I ordered a product on the 16th, which showed a tentative delivery date of the 20th of September. When I checked on 20th, it is still saying waiting fulfilment. This is an extremely pathetic service. It was a birthday gift. Moreoever, when I speak to the WhatsApp customer care, it was not helpful and rude. Never order from here.

Whatever i m booked u send me the completly different design which is apprpx 450 cost only and i was booked high cost cake. Please dont do again with anyone else for build in market.

The cake was supposed to be delivered between 11.30PM-12.00AM. And delivered it at 10.50PM and all the surprise plans were flop. Also Uunnecessarily wasted 250rs for midnight delivery. I should have ordered from a regular shop who will deliver before 11PM. Highly UNSATISFIED!

I paid extra delivery charges for this to deliver at particular time. But they deliver at 10.30am, due to this my hubby got delayed to office. My previous order midnight delivery also they deliver at wrong time. Cake desing and letter formate also worst. Worst service.
