Very proactive customer service. Good service by Ms. Rashmi. This is my first time with winni & I am sure my neice will be surprise when she recieves it in the morning.

The worst experience one can face on a much awaited birthday of my daughter. Ordered a cake well before the delivery date & got an email confirmation that order will be delivered by 3 PM on 14th Feb. After a futile wait & trying to call/chat/email with their customer care no response. Finally went to a local bakery and bought a simple cake. Big embarrassment in front of guests & daughter's friends as she was expecting a photo cake & the party was supposed to start at 5 PM. To our surprise we got a notification at next day that cake has been delivered. After repeated calls and mail finally got hold of a (Pseudo) customer care agent who sounded like a pre programmed tape recorder who casually tried "apologising" to end the conversation. One of the guys even offered to get it delivered on 17th Feb! Are you people insane, don't you follow simple human logic that if a birthday cake is ordered it has to be delivered on that date only, & not offer delivery after 3-4 days.
I have faced similar treatment in October last year. Heads up to all those people who don't have a bakery shop nearby as they will ditch you for sure, guys pls don't trust these jokers as they do not value you as a consumer who spends his hard earned money for their loved ones on a very special day celebrated only once a year that too for a kid aged 5 years.

Here follows a automated reply that they apologise blah blah blah... And to contact their Pseudo agents for problem redressal

Except for the delivery time confusion the work was done good and products were delivered on time. It was a surprise gift order to celebrate the birthday of my old long time friend.

There was no message written on cake. Cake delivered prior to the time I selected. And for the fixed time delivery I have paid 250. Ferns and petals are far better than winni.

Cheapest rose you were provided, where all were almost dead! I'll never buy/order from you ever. Make sure other won't get involved with you too, so as they can be from you cheaters.

Guys please dont order from Winni, on 12th evening i ordered for a chocklate truffle cake for my wife birthday they have sent an other cake with a different personal message, these guys dont give you a refund nor they wont return the money, pathetic customer service, until now i didnt recieve cake nor money, dont go for it. There is a customer representative called Brijesh Bhatt one moron doesnt undertand the value of customer service nor gratitude. Bad delivery i have complained in the national food forum as well. I will share in across on all forums. Cant give them one also -

The cake one ordered was chocolate truffle and not good review on the taste and packing from my brother and family. I could seriously make them happy even. I am far from them. Thanks winni team..

The cake was broken and damaged at the time of delivery. No proper and immediate response from the customer support. Also, the cake was not exactly the same as how it was shown in the order picture. Just plain on top with the wishes text! I would not order again through Winni and would not recommend to others as well!

Moreover, they charged 200 Rs for the specific time delivery + 200 Rs for delivery charges + additional charges of 150 Rs for my mistake in entering the wrong pin code of the area which was collected from the person to whom I sent the cake as a gift! In their website, you cannot enter mobile number more than 10 digits. So how does a sender who lives in a foreign country can enter his/her mobile number with the country code? And they say that since they could not reach the sender in mobile, they collected the additional charges from the recipient. That was really bad and they SPOILED my surprise!

For 1/2 kg of cake with a bamboo plant, now I spent 1848 + 150 + my time talking to customer support + recipient's time talking to customer support. WASTE OF MONEY and the cake was also not delivered at the specified time. WORST overall!

Hi this is the first time that i am ordering online from WINNI
I wanted to deliver a butterscotch cake and i wanted to get it delivered on the same day
I somehow got into a chat with Sakshi (one of the employees) and this lady helped me a lot in providing with quick and relevant information due to which i placed my order successfully

KINDLY REFUND MY AMOUNT BACK AS YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO FULFILL YOUR PROMISES AND NOT ABLE TO DELIVER ON THE DATE OF CEMLEBRATION. IF DELIVER TODAY-LATER IT WILL BE RETURNED/NOT RECEIVED AS IT IS OF NO USE NOW.`

Placed An order and was delivered in 4 hrs amazing Service! And Simran from Customer service was really helpful she helped me get time to time update so the item reach my fiancee!
