Very bad customer experience with this woman call *! I ordered a crop top etc which came to me dirty and had a foul smell of body odour.
When I initially made a complaint they were not helpful at all and constantly dragged out resolving the matter.
After finally coming to the conclusion that this was their mistake, in the end i need to cover the costs in returning the item through post.
Very unprofessional in the way they conducted business & also size chart is not accurate at all.

They have everything to dresses, tops, bottoms, loungewear, activewear, swim wear, accessories, etc. You can find everything you're looking for in one spot, it's amazing! Not only are their clothes amazing but they're affordable and ship worldwide (free shipping over 99$!). Lastly, the thing that stands out the most is there amazing customer service. They're so quick to answer and will help you with any kind of questions or concerns that you may have. I love what I ordered and the variety of the products. One thing I would change is the shipping delay notice on the website was not there until after I had placed the order and I would have like to know so I could upgrade my shipping as I am traveling and would like my order beforehand. But I love the website and the recommendations that appear are always so cute! Thank you!

If you're buying an outfit for a specific date make sure you order at least 2 months in advanced. Ordered an outfit on December 1st for my bday on Dec 20. It's now almost January 1st and my order is still "in transit". They Said they would deliver within 10 days and when I asked for refund they "can't refund money back". Will never order from here again, I don't care how cute the clothes may be. Hopefully I actually get my outfit even though I won't be wearing it.

We placed an order in September where two items didn't work out. Learnt about their terrible returns policy only after the order was received. Sent an email and waited weeks for a reply that still didn't ansa our questions and referred to me as babe!

Returned to items for a store credit as it was still $80 and to this day after returning them end of October we have had no store credit and no communication other than about ten emails a week on upcoming sales. Will never shop here again other than to spend the credit. Worse coming I have dealt with in a long time and I only ever write positive reviews typically.

Bought from here, and paid for fast shipping. I went onto their store instagram 5 minutes after placing my order to see that, every single comment was about how awful their experience was, and not getting their order at all. I need my order before NYE. I'm not gonna take my chances after seeing those comments. I emailed the support email, wrote a support bubble at the bottom of their website, AND used the chat with an assistant icon. All resulting in no help, and to only get back that they only do store credit for returns. NEVER will I order from this company again. It felt scammy to begin with. Now I'm out $70

This was my first ever purchase with white fox boutique and I am absolutely in love! The quality and fit of these products were just as I expected. Also these leggings were very different to what other websites are selling and I love that about this website. It also came in 2 DAYS!
