I placed an order recently & accidentally chose the wrong shipping process. White fox got back to me so fast & updated my shipping information very easily! Great store & even better service! Thank you again!

I followed their sizing guide and ordered my normal size accordingly. Everything came too big. Instead of being helpful they told me it was up to me to shop the clothes back which was $100 just for shipping! Will absolutely NEVER shop here again. Rude and unhelpful, and their sizes are inaccurate. Now I'm stuck with $120 worth of clothes that won't fit.

Do not value customers. Inaccurate sizing guidelines. No exchange policy. Do not take responsibility or acknowledge that they may be wrong. In order to exchange, you have to pay to return the item. Receive a store credit and then reorder. Absolutely ridiculous. Arrogant customer service staff. Overpriced. Quality similar to Boohoo but double/triple the price.

I ordered a sweatshirt in a S/M. It arrived and I was so excited! The sweatshirt they sent is a large but accidentally had a paper S/M tag. I understand things happen but I am not getting any response from them. The quality seems great but it swims on me. I can't get a response by email either. I will give it a few days before I dispute with my credit card company. Buyer Beware!

I started to buy at white fox because of Sarah day, and now I can't stop buying! I am loving everything and the quality is really good. I'm all they way in Montreal Canada and the shipment took less then 7 days so that's a huge plus.

White Fox is one of my favourite online clothing stores. Their products never cease to amaze me, with such high-quality clothing and accessories. Always have a great experience shopping and to top everything off shipping is so quick that I am able to flaunt my new wardrobe pieces feeling confident and beautiful in it!
