I have placed my order for wrong date, so made a chat with customer care help and the chat was immediately replied with a person named meenakshi. She asked my order id and changed the date for the order.

I had first time ordered from the winni yesterday midnight but it was very worst service cake was smally & the flower was dry order received at before 11pm I had paid extra & I called customer care many time nobody responding our call. I never choose winni again.

I had a Very Bad experience with Winni.

I have ordered a flower bokeh with Red roses to one of my dear ones. They have charged me Rs 600.
But, they have delivered plastic flower bokey with some other flowers. Which cost Rs. 100.

This is very discasting. When I called their customer care and asked about this. But no action taken. No respect about the customers.
Do not go with this. Do not trust them

One month ago I had a birthday. It wasn't just a birthday it was a real anniversary. So I have decided to make it unforgettable. I invited plenty of my friends, my family and I ordered a big table in the most prestigious restaurant in my town. I understood that there is no good anniversaries without good cake. I started to search in the internet for companies which can help me to create a cake by my order. I found this one and explained them in details what I wanted. The cake was awesome and very delicious. I regret that I have eaten it, because it was so beatiful. Im' really thankful to this company.

I had ordered the cake with wrong date of delivery. I had contacted the customer care assistant for change of date of delivery. The responded very quickly and Ms Nandini helped me to resolve the issue. Thanks for your support.

Horrible service. They will never deliver what u order for and the way the deliver it is even worse. Quality………. Never expect that from winni………and there customer service is way too horrible and they are never friendly. I ordered for laughing Buddha and a bonsai tree as a gift for my friends house warming. Instead they delivered some chinese doll and the bonsai tree was lifeless and leaf less. When i asked them they say that the chinese doll is same as laughing Buddha. Thye are nothing than online robbers…………. Plzzzzzzzzz don not waste your money……. There are lot of other providers who value their customers. STAY AWAY FROM WINNI………. Horrible service.

U don't deserve even 1 rating. Ther's no responsibility in your service.the order has not delivered on time. Even the Wiini people cant reach the vendor and there is no tracking. I didn't under stand that why it is showing it will be delivered between 10-2 almost four hours we need to wait for the order.It should in range of one hour. I have waited for almost 4 hours and the cake was delivered at 2:30. I have to make multiple remainders to winni team that i didn't get my order. I just asked the vendor name so that i will go inpeson pick the order but they dont have vendor details.It was an important day in my life ruined by winni. I will never order through winni.The customer care people not polite and they are saying that it is just delayed by 30 minutes. From morning i am waiting for cake and all the guests are waiting at the party for cake and everyone got diappointed and has left the party.

Was confused whether the surprise b'day cake would be delivered at the desired address and at the desired time. Neha was a great help. Cleared all my doubts and the cake was delivered even before the expected time.

This was a special occasion for me because it was my fiancé's birthday.
I decided to order cake n flowers online. You can check the picture attached. The cakes are not at all alike. I'm regretting that i have wasted like 1800 INR.

Waste service spoil the day specially customer service good for nothing horrible cheaters doesnt even respond and not at all on time i order cake on 17 delivered on 18. And not a proper response from the customer team even not have brain to respondd properly

I recently ordered a bday cake online from Winni and i am extremely happy with my purchasing experience. When i started entering details, i recieved a call from winni and they shared an instant discount code which reduced to cost by 50Rs. There was no follow up required for delivery and the cake tasted yummy and the texture was soft and smooth. I am very happy with them. They are prompt, trust worthy and reliable.

Good services... the flower are very good and natural flower... cake quality are very good and also taste are very good... Excellent serves from winni... my order is delivered in the time... thanks alot to winni.

Order number *******4331 - extremely disappointed

Have ordered cake from Wini. But to my surprise when the cake came and we tried to cut it we just couldn't put the candles in it since the top sheet was made of plastic... and we couldn't even cut that plastic which regular knife. I am extremely disappointed... cake was tasteless no one ate it. Most useless... spoiled my entire party... after which i gave that cake to my house made she and her kids have eaten that cake and they are in hospital now due to excessive food poising...
After three days without my consent another cake was delivered I wrote several mails and I made several calls that I have not asked for this cake and it is of no use to me but no response from the customer care. I have never come across such pathetic customer care. They don't give a damn to customers mails and calls... must useless website to order anything from

They charge for premium quality range cakes and deliver the cheap one's. I paid 1400rs for 1/2kg cake, what they delivered is of cheap quality and is damaged and delivered very late. I hate it. God knows what kind of design was on that on cake.

They provide a contact number for any queries while confirming the order and it never worked and their live chat is one of the waste option it couldn't fetch the details of my order status.

You had to mail them to know the status.

I highly recommend winni mainly for those who live overseas as I am in Melbourne and I ordered cake and othet stuff for my dad's b'day, the assistance provided by shalini was very helpful and the dad liked the surprise which was awesome. Cheers! Winni

Cake's base as well icing is very local

They trick you by taking money in the name of flowers/gifts and do not provide the same. No one responds well on their customer support also. My strong advise:- Avoid them.

False promises on delivery dates, they dont stick to same day deliveries. DONT believe these guys.
Phone calls busy (tried 40 times) and no customer support. RIP OFF!
