I had ordered some clothes that I was planning on wearing to the Taylor Swift concert but didn't double check my shipping option before I paid. I quickly emailed their customer service to see if they could help me and Melissa was able to change it and my clothes are expected in the next couple of days with more than enough time before the concert! I am just so grateful she is such a lifesaver and so sweet. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate her. I have never ordered from this company before so they didn't owe me anything but now I have so much respect for them and will definitely choose to shop there first from now on!

I have ordered off of White Fox Boutique's website for the third time now. I have purchased products ranging from bathing suits, to tops, bottoms, and accessories such as hats and belts. None of the items I have received we're damaged, sized wrong, or anything shy of my expectations based on their photos and descriptions on the website. A wonderful place to buy from for excellent quality, fast shipping, and true to size, stylish outfits meant to stand out. Not to mention they also frequently release deals for price reductions!

I ordered on thanksgiving night and am still waiting for my order. Why offer Black Friday sales if you know you're not going to get items to your customers in time for Christmas a month later. I also tried ordering with the coupon code which for some reason did not take tried to cancel order they said nothing they can do I got a store credit. I had reentered the information a minute later and the coupon took that time but they still would not honor the cancellation. Website always sold out so it is impossible to even use that credit. I doubt I will get this in 3 days for Christmas and there is no excuse for a in stock item to take over 4 weeks to deliver.

Recently ordered from white fox for the first time and I am not satisfied. I purchased the blue tie-dye fall in line bike shorts for $50+ and the fabric felt like something you could buy off shein for $10 (should have done that). In addition to that, they are see-through when squatting and the main purpose for these shorts is to work out, they're "active shorts". On top of that, to return it costs $20, which amounts to $70+ wasted. Not buying from here again.

The clothes are cute! My items take about about a week to deliver to South Carolina when I use express shipping which is understandable considering they are from Australia. I think it is good to mention to size down when buying their oversized sweaters if you don't want it to be huge. I would love to see some more knitted sweaters and embroidered sweatshirts in the future. Overall, White Fox Boutique is one of my favorite clothing stores to shop at.

These clothes are made with high quality materials and production. I have been shopping on here for a while now and had not 1 issue with the many clothes I have brought. Delivery is impeccable with everything arriving within a couple days.

I could literally buy everything on this sight but instead I scroll through for hours adding everything I want then having to narrow it down to a realistic purchase... legit White Fox will have you buying bikinis in winter and jumpers in summer

White Fox has an easy to use website. I love that I can see the cart pop up with each item I add. The pop up gives me the option to checkout from there or keep shopping.

The websites quality matches the clothes. All together it is easy to use. All the options you need are at the top so you never feel lost.

Can't say enough how much I enjoyed my experience.

Oh, and the checkout process was quick and easy. They remembered all of my information and I didn't have to spend time re-entering my info. Such a Time saver!

Their size guide is completely off. All customer service had to say is that it's a general guide. The dress would fit a 10 year old. It was half the size of the measurements per the size guide. Now I have to return the dress for a credit and pay for return shipping from Canada. NEVER AGAIN.

Took my money, never shipped my order. No way to reach a customer service rep. Please don't fall into this trap - they are not legit, save your money!
UPDATE - I received my order well over a week after Christmas, too late for gifting as planned. Quality of product is meh. Customer service is horrendous. I stand behind my original review. Shop elsewhere where they care about you as a customer and are not just trying to get as much money as possible while sacrificing quality & service.

Terrible experience all the way around. White fox boutique ignored my email I sent about my order. They specifically stated they would get back to me about my email in 2 to 4 days. They never did. Also, I paid extra for express shipping I did not get my clothing in time. Even though this is a problem on their end, they will still not respond, their return policy stands as store credit only. I just want my money back. I am trying to figure out why all the good reviews for a white fox boutique. I believe the reviews to be fake. So if you want to have poor customer service, long shipping times, no way to get your money back and mediocre quality clothing at best, I totally recommend you buy with this company. As for me, I will never shop with them again after this first experience.
