to match or contrast interiors.
The fit is absolutely amazing! The newest mats and liner we received go all the way to the door so you don't get rain/snow/slush/mud on the car carpet. The cargo liner is a requirement for our family and we order it the same day we purchase our vehicles!
Though I shouldn't say -- our local very-high-end-dealer sells Weathertech mats from their parts department because they are so much better than what the car manufacturer makes.
We've ordered 7 sets of mats and liners over the years and all have been extraordinarily easy orders. Phone support has been helpful and friendly.
I'm NOT promising anything of their service but we ordered our 3rd set of mats/liners in a year and didn't like the color -- all we wanted to do was exchange them and make it quite clear this was our mistake and not theirs. They did the exchange for free and thanked us for being such loyal long term customers!
100% recommend products and service!
Spent $97.00 on Mud Flaps for my truck! They did not supply any fasteners! The box states includes 2 Mud Flaps installation instructions and hardware. When I called customer service I was told you have to use the existing hardware. So now I have to go to the dealer to get more fasteners as my truck is missing 4 fasteners already! And how many plastic fasteners are going to break when I try to remove them? Seriously thinking about returning them!
I gone through checking reviews online on many sites. I guess it was paid reviews generated by Weather Tech. I got my floor mates in 2016. Just one winter finished and all the floor mates are worst in color. When I am getting in since then, every time it gives feel that you entered in 18th Century car only because that floor mates are looking so bad. After one winter in Canada, I feel that I was stupid for the words of Weather Tech. I would suggest to never get it. I tried many products to clean it and make it black again, but since 2016-17 today it's 2021. No chance. It is worst worst worst ever product. I wish I would be able to give it negative ranking. I do not ants to post photos here, because it make me sick to show that my car is looking ugly, the brand new car I got in 2016. Sad.
I have floor liners and a trunk liner fit perfect couldnt be happier... also have cup/phone holder its ok but had to put a small pc of foam rubber around it to keep it from slipping around. Also have back of seat protector, does its job. Just got a back seat cover and door covers so I can take my dog with me more easily. Backseat cover is ok not as good of a fit as I would have expected but works so Im ok with it. Door protectors are a JOKE... if you move the window up or down they pop off... if the window is down the wind blows them off may have been a good idea but needs a better way to attach to stay in place I can figure it out myself but shouldnt have to... the paddles that fit down in inside the window arent a good idea... and if they scratch my window tint I will be pissed...
I drive a Dodge Charger just for reference oh I also have a sun visor for front windshield perfectly fine...
Very disappointed, very dangerous mats that get very slippery and will just slip right from under your feet. I bought two, one for inside and one for outside. Called and spoke to a representative and didn't get much of a reaction. Been a weathertech customer for some time and have always been pleased. These mats are a lawsuit waiting to happen.
If I could give a minus five starts I would. I ordered on December 17th and it's now December 27th, and it's still "in Progress". You can't call in as they always have a wait of 163 to 268 people ahead of you, and if you do wait, once it gets down to a third of the count, you get cut off and have to start again. That's obviously done on purpose as others say they have the same issue. Great marketing, but they need to allocate some of those funds to customer service.
Found out that the driver side mats with the hooks on them the water goes right underneath the mat and ruins your carpet. Never again will I buy anything from this company the manager told me to put a towel down to soak up the water but it goes underneath the mat and get your carpet wet.
Given the price of my Weathertech mats I expected excellent performance and design. The mats come up short in covering the whole floor such that dirt and debris can't get past them especially at the edge of the seat. I had dirt accumulate along the front and side near the seat under the mat.
Also, after 1 week of use and using soap and nylon brush I scrubbed my mat and was only able to remove some of the dirt. The mat is already stained and discolored.
I will not buy Weathertech again! Way to expensive for the performance.
They used to make an excellent cup phone holder for your car. It could be moved and set in multiple directions. The 'new' (?) product is a complete hunk o' junk that moves in one direction only and eliminates what used to be a very useful twist to lock or unlock in the cupholder. Complete junk and a total rip-off. For what little it does in relation to the earlier version (same price!) look elsewhere.
