Excellent service. Very quick and easy. I didnt see an option to add a message for the cake. I pinged on the online chat. There was immediate response by customer service rep meenakshi and the issue was resolved within a minute. Would recommend this site to my friends and family (assuming the cake will be good)

This might sound silly but yeah... We had paid for chocolates and the delivery guy couldn't deliver on 3rd night saying there wasn't any stock. I mean. Is that even reason to give? We place our orders in way advance... there by we also expect the organizers to get things in way advance rather coming to the customer and saying." sorry we ran out of stock" the delivery guy also said that he will deliver it to my office address which is Bangalore Baptist hospital. I have been trying to call him from evening and there's no response. Could u please rectify this. Else do consider the refund.

Rubbish company, their phone number is always busy, their chat service is always busy, they never respond.

To make the matter worse, they don't even deliver your gifts on-time, It was mother's day and I had waited for all day for the cake to get delivered, they never delivered it. Rather they sent a message that an attempt happened, but no one received, however, they never called on mobile / landline.

It appears to be a fraud company.

Had Very much worst experience with this bouquet shop... I haven't got the bouquet which I was expected and which I ordered... entirely different from the pic... and there is no responsible delivery person and customer support person... dissatisfactory. Waste of money.

We ordered a cake for our Mom and forgot to choose the eggless option they provided at the time of placing the order, realized only after we made the payment.
We quickly contacted a representative via the chat option named Nandita and she totally handled it like a boss, she created a link to make the additional payment instantly and got it changed to eggless in only a few minutes! Really impressed and would like to appreciate her efforts!

Late delivery. I ordered it to be delivered between 10 AM- 9PM and it was delivered after 10 PM. Moreover, the contacts provided on the website didn't respond when I explained them the issue. Poor service and customer relations.

I wanted to order a special cake for my Wife's birthday and wanted specifically 7 layer cake in chocolate flavour and Ms. Parul helped me all the way from choosing to ordering and making sure the cake was delivered on time, Good job Parul! After being used to online platforms, without thinking much i ordered a cake through this. I ordered for 2pm to 6pm slot for my wife's birthday and waited till 9pm and i did not received it. So I informed them to cancel the order. Next day I got a message saying my order got delivered. When checked with customer care, they are saying they attempted a delivery at 10pm and failed so I lost my money or pay again Rs 200 for delivery. I tried multiple escalation but they are least bothered. If you are lucky you will get your product, else think money is gone.

I had ordered for a cake on 15th may 2023 morning and cake was bot delivered till date...it was supposed to be delivered between 10Am to 2PM...status was showing ready to dispatch...but that never got dispatched...contacted support line...multiple times and go the response as "cake on its way" which never came our way...to whomsoever it's concerned...with this experience it feels like this not a genuine site...just waste of time and energy

I recently ordered with Winni and oh boy! What an experience it was. Occassion was a surprise package for my parents 25th anniversary and not only they screwed up the order by someone's birthday cake but also refused to fix it later by saying " You can use this birthday cake as well"

On further escalations, they sent through the right cake but forgot rest of the delivery - flowers, gift and chocolates.

After a numerous back and forth, after a day we were able to receive our order but again with poor quality and rude service. They behaved as if they are doing us a favour by delivering the right thing.

Not only did they gave me poor service but the quality of products was not worth the $ I spent on it. After raising the complaint they sided with the vendor and said, right steps were taken and we served at the best.

Filthy and poor service. Please stay away from them as they will cheat you and will leave with a bad taste. Best is to order via trusted and more professional website.

I had ordered a beautiful bouquet to be delivered. But the bouquet delivered was not packed properly at all, the bouquet I ordered was to be packed in blue parch paper and blue ribbon but the one delivered was just tied up with thread. When I asked for refund, they refused to do so. Never ever going to order from this site again. Failed company.

I ordered a week back for a cake(1800 INR) to be delivered between 7am-9am today. Absolutely horrible service, no one told me anything, and now that I am asking where the cake is, they tell me, it will be delivered by afternoon. So why on earth have time slots? And the worst part? My mom will have left for the airport in the next hour! No refund, no delivery. Winni is the biggest cheat there is, never ever order from there!
