Cant get hold of anyone only way to contact is via email that they take days to respond to and then no information given regarding time scales... still waiting for delivery will never use again or recommend

Ordered two dresses from their online store after seeing them on their instagram account. Both items are of extremely poor quality, something that you could probably find sold on a street for $5. Not sure what to do now given you can only receive store credit and no refund for the horrible things you get.

I'm mad at myself for ordering again but only did because I had a gift card from a return otherwise I would never order from here returns/changes take way too long also customer service is average needs better training
