Its scam

Its scam. Beware from MANNAT, MANSI, PREET. Look like fraud customer support and their number is invalid as well. They deduct the money from my account and saying your payment is declined. I paid through paypal. Now no body is picking the call and no body is giving answer on chat. I am struggling with issue from 3 days still no body is instructed to give answer.
ITS SCAM.

I ordered cake and flowers for my lill brother's birthday. The flowers and cake was fresh and of best quality. I would highly recommend Winni's cake and flowers to everyone. Good customer support from Ankit

Bad experience, Cake was in bad condition. Not even the same as shown in pictue, I called customer care, their response time was also very high, they were saying to resolve in 15mins but couldn't resolve the issue even in 7 hrs, uad to go with that bad conditioned cake only

I had great expericence with this company. They solve all the problems specially customer care services. I talked to Shalini mam for resolve my problem. She listen very peacfully and understand it. She resolve my problem within 2 min. I love to be the part of this company as a customer.

I must say these site have a courage to fulfill any one dream like touch to heart someone from his destination to there making love touch, which is good things

They r fraud... never delivery... no response from
Customer care both on phone and email. When we call them again to find out the info they switch off the phone

My order was made attempt to deliver eventhough was late, but unfortunately the b day girl went to temple, switched off mobile, could not delivered, once bday girl came back I called and requested to re deliverwith offering addl convenience charge, but unable to do so, Partially mistake from outside as the phone was switched off, but should have delivered once re requested, today was b day, these things do happen in life, but a dedicated team would have re delivered once client back home. I called vendor, he refused to deliver as no staff is there, I tried to offer him addl conveyance tooo

I ordered a cake for my mother's birthday and chose the slot 10-2 pm for delivery. But they did not deliver and when I tried to reach them out from zendesk support they literally ignored my issue even though I was in the queue for so long! Then after complaining to them several times, again and again, they told me that they will deliver it by 5 pm, and apparently this change was not even notified to me. Not only this, but they also did not even deliver by 5 pm and then said by 9 pm maybe as it is out of delivery. I had dinner out plans with the family and THEY FALSELY CLAIM FOR DELIVERY IN 2HOURS! Why the hell you ask for time slots if you cannot deliver on time? I have used other cake delivery services before who work as they say to the customers! Highly unprofessional, very disgusting, and not at all cooperating company. I ask all to stop falsely appreciating because this portrays a good image even though it is a $#*!ty website!

I ordered for choco fudge cake. The cake was delivered on time. Also I got gud response 4m Lavanya. She responded promptly in Live chat. Thanks Lavanya for ur kind support n thanks winni for delivering a delicious cake :)

We have received exact design shown in the picture and taste was amazing. It made my bhabhi's birthday way more special with pineapple flavor Minion cake. Highly recommend to all, Good service provided by simran ma'am, awesome experience thank you winni :)

I placed an order for a special someone, they have no clue as to what they are doing, just love to blame the busy rush timing, they can't get anything right. They will always miss your order and only deliver partial items. BEWARE, NEVER BUY FROM THEM, there are multiple companies that provide a better service at the fraction of their cost. Most of the reviews I have seen have the same problem, which makes me think that their positive reviews are all fake, probably done by their employees to boost their presence online. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, and even though it would be their mistake, they would take forever to refund money. I think they have trouble reading, they should get atleast Grade 1 education first to read/write before they run a business. Very disappointed.

Do no ever buy anything from Winni unless you want to spoil your special occasion. Their customer support team won't even respond to your queries and they will close tickets without resolution

The website has a huge options to select from. Live customer support is excellent. Neel was really helpful with providing the details which were not easily visible on website. Great work.

Was searching for a plum cake on line for my daughter.It is Madam SAKSHI helped and assisted me online chat and made my deal final. She not only interacted solefully but could conceived my need so meaningfully and beautifully that I never found any confusion and reached to my decision. Hope all customer get MS SAKSHI in all their chats.

Ordee id **************. This people charge high, top of that 100 rupees for deliveey charge extra, but they dont deliver the cake on time. They claims 2hrs delivery and mine is already 6 hrs over and not yet delivered. Pathetic service.
Dont trust the company and get trapped. I would suggest you to findout a nearby cake shop around your friends area in google and call the cake shop and trf the money through phone pay. That local guy would happy to deliver if he gets something around 50 bucks extra. Still it will be cheaper than winni. Dont trust these people. They are blot for the online services.
