Used them for my husband's birthday since I live out of the country. I had two orders, flowers and card for the work and cake for the house on two separate days.

The cake was delicious my husband said but they called him. It was supposed to be a surprise for him. But other than that, the cake one was fine.

The flowers though, those were the main concern. I sent flowers to his work and delivery was 9am - 1pm but the person didn't get there until 2:00pm. They also NEVER pick up their phone! I called and called but never! I finally got some answers via email and some via chat support. But even on chat support, they kept leaving me on read and not responding.

The website also mentioned that they will "capture the moment" for you but none of that happens. Overall, I feel like they over promise and under deliver.

Only giving three stars because they made his special day special for me while I couldn't be there.

I am very happy for winny services. Special thank to Parul who help me for changing the delivery date. She did all the things very quickly and politely she is very matuard and well trained. Thanks Parul for yout support and help really appreciated.

They support their vendors more than the customers. Not at all satisfactory with the service. Big regret. Bought at ahmedabad, not sure how it is in other cities.

I am very happy with winni services. I had ordered birthday cake of my daughter and they delivered it within time. Cake taste was awesome. Really great services.

They don't deliver the order on time. They charged 200/extra for delivery. Worst response from their team. They won't give u real updates. All are fake

So cheap and dull flowers and packing. Delivery boy is so irresponsible kept on main gate security instead of delivering in hand. Customer care no response

Ordered for Valentine's Day, it's 15 Feb today still waiting for the order to be delivered. Pathetic customer service... frustrating Indian e-commerce business... never ever order...

This is a very genuine app for order cake and flowers... Also delivery done in date and time. I personally recommend everyone to download this application..

I tried alternative of Ferns and Petals, i thought winni would be great choice, they ruined my motherds day.! 14th May is the Mothers day but these Unprofessionals are trying to deliver on 15th May. They literallary ruin the someone's emotions...

I was in the neighborhood and listen about Winni Cakes So, I decided to try it. Very helpful team, Simran ma'am is so supportive and great collection of flowers and cakes, All I can say is WOW. Delicious!

I wanted to surprise my friend with cake and flowers for his birthday. So i ordered cake and flowers from winni. And I got cake on time...
And it is of delicious taste. And flowers are fresh with amazing smell.

The cake was tasty but it took much longer to get there and customer service was almost useless. When we wanted to cancel they stated we would lose 30% of the order; that's a bit shady

I recommend everyone that this is highly overpriced bussiness model, please dont go for it if you can please transfer money in your loved ones account
And their are many local vendor who can deliver stuff in geniune price.
I am surprised i paid 300 buck for the choclates with marked price Rs130 can you belive it and that also with extra delivery charges wowwww.They are the coolest thugs and customers are biggest fool.

The beautiful picture of cake will make you the order in no time, but the one which they are going to deliver is something else…. THATS THE REAL SURPRISE! Which you and your loved one will get equally surprised just like me

Winni people are making us fool. They accept order for the products which are not available and then send other product without informing. DO NOT ORDER OR PAY CASH ON DELIVER. Further after complain they are not accepting mistake and instead doing argument and mention do whatever you want. Do not buy and waste your money. Further the taste is pathetic. They charged Rs 900 for the product which you will get in Rs 250 in local market and I can say local market Rs 250 cake will be much better that what was delivered.

Messed cake. Local bakery much better. Charges 2149 too expensive. Charged for heart shape extra n deliver round shape. Bought B'day banner which didn't deliver charged 149.

My order id was #*******250. It was the worst exp of my life. I ordered ferrero rosher cake for my wifes birthday with heart shape and birthday wish written on it. Nothing was there on it and no heart shape for which i payed extra and it costed me 2100+for that pathetic cake. U can get it for 400 rupees.

They spoiled my surprise with it and flower i ordered and wht i received was diffrent. Lucky bamboo plant, i ordered with bowl for it choosing higher priced one. But waste also. I spend 3900 for these thing and they spoiled the birthday

Just an advise if any one going to order from them. U will be disappointed. U will not get what u expected. If u still want to go and order. Best of luck.

The products delivered were really good, both the cake and flower were fresh, Its the most convenient way to make someone feel special on their special day, even if u are in a different city

Lavanya was professional and completed my order as requested. This is my first order so we will have to see if the cake is up to par with other competitors. The cake recepient is yet to recieve the cake and I will post an additional feedback on the taste of the cake i chose.

Worst service. Charged cake+delivery and cancelled they cancelled the order around 08:45pm saying the ordered cake is not availble. They accepted order around 07:45am and took around 11 hrs to say the product is not available.
Worst support team sitting in Chandigarh and disconnecting the call in the middle
