I ordered cake for my mom's birthday and they did 'not deliver the cake to my house instead they sent me a false confirmation of the cake being delivered. And everytime I called them the number was busy later they did not pick up so everytime I had to chat with someone over their Chat Service. This was such a disappointment, but the worst was when I asked them to refund my money they stopped responding! I am no one to say weather to buy stuff from here or not but guys save yourself from disappointment...
I didnt read the reviews before ordering but please dont make the same mistake.It was a total Shame...

I ordered a Plant for my friend's birthday, due to this pandemic unfortunately the delivery got delayed and the plant was not in a good shape when it was delivered. I called the customer service and sent images of the dead plant. Immediately they arranged for redelivery. I just really did not think they would send the plant again. I have never experienced this kind of genuine response from customer service. Keep up the good work winni. I will suggest your service to my friends and family for sure.

I just came across this site today n thought of ordering. I paid for the cake n flowers and it said delivery in 2 hrs. I ordered around 9am and I waited till 2 pm but no delivery till now. Phones r not reachable. Chat is not available not ether responding on e mail. Very displeased

They don't deliver what they are showing on Thier website.design of cake is not at all matching with the actual delivery and on complain they will tell you that this is as per Thier terms and conditions and cake design can be different from the image of website.
I have attached both images what I have received and what they have delivered.

Himanshi is very helpful and awesome in assisting me with my order.

She guided me with steps to follow to write message on cake and setup midnight delivery.
She has also updated my personal message after I incorrectly submitted the request.

Seriously disappointed by its customer service. First of all they won't pick up the call
& they won't reply in chat also.If you cant provide the service to customer then please stop giving fake promises...

Excellent service. I placed an order online and by mistake selected incorrect date. I noticed it today and Himanshi from staff was very helpful. She spoke with Ops and vendor and has committed to deliver the cake today. She is a gem and can't thank her enough for her service. Hopefully it will be an awesome surprise for my parents :)

I ordered a greeting card and received a pathetic one.
I ordered a lovey dovey surprise bouquet and it was not fresh n small.
Best part is the teddy. I ordered a romantic teddy. I received a small damaged poor quality teddy.

Want to get the cake delivered in Delhi this time. I have tried many websites of checking this website because of the affordability but i confirm after all the experience that Winni is the best among all. Though getting a 100% satisfaction is asking for too much but they are best in the domain.

I made an order yesterday and my life became miserable. They supplied the very local item after a long delay and the customer service team is very poor and irresponsible. Quality is very bad and my request for writing the message in the cake also not followed. Horrible

I wish i can give 0 review to this website I have send mother's day cake and flowers for my mom and sister. They received only cake not flowers so my sister called to see y order was incomplete. Some guy picked up phone and started using bad words to her instead of solving problem. So I emailed couple of times to let them know what's having they keep saying your order has been delivered so next day again I made my mom to call the girl picked up phone she explained her all situation she said she will call back but no call back no nothing This is how these people treat customer...very bad experience...

They are fraud. They will take money from you and will not deliver anything and say that the delivery agent called but you didn't pick. $#*! when address is provided still they make excuses. Ruine your celebration. They are worst for making memories. Don't go for them. I paid 6days before hand. They first told me my phone was not picked. Then told me it was switched off and at last they said then it was not reachable. And they neither refund nor respond to you.
Next day they ask for money again and still not deliver nor refund your amount.
Guys please don't pay them they are fraud and they will not deliver anything. I feel india is full of frauds. Neither their phone number is working.

I order a cake for my mom's birthday. Cake was delivered to a wrong person in the second attempt the cake i received was putrid smelling. I had to throw away in a trash. They ruined my Mom's Birthday & my faith on them

Always delivers on time and a lot of varieties of cakes and gifts available. You can expect good offers as well. I always place order through Winni. Its really nice and fast. It also delivers to a lot of ares in bangalore and best part is mid night delivery. Packaging and handling is also good. Customer services are also good and quick.

I have ordered more than 5-6 times from this site. Every time the delivery was on time. Because of Winni, I am able to send cakes and flowers to my home on all special occasions. I would recommend this to everyone.

Never ever use their services... these guys are hopeless and big time chutiyas. Who are okay with their vendors not sending the desired cakes along with knife and candles... if I will ever get a chance to meet their owner. I am gonna $#*! his $#*! right there with there pathetic cake!

They will deliver the cakes that they have but not we have ordered. They will not provide any refunds also and they will not respond well also. Don't trust this site and don't waste ur money. The below image is the cake that i haven't ordered.
