Wigsbuy.com and Wigsbuy online are based in China even though they have pictures of American models. They communicate only via email or chat and they promise that your wig will be custom made. The pictures of the wigs are from other companies and or US celebrities but do not represent the quality of the wig you will receive. Their main objective is to collect your dollars and give you an inferior product. They are horrible and their business depends on your ignorance. Do not buy hair, haircare products or anything else from China unless you go to a store and can see what you are getting. Myself and 30 other professional colleagues have been ripped off by wigsbuy. The wigs received were not even comparable to the wigs we thought we were getting. They tell you that they will give you a refund, but you have to come up with the shipping back to China which is close to 30.00 dollars and takes close to three weeks. That shipping costs (both what you pay upfront and what you pay to ship the product back will not be reimbursed). Once they receive the product they will find something wrong with it (i. E. you combed the product and we cannot resell. This is not the wig we sent you, etc.). It is best to avoid this company at all costs. Read the reviews of other shoppers. China's trade industry is not ethical in general and they love doing business with Americans who are naive as far as returns and refunds are concerned. I give this company a zero out of five rating. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I had to hire an attorney to get my money back. Thankfully I can afford it and the matter was one of principle to me. We also reported them to the BBB and the Attorney General's Office. For your own sanity and financial safety, don't do business with this company. Ral

I PICKED OUT 2 ITEMS TO PURCHASE. I WAS IN CONTACT WITH THE SITE WHO ASSURED ME THE ITEMS I WAS PURCHASING WERE IN STOCK. SO I ORDERED THEM. I KEPT CHECKING MY ORDER STATUS AND IT REMAINED IN THE PROCESSING STAGE FOR OVER 4 DAYS SO I ASKED WHAT THE DELAY WAS. IT WAS THEN I WAS INFORMED THAT THE ITEMS WERE NOT IN STOCK AND I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT! FOR HOW LONG THEY DID NOT KNOW! I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND AN EMAIL FROM THEM STATING MY MONIES WERE BEING REFUNDED. SO FAR THEY HAVE SAID IT IS BEING REFUNDED BUT KEEP MAKING EXCUSES AS TO WHY THE FINANCE DEPT CANNOT SEND ME AN EMAIL CONFIRMING THE REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD. WIGSBUY EMPOYEES WHOM ANSWER MY QUESTIONS APPEAR TO BE INEPT AND IT BECOMES CLEAR VERY QUICKLY THAT THEY HAVE VERY LITTLE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS THEY ARE SELLING!. ALL THEY CAN SAY WHEN ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS ABOUT MY REFUND IS ' NO WORRY. NO WORRY" WHY YOU SO ANXIOUS? "I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY REFUND. Don't trust Wigsbuy
October 30, 2018

Update: Wigsbuy finally refunded the money after I filed a complaint with Paypal. But it took weeks. They kept saying the wig I returned was not the one I bought! Original posting here follows:

I tried to post this review on Wigsbuy with the link they sent me after I'd received the wig, but I couldn't submit it. They apparently don't allow customers who have complained to do reviews. I ordered this human hair wig in the attached photo (on the right) in size large but the order was automatically changed to medium. I wrote to Wigsbuy asking them to change it to large. When I received the wig, it was a medium, and they told me I could return it. I returned the wig via priority mail (cost $19) and received an email from Wigsbuy saying I hadn't returned it within 7 days (I hadn't been told about the 7 days). The next day, Wigsbuy said the wig I returned was synthetic. (I had ordered a synthetic wig earlier). My response: "if the wig is synthetic, I was cheated because Wigsbuy said it was human hair and charged me $146." Wigsbuy's response: "please send a picture of the wig you still have." My response: I sent three photos. Wigsbuy's response. "The wig in the pictures is the human hair wig. You returned the wrong one." The two wigs look nothing alike, so I sent a photo showing the two wigs side by side and asked: "are you SURE the wig on the left is the one that Wigsbuy made out of human hair to match the style on the right? " Wigsbuy has not yet responded and I can't post a review on their website, so I'm attaching a photo of the human hair wig I ordered (on the right) and the wig that Wigsbuy says is the human hair wig matching the style of the one I ordered.
