I wanted to deliver bouquet of red roses at midnight which was not possible due to Covid19 pandemic. However they made sure it could be delivered at an earliest possible.

Hopeless customer service! My friends told me not to purchase from 'Winni' but I just thought of giving winni.in a chance and placed my first order and till date i regret my decision.

Recently, I placed an order from winni.in and at the last moment when we are celebrating my niece bday, they sent half order and sent me a message saying that my order has been delivered. Because we were busy celebrating, i ignored the missing product of my order and complaint about this next day.

My complaint was not answer. I complaint again on their live chat and their representative left the chat without answering. I tried to get 3-4 and same protocol was followed (leave the chat) by their customer representative.

I do understand that we all are humans and maybe by mistake they did not deliver my half order but the behaviour and response i received from their customer service was pathetic.

My first (n last) experience with them was pathetic all because of their customer service. I should have listened to my friends about how horrible their customer service is. Lesson learned!

P.s. I do have the screenshots of my chat with their customer care to prove my case.

Thanks guys, and please be careful as one mistake from them can spoil your celebration.

Being away from my country winni is always my choice for any gift and cake deliver to India.
There online chat support is excellent and provide extremely quick and honest advance for your choice.

I have ordered 1 Rose bouquet and 1 teddy bear for my wife on our wedding anniversary. Rose bouquet was good but teddy bear looks cheap. So suggest you to improve on quality.
