Firstly they Delivered wrong flowers and secondly whatever they delivered were old dying flowers and never gave me my money back. They ruined my anniversary... Tried calling them multiple times but they said they don't have a refund policy!

I ordered a flower for my mother very fresh bunch good looking flowers we received. Customer care support very helpful. I am informed that quality of flowers was very good it was great. Ordered the cake 3 days ahead to be delivered on a specific day and winni has failed to delivered it. Sent fake email and sms confirmations notifying the cake was delivered to both the sender and receiver.

Have contacted the customer service team to query and support person was very arrogant and said the cake will be delivered the next day and won't be cancelling the order or refund the money. Please stay away from this people and company

Yesterday I have ordered a cake for my niece B-day. Delivery time mention was between 5 to 9, but they called at 10:30 for delivery. My niece has slept waiting for the cake. You guys have ruined her B-day. The delivery guy was insisting to take the delivery. I said at 10:30 p.m. why would I take the delivery. B-day girl has slept. I didn't took the delivery. But today I got the message saying that your order has been delivered. To whom you have delivered. I want my refund back.

I placed the order from Winni.in for very first time and would really like to rate 10+ on 10. They have a wide variety of Gifts available. Especially I would like to recommend and appreciate Shalini from the team, she did a wonderful job and very helpful throughout my experience on Shopping Cart.

Best Cake delivery in Jalandhar. Loved the service. Thanks winni for wonderful service, It was actually delivery schedule for afternoon but they deliver on early day. And day start with my order. That was wonderful. And also got review cake was delicious... I would like to know the store from where it bought.

1. Winni.com ruined my whole valentine's week.
2. They don't deliver the products as per the expected delivery date on their website.
3. Moreover, one of my order containing 2 products was not delivered but it has been marked delivered at Winni.com website.
4. They don't pick up calls.
5. MISBEHAVED WITH THE RECIPIENT WHILE DELIVERING THE PRODUCT.

Great experience with Winni, flowers was so attractive, order bouquet of red roses. Flowers were fresh secondly even though the presentation was also fab order was delivered on time. This is the second time I am ordering through this website, they were quick to change the schedule because of lockdown. While I appreciate their customer care service I would be happy if the phone number they provided works.

If you want a cake that looks horrible, not even resembling. 001% as shown in pic. Then please go ahead, spoil your occasion and order it.
I won't even recomment ordering a greeting card, you will receive a 10 rupees stupid card.
Their website in the customer review section they have all only positive comments. Now after looking at the review on Mounthshut.com I see the real picture. This website is fooling the customers.
Worst company, they show you an image and deliver some other 3rd class cake. So don't trust http://www.winni.in its a scam they are by born cheaters. They will spoil your mood if you order cake from this pathetic website.
WORST CUSTOMER CARE service, When I complained they will closed it even without resolving even when i have shared images and spoiled cake they are still saying it was a fresh cake.
The cakes also costly but service is worst. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I really want to rate 0/5. Worst/ Stupid/pathetic service. I will strongly not recommend this.

I used this for few times now and never disappointed me. I highly recommend this site to anyone who is away from home and need to send to family. Preet was very helpful, i really appreciate her help on passing my request to her vendor.

The cusomter support is bad as they say they support till 11 but shut shop at 10. Also, they promise same day delievery and charge 40% more than the product rate and still give reasns for not delievering. And otop top it all they will claim that the product is delivered on the same say as promised when u know u didnt receive the product at alll. Its a indirect scam... to Make u pay more for a product that will surely wont get deliverd on the same day...And the reason they give is "Occasion" Rush.

I ordered a cake for my family in Hyderabad, website was so easy. Parul Service representative helped me find a yummy cake and guided me right way. Ordered processed without much hassle and Parul himself made sure it went through properly.

Worst service... they people just know how to waste customer's money and time... without delivering the order, they sent mail and confirmation of order completion... I want my money back... I was waited for whole day just for a parcel... they just cheated me... they even don't reply on complaints, emails, messages... their phone no is incorrect... guys plzzz avoid them... I want my money back otherwise I will file a complaint against you in consumer court... just fake people fake website fake services... everything is fake

I was quite confused on selecting and finding some actual variety of cake(Ferrero rocher cake) Midnight delivery on many websites, where I found Winni and I was being assisted by Ms. Manisha, She cleared up my vision of consfusion and helped me find the right thing, finally I got what I was looking for mentioned above and with the help of assistance provided, cleared out some doubts of placing order and availability of midnight delivery options. Over all excellent assistance by Ms. Manisha and easy order placement options. Loved it.

And I choose cake is different and i got different one. Then what is the meaning of choosing cake?

And also delivery charge is 100 rs but i dont know excet time when they will deliver...

I called to customer service and they also don't know about delivery timings...

And I put birthday note and seriously someone written with their pathetic handwriting... I will never ever recommend this service