These weather Tech mats are the worst product ever. They do not fit my 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 properly, they have been curled since the day they arrive and I have done everything to straighten them out.
About 4 months ago the cabin of my truck developed a very bad stink that no one could identify. It was a cross between a mold, mildew, rotten leaf odor. I did everything possible spending over $300 on products to eliminate the smell. It wasn't until I bought auto mold foggers for my truck that I discovered it was these Weather Tech mats, and only because I left them out overnight, put them in my garage and the next morning my garage had the same smell. It took four months but my truck doesn't smell bad any longer. I hope this helps some one else.
In August 2021, I purchased the long-awaited weathertech floor liners for my 2020 Mercedes-Benz SUV. I was so excited to receive them and immediately opened the box. The first thing I detected, their light-weightedness, no big deal. I then noticed a curvature on the left side of the driver's side-liner, which gapped and didn't lay flush to the edge. Assuming the summer heat would possibly soften... that never help. I called weathertech and spoke with a delightful customer representative, who suggested I roll the liner the opposite, or wrong side and it will gradually correct itself. Well needless to say, that didn't work. For the price I paid, this is very disappointing, given the main reason I purchase them, was to protect my floors carpet. Additionally, due to them being lightweight they do not stay in place. I've decided to put my Mercedes-Benz mats back in place and to just never purchase from weathertech again, or recommend them.
This is my second set of floor mats. I got a set for my 2005 Nissan Titan in 2006. They have been through hell and back and still look good. Once I had to put them under my tires to help get unstuck. They cleaned up great. My carpet still looks like bran new. Only complaint is they were kinda like plastic and my feet would slide around some. I just got a set for the front of my 2015 Kia. They fit perfectly. They look amazing and best of all they don't have that plastic feel like my old ones. They feel a bit more soft to the touch like rubber. They really have a quality feel to them. My feet feel planted. The matts are very secure and don't move around. Very happy with them. I just ordered a set for the back to match. The best floor matts I know of to protect my car from my 2 boys. Thanks Weather Tech you rock. I wish there was a place on there web site to write a comment I would love to thank them.
I own a Mazda 2016 CX5. The floor mats are thin and do not secure with the car carpet clips. They might as well have made them out of aluminum foil. They offered to send me velcro so they wouldn't slide around. The cup phone with extension is also garbage. It rattles, doesn't stay tightened even after I paid extra for stronger knobs. It just flops down constantly. I even need a rubber band thing because the holder is in between sizes and doesn't stay secure. Unbelievable hype.
Ordered (2) DeskFone's for Christmas gifts. I've been attempting to return (1) of them and order a CupPhone. Over the last (2) weeks I've sent two Return Request emails and received no response. I've also called their Customer Service # several times, but always 250+ in line. Once I set the phone aside while I was working and it counted down to about 175, then I was disconnected. Ridiculous! They seem to have good products, but their Customer Service is beyond terrible! If rating them zero stars was an option, I would. Buyer beware...
I have a 2017 Ram 1500 owed it since new I put the window shades on it a few days after getting the truck. I recently noticed one of them was missing so I contacted customer service and they responded within minutes I was wondering if I would be able to buy just one instead they warranted it and sent it to me for free including shipping. Now it's been a long time since I have dealt with a company that really stands behind their products. Remember there are other you can buy but you get what you pay for. Thx Wearhertech pleasure doing business with you. Darrell
Answer: Haha! Placed on hold with 165 callers ahead of me. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told I could try to call back tomorrow but they're really busy this time of year!
Answer: I have boughten a few things for Weathertech and I had a problem with a part that got broken. I called customer service and got right through and they solved my problem in just a few minutes. They were very nice and easy to deal with.
Answer: Any company is better. Mine are absolute junk. They are so cheap I'd be better off buying Walmart brand floor mats.
