Not trustworthy. Pathetic customer service levels. The word Apology is not in their dictionary.
Late delivery and to cover it tell lies. Order for a cake with egg but deliver Eggless cake. They are not bothered about the customer... shameless and insensitive are too less adjectives to describe their service levels. Will not recommend them to anyone. Made a big mistake ordering from them.

I have been regular customer of Winni and it has been excellent service as i always was able to place the order for cake. For which place out of bound for other big players. But Winni does that for me so far so good for me and have not faced any issue.

They are just a fraud, and never deliver your item they just take money and never come back.
I request google to delete there websites because of them poor people will have to suffer in future. They don't even deserve a single star. Pathetic! Fraud people! I will give 0 to them

Order confirmation, customer care coordination etc took almost 1 hour. Then I placed order. Paid full money in advance.
My order was altered without informing me.
Also I requested 5 times over email to write the text
On the cake as mentioned in the email for my friend's marriage. It was not delivered as requested. I am dissappoonted as 1. Text was missing 2. Cake's shape was changed than the one I ordered without my consent 3. It looks overpriced as the cake was small too..

Guys Never go for such useless portals. Inspite of cancelling my order just after a couple of minutes of my order placement they haven't credited my amount yet though they promised to do so in 15 days and now it's going to be almost a month. They will face the music now.

I place the cake order and they delivered me simple low quality cake and when i raised my complain customer care team never responded with answers. 1st image you can see what i have ordered and in 2nd what they delivered to me.

One of the worst site to visit and order anything. They don't deliver and their customers executives are utter nonsense. They will keep extending the time and will cancel at the last moment leaving you with no option. Spoiling the entire day track the order. No sense of responsibility towards customer no sense of ethics of work/ commitment towards customer. Just long claim about the carteing to people.

Will not only stop using this platform but also asked all of you to avoid the same.

On WhatsApp not on the card. Everything was so unprofessional that anyone would love to order the cake from swiggy or zomato itself.

I ordered a 500gm Chocolate Fudge Cake 2 days before my wifes birthday in Chennai and scheduled an appointment for the delivery between 1 5 pm. They never delivered the cake within that time. At 6.00 P. M, I had to call their customer service to enquire and they were totally clueless about it.
They arranged a rush Job and totally botched my order. Completely different from what I ordered. If they had told me that it was missed, I could have arranged something at that time. Instead they made me wait for a phone call till late and we didnt have a cake at the end.
The size of the cake delivered was less than 5 inches in diameter and that was 799 (which I am sure you can get in supermarket for 200-300).
Dont Believe the hype from the reviews in their website. Should have been aware when the reviews in their website were ALL positive. Thats what led me to it.
So much for a surprise birthday. Now we both are disappointed Beware

I ordered a birthday cake for someone and they made a miniature mistake instead of writing Happy Birthday they wrote Happy Bairthday, the cale was delivered to someone as a surprise but my cake surely became i state of embarrassment, asked for compensation and spoke to customer service didn't seem like they actually cared about it….very bad experience

This is my first experience with winni and i was super happy with services and product was same as mention in website and timely delievery... so relieved that we have such a great service and now i can trust further and share to my fsr from friends cake on their bday which was like thought to me...

I placed two orders on the same day but for different cities. One was a combo of flowers and cake, and the other was just a cake. The cakes were of high quality and delicious, and the flowers were fresh and pleased my mother in law a lot. Both gifts were a surprise so when they were delivered on time, my relatives were delighted. Thank you for being a trustworthy website and I hope your service remains reliable. Also, shout out to lavanya roy from customer service for ensuring my third order reaches on time!

We place cake order and haven't received any order, there is no contact number to contact, if we try to call them on contact number it's not reachable.
Please be careful before order anything, don't waste your time and money.

I ordered the product yesterday with delivery time between 10-2PM. Its 9PM I am writing the review.
They have kept the customer care number BUSY since morning.
Service is terrible, expensive, and stressful without the opportunity to surprise a loved one.

I had a wrong delivery date but I talked to one of the customer representatives, Manisha and she helped me out to change the delivery for the same night. I am really thankful for their great service. Will look forward to use this site for future orders. I really hope it gets delivered tonight.

They donot even deserve 1 star. Worst experience till date. After ordering and paying online, on the day of the event they call and say that they wont be able to deliver the product. And lied over phone that they will revert back with some alternatives and didnot contact me at all. Even after trying several ways to reach them they disnot respond. Totally unprofessional and a big fraud. They should be sued... shame on you guys.

Best quality, service and the taste was awesome. Very helpful customer care representative, Appreciate simran who quickly assisted me. This time, tried something different and I must say, it was baked so well and the taste was so good. Would recommend winni to one and all.
