I ordered a butter scotch cake and they made spelling mistake on cake and they have high cake charges but they giving you 3rd class cake bought from local bakery the cake was worst. The customer executive are too bad they are not picking your call and not revert from your email. Worst experience in my life..

I think it's a very helpful to connect with winni if i need a help nd some issues regarding orders. There is no professionalism in delivery, the delivery was not made with any safety standard and it was late delivered too. By the time the cake arrived it has already melted, for me atleast i can't trust winni for next time. It was really embarassing for me and our family. It's really not reliable

I was looking for a birthday cake for my niece who is celebrating her b'day today and she is a big fan of Elsa and Anna... so I was searching it for quite few hours but nothing was making it by the time I needed. Saskshi helped me with the order and was able to assure me that it gets delivered by the time I needed. Will wait for it :)

The cake was ordered for a celebration but it was spoiled when they ate it. It was quite embarrassing and disappointing to send such surprise to a family. I tried to chat with the customer care and there is no response. The representative left the chat without answering and the number in your website is invalid.
With such a poor quality and customer service, I wouldnt use winni again.

The worst delivery app ever when I had ordered they didnt gave me any update on my tracking order and instead of roses they gave us chocolates which was not the worth of the bouquet... waste of money plz don't order it guys...

It always have been a great experience with Winni. Be it Birthday's or any other occassion, the gifts and cakes have always been good.

I've orderd cake flowers but I've got email given num isn't working when i called on given number it was working after that i enquire with live support girl name Ankita left conversation when i explain about my order than i called on *******510 I've explain everything and this guy switched off num and I've paid some good amount for this order. Moreover I don't care about money I didn't expect this $#*! from winni. I have one suggestion for you which money I've paid take in your $#*! and sleep all night! $#*!in frauders!

I have ordered a cake for my sister. Mr. Deepak from winni helped me with the information like offers and payment. I was even very happy when my sister said the was fresh and delicious and her friends enjoyed eating the cake.

Had to deliver the cake on my colleague's birthday and it had to be a surprise. With a rough idea of her address and no specifics like the flat #, the delivery representative did a relentless task to deliver the package. To add to the challenge my colleague wasn't available on the phone so I wonder how he managed to reach an incomplete address. So Great show the winni man and the surprise was made yummy by the cake. Great show and keep up the great job. Please convey our complements to the delivery representative.

Never ever order from them. No customer care assistance available. No response. Utterly ridiculous. Your special day will be spoiled for sure!

Worst service ever not providing a detailed information no proper delivery I would never recommed to choose winni this is really disappointing never know vaule of birthday never please go for this website for cakes especially for midnight $#*!... Fraud and the lousiesr customer service. They dnt refund the money back to your account and insist another purchase by putting it back to the winni wallet. That's pure harassment that expect the customer to come back and buy despite facing embarrassment due to bin delivery of a festive item. The phone number of Cus Care is usually not reachable and the email always comes back with standard reply. The chat box disappears in middle of chat and no solution is provided.

After charging money we get chat message this red velvet cake is not available
Then we choose another flavor we keep trying to call on your customer care no which is continuously busy
Then we ask to call then we recv call and that adviser tell us that you will get another cake
And now at this time I receive message from the Winni your cake is successfully delivered
To whom? When? Without any prior call?
Today is 13 may 2020 I want to cut cake today only not tomorrow
If you people are fake then i am going to review about this site everywhere

I ordered cake for friends on the occasion of bachleor of party in South New Delhi, India. I am so wondered because they delivered at midnight. Shalini customer care from winni help me how to place a order. The quality of the cake is awesome and even they delivered the flowers and flowers are fresh at 12 AM.

Package was to include one teddy bear, which was missing in the package delivered. Also extra amount was charged for heart shaped cake, but the cake wasn't heart shaped.
Customer service sent me an email that number was not reachable and the order has been returned, but the same time order was delivered. That means total miscommunication between them and after four hours they sent an email that package has been delivered, if you were not able to deliver on time with all the items due to covid-19 issues, than these has to be mentioned in the email or a disclaimer should be put upon the website, that was missing, again a lack of communication. Overall not a good experience. Be transparent about the issues and take ownership of mistakes, just don't ask to put a review on the website when we are chatting with your customer service. Be professional in reality as you show on website and chat bot
