I made a mistake on my shipping for my order and Orla with customer support resolved my issue within only a few outs of my initial email! This company is great with customer service - they're so nice and resolve your issues as quickly as possible! 10/10 recommend shopping here.

White Fox has possibly the worst retail customer service ever! They take DAYS to respond and when they do, it's usually a few words that doesn't resolve the issue and you have to go back and forth with days in between. They defiantly don't put the customer first and make you feel like any issue you have, is your fault. Would NOT recommend purely based on their customer service

White fox is one of if not my favorite place to shop! The clothes are always so cute and very stylish! Everything is well priced and there is always a great selection of items in their sale section. When or if there is a problem with my purchase I get an email explaining the situation and not long after I reply I get a response. Due to that I think that the customer service is top notch! I also appreciate how white fox ships to my tiny little island. Overall great business, great products and customer service.

I ordered three bikinis from white fox they are amazing, and I bought them for a great price. I love the quality and the fit. I also purchased three dresses. The style is very cute and trendy. After washing one of them, which was similar to a cotton/ linen material it shrunk and became misshapen. The two other dresses are very cute. I feel thy were a little overpriced for the quality. Overall awesome site for bathing suits. Returning something is not even worth it; you have to pay the shipping fees to send it back to Australia. I sold items on poshmark to make some money back off of my purchase.

I accidentally ordered standard instead of express shipping, and emailed them right after. Bella from customer service replied to my email so fast! She helped me update the shipping speed super quickly and was very understanding of my situation, I really appreciate the quick and efficient customer service along with the kindness :) I will definitely order again!

Bought an item of clothing for my niece for Christmas - and the same day someone else bought her the same thing (we were both following a wish list). I immediately contacted customer service to cancel the order but they said they could not cancel the order for a refund, only store credit. The item hadn't even shipped yet. I believe this is an online only store and if you buy something and don't like it or even if it just doesn't fit you cannot return it for a refund - only store credit. This is listed on their website - but I did not specifically check the return policy before purchasing because I've never come across a company that doesn't accept a return for a refund. My fault for not checking so I want others to be aware! I personally would never shop on this site and now I have money lost to store credit. Very disappointing.

I had ordered a set as a present and needed it ASAP but forgot to change the shipping from the standard free 20 days. I quickly emailed customer service and received a response within the same hour with actual help. I got a good response and the order was fixed free of charge for the mistake I had made.

Awful customer service. My order was tracked and delivered to a completely different country. I now have to wait for them to get the parcel (about 90 days….)

Will I ever get my money back? Probably not. Pls don't waste your money!
