I had ordered a bunch of flowers and a cake and the order was accepted. Later i was told that flowers weren't available. Then why did they even accept the order?
And the cake dint reach on time. I got a Succesfully delivered' message without actually delivering it. Led to lot of confusion and tension.
I haven't still received the refund for the flowers and extra charge of 250 for 12:00 am delivery. And was told that the refund will be initiated to the winni wallet and not my bank account. Very much dissapointing this is. What if i dont want to order in winni again?
I give a 1 on 5 rating for so much of negligence and disturbance. Need the refund as soon as possible. Thanks.

I have already spoken to winni customer care. They were also saying cake is yet not delivered.
You can ask the receiver Shivani on *******753 cake is yet not delivered and I have called the bakery person from where the cake was about to come. They said they have not delivered the cake till now and they are saying they will deliver it tomorrow morning.
What is this?
This kind of pathetic service.
If anyone's birthday is on 12th, u will send the cake after 2 days.
Now I don't want the cake after 2 days.
Refund my money of cake Rs 1199 back to my bank account.

I had ordered for a eggless cake a day before for my wife's birthday, but by mistake it seems i forgot to mention eggless and immediately when i connected with customer care there was Manpreet Kaur who helped me to change the order immediately as the cake delivery was supposed to arrive in an hours time.
That was really quick and kind of her really appreciate he kind gesture and quick service.

Please beware that the online representation of their products DOES NOT accurately reflect the exact delivery of the item. BAD QUALITY AND BAD SERVICE. Disheartened with winni services as i ordered a bouquet bt it was not delivered on time and they kept fooling me fr almst 6hrs by saying they r just going to deliver wthin 15mins though bouquet ws beautiful bt i ws totally frustrated with d services n d communication wth them

It's the worst! Placed an order for delivering on Valentine's day and got it delivered on 16th! When asked, been told that they were having too much orders. They shouldn't be taking orders if they can't deliver it on time. Simple. Customer Care staff is just good for nothing NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM!

This is the first time I have experienced the most terrible service. I ordered a cake on 14th feb. They haven't delievered it till today. I tried calling them several times. The no. Is always busy. They haven't replied to my mail either. And they haven't refunded my money. They spoiled the ocassion for me. So I suggest never ever order anything from them. This company shoul be reported.

This is the 2nd time I ordered a cake and flowers for my brother in law's birthday and both flowers and cake were trash! Flowers came at 10:30pm basically all picked over flowers! And cake was particularly bad tasting! It was extremely embarrassing for me and my sister, a doctor at Apollo Hospital, as the guests were given this cake and it was old tasting and plain bad! You can be rest assured that I will not be ordering from you again but I am putting this as a review because you should not be scamming online orders! Not good for your business if you are doing such shabby work!

This was my time ordee. I ordered stuff from winni app. I was so scared at that time that they will deliver it or not because I already placed a order one week ago but still scared because I used in my first time. It was my brother bday they delivered everything on time. Everything was perfect. I love this app. I recommend to everyone if they want to send sonething to india to their parents always use this app.

Customer support agent Simran was quite kind and understood my situation, I got different design of butterscoth cake and she provided her commendable support for replacement within 2hours along with checking a slice of the ordered cake! It really bad to say you guys that you are cheater and you took my money. Money is not problem you spoiled all the plan what i prepared for my mother on mothers day. I order cake from Mangalore and delivery to Lucknow. Order number *******6863 for 13th May morning. But it is not delivered till now. If i am asking for cancellation and refund your $#*!ing call center guys is all the time saying not possible to cancel and will not give refund. Costumer care number all the time is busy don''t know how big the company is that they cant deliver services on time. Guys please don''t trust these people and don''t order anything. Try any other website like flower aura which is much more reliable.

I had ordered from Winni a cake for my Mom's 75th birthday and Bonsai plant with Laughing Buddha and Bamboo plant. Order was placed on 12th night. I was informed that the plants would be couriered. I received the plants yesterday. The bamboo is totally dry. There was no laughing buddha given saying its out of stock. No one had informed about it but money was taken in full. Bunch of cheats. The bamboo is all yellow and the customer service representative says it will be fine in few days with sunlight. Can a bamboo plant that has turned yellow regain back to its original green color. KINDLY REFRAIN PLACING ORDERS WITH THEM.
