They took order. Didn't deliver the product and updated status as delivered. While chatting, not assigned agent and that person never responded. Fake website, don't buy.

They charged 250rs for delivery within 2hrs between 11pm to 11:59 pm and they returned the cake without delivering saying customer didnt answer the call And when we called them back they were asking to pay again for delivering next day.

Never ever order cake from this place. Very misleading place. They will show you something and send you something else. Unprofessional and pathetic behavior by customer care. Don't ruin your day.

Today I ordered a cake, a Bouquets, and a birthday a mug for my wife's birthday! I ordered it from abroad to be delivered to Kolkata. This guy did not deliver the mug and did not report missing items. When I called them from abroad, they held the line for long and misbehaved with me when I wanted to report fraud. Now they are saying that they will refund or deliver missing item. They also mentioned that they emailed me about the missing item but it's not true. My question is why they confirmed full delivery where they did not deliver all the item and misbehaving when a customer call to report the monkey business. The quality of the flower and cake was very bad. They do not send for reviews with this type of monkey business and there is no option to write review unless they allow. It shows that it is part of their business technique. The show reviews only good deliveries. I am attaching screen short of delivery update. I had a terrible experience with an order I placed this morning at 10 AM. My order ID is **************. The seller's portal showed that it was delivered at 9:37 PM, but I did not receive the product. Furthermore, some products were missing and the one I did receive was damaged. I tried contacting their customer service several times, but no one answered or responded. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from them. It seems like they are engaging in fraudulent activities.

Worst service ever. Not first time actually. First time we thought they may be tried and would have made mistake.

First time we ordered for one delivery to our parents for wedding anniversary and they didn't delivered and the reason was surprising actually. We wanted to give it as a surprise then why they have to contact them for delivery.

Again we tried second time for one of our friend on Valentine's Day and the items delivered was really affected our relationship with them. This company really cheating and making money. When we complained they told they will refund INR 400/- back and we rejected it.

The company is fraud. They took 50 Rs extra for delivery within 2 hrs. However no delivery at all. No response from the customer care and no one bothers to reply. No response on email. Strictly Avoid. Its waste of money.

They never deliver my order and marked it delivered.
When I tried to contact them the customer support executive rudely told me to do whatever I can do. The product marked delivered on their system and they didn't have any proof of delivery.

Our Valentine's Day order was a disappointment from start to finish. We had eagerly awaited the delivery of a cake, bouquet, and bamboo plant for the special occasion. However, our anticipation quickly turned to frustration. Firstly, the cake arrived a day late, on the 15th instead of the 14th. When it finally came, it was nothing short of disappointing – resembling a cheap, unappetizing creation one might find at a roadside bakery. The flowers, too, were lackluster, exhibiting signs of age and haphazard packaging.

To add insult to injury, the bamboo plant we ordered was nowhere to be found in the delivery. What's worse, attempts to contact the company were futile; they neither informed us of the delay nor bothered to answer our calls. This experience left us deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned. In all honesty, it was the worst online shopping experience we've ever had.

These Guys are bunch of liars and there services are so pathetic and they scam customers by showing something else and they deliver something else. Please do not enable these services because they will fool you. They should 14-16 Flowers in the pic and they actually delivered only 5-6 flowers and they look so pathetic. OMG, just look at it I have uploaded it in the pictures. SHAME on you Fella's. Really disappointed in you and your pathetic services.

I had placed an order for valentines day for my wife stays in india.Delivery scheduled on14th feb.
There is no updates on delivery and there is no such contact numbers which shows on the web to connect.Spoiled the celebration.I lost my money.I beleive its a scam.I have written several mails in this regard and also sent watsapp messges but zero response

Order booked 2 days in advance to deliver in 10 to 2 slot. Message receives at 14-10 saying delivered. Actual delivery at 14-45, that too directing delivery boy for address on phone holding for a long time. Cake turned out to be absolutely dry as if made day earlier. Order number **************. Would never order again.

I have ordered for premium cake half Kg costing 1000/-, but they delivered an inferior product belatedly. We did not receive satisfactory reply for our complaint to their customer care. Don't order from Winni

They should be booked on fraud and cheating charges.

Guys avoid winni app... these people are fraud... they charge you in premium rates and provide cheap service... I will never recommend any more service from winni... I gave them plenty of time to do a replacement and they completely hesitated it stating they dont assure any quality in services.

What a disastrous service! I placed an order for a flower bouquet and 2 small indoor plant a week ago. I received the bouquet on the same day but the plants I just received it today in a very bad state. The condition is so bad that it looks dull & dead to me. I was informed that these plants are courier product hence it might take time but a whole long week? No way to contact them as well, therefore I am writing my horrible experience with winni here. I preferred the cake in Ahmedabad on Mother's Day as a gift. Not only it arrived late but the whole cake was ruined. When I complained about this, someone from the customer service kept sending same email rather than solving the issue. And when I mom called the cake shop in Ahmedabad, they advised my mom that they can't do anything as they are just carrier not the actual company. My only advise on this website, don't ruined your special day. I have few other friends who also had bad experience on this.

Ordered a blueberry cake for my sis birthday and the taste was awesome. There was a small issue with the name and they sorted it in very professional manner within the time frame. I would like to do order again in future. Indeed a job well done!

Flower bouquet was timely delivered.The only thing is that there should be more offers applicable for the selected range of products. Also some innovative ideas of giving surprises to our loved ones should be there because there are so many sites delivering the same bouquets with no innovativeness at smart prices.

Cake upper design totally different which shows online i ordered three rose which i saw on net but they gave one rose on top amd must disappointing thing they handover the cake on bad condition like they bring some cloth not so carefull and smudge my surprise cake for my mother. Not happy at all.
