I came across White Fox last year while searching for a new swimsuit. So easy to fall in love with all of their options! I went back this year for another one that was on sale and the top was out of stock after I ordered it. Grace from the CS team reach out to notify me and gave me several options for fixing the situation. She was quick to reply and kind as could be. She was able to refund my whole transaction and I was able to buy 2 new bikinis today. Love this company and it's team! Keep it up and I'll always be back!

Ordered Nov 21, paid for express service, charged my card. Site states orders ship on next business day, but did not happen and even 10 days later I email, no response, 20 days later not shipped and no response to several emails. Fraud!

Best boutique in Australia

I've been shopping on white fox for a couple of years now and I can't fault white fox. There has only been a problem once where they sent the wrong dress but straight away they fixed this and are incredible with their treatment of customers and communication. White fox is my go too clothing brand

I ordered a sweats set and waited a very long time for it to arrive. I love the fit and they are cozy BUT I washed them inside out in cold water and hung to dry and they are pilling. The sweat pants started pilling before they were even washed. The fabric is garbage. Too bad because they are cute. I'm not going to wear pulled clothing it looks terrible. 😢

Poor business management
December 16, 2023

Put an order in on Black Friday for a Christmas gift. They instantly sent a message that they were delayed. Then, 3 weeks later shipped the item with standard shipment of 10-20 business days
There is no way to reach anyone. If you send customer care an email you get a blanket email back
I am very disgusted by this moron company and will find everywhere I can to write a bad review
Do not take orders you cannot full fill in your guaranteed time frame on your website Or offer customers a return when you see your unable to fulfill orders in a timely manner.

I've ordered twice now from White Fox. The merchandise is high quality, soft, and comfortable. But BOTH times it has taken more than a month to review my order. I tried to contact customer service with no response. So I guess once again my kid will be opening pictures of her Christmas presents instead of actual clothes. The company needs to work on their fulfillment and shipping processes, especially around sales. Don't accept orders that cannot be fulfilled in a reasonable timeframe. It's very disappointing and I won't be making this mistake again.

I placed an order on Black Friday. 18 days later I still have not received any information about when they're going to ship my order. I reached out via email because they don't have a phone number on their website and got a computer generated response that they're "working very hard to fill everybody's orders" so obviously this is happening to many of their customers. Shame on you… there will definitely be a bunch of disappointed people at Christmas time with no gifts to open!

If there were a negative star option, I would give it. Terrible customer service – I placed an order (USA*******) on November 19,2023, and it's already December 4. They haven't shipped my order or replied to my inquiry email. Instead of explaining directly to customers, they chose to post videos talking about how busy they are. If they can't ship on time or even reply to emails, they should consider hiring more staff. I seriously don't know what kind of business model that is. With the prices they're asking, there are great brands like Nike, Under Armour, etc., offering excellent quality, awesome customer service, and always shipping on time.

Terrible customer service emailed them a week ago no response and they say don't email again because it will make your email response take longer. Oh you want the live chat function? It says we will be with you in 3 hours.

Ordered my items on Black Friday and still hasn't shipped 1 weeks later and it said their shipping time is 10-20 days, so there goes 2 Christmas presents, oh but wait they give you the option to cancel your order….and just get store credit.

With a company that has this many sales and there is no way to contact them.

Would never recommend them and never buy from them again what a waste.

Cant get hold of anyone only way to contact is via email that they take days to respond to and then no information given regarding time scales... still waiting for delivery will never use again or recommend
