I placed an order back in Nov 27,2023. It has yet to be shipped and of course my card has been charged but I have yet after a month of waiting. I have tried to contact the company and am getting no responses at all just being completely ignored.

I probably order from this site way too much lol but I can't help it! There's just so many cute items, it's such good quality, and ships fast! This is my favorite site to shop from. Majority of my closet is White Fox!

I ordered one item off the white fox boutique website, Sarah's Day leggings, and the experience was great! It was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. I live internationally and they had my item packed and shipped within 24 hours from when I ordered it. I will definitely continue using this website for other purchases in the future.

I placed an order last Monday 2/12/24 and still have yet to receive a confirmation of it shipping. I understand that it takes a few days to confirm the order and ship but a week is a bit ridiculous. I placed an order for a special event that I have coming up this weekend and now I will not have the order in time so I'm very disappointed.

I would NOT recommend this company! Firstly it's been 2 months and I've had no one contact me for my return! I've attempted twice as you say not to keep contacting as it pushes you to the bottom of the list! Second the dress looks nothing like the picture! It's longer and its cut makes it look completely different to what you have advertised! Third the material is completely different! I'm talking a light champagne coloured dress turned up as a metallic brass colour! My order number is #AUS******* if you would like to do the right thing and contact me to organise my full refund!

Ordered from White Fox for the first time And will be my last. Cheap materials, cannot return only store credit for more cheap stuff. Buyers beware, if it doesn't fit, cannot return. Only if there are defects. Takes forever to give you a store credit. They received my return items for over 2 weeks and still nothing. Don't buy from
Them. Not worth your time.

I haven't received my package yet but I've received notifications of its whereabouts every day and am expecting it soon!
