I had order 2 to 3 three times before this current order and was satisfied with service tendered. In fact during the last delivery, only the cake was delivered without the gift. But up on complaint, it was delivered immediately. Flaws happens but correction and improvement is very very important and i see them with WINNI.IN. Worthy...

I was looking to deliver flowers to my wife living in a small town in Rajasthan where I was not able to find any website which delivers. I used Winni 2 years back for delivery in Rajasthan, and by chance I fiddled again here and found that these guys have started flowers delivery in Bikaner as well. Without giving it a second thought I placed order for Valentine's day and they delivered very beautiful bunch of 30 red roses. Thanks again

Please don't buy ever any product from winni, i booked rose brunch by 12:30 on for someone and slot is showing 2 to 6 PM on 07 Feb, and I ordered but these portal cheet with customer and playing game with emotions and love, order not delivered by 8 om to 9 Pm, and due to this my Rose day convert in worst day. Pathetic service and pathetic experience... Kindly close your shop and shutter... I'll go with social media for my concern.

Winni is a fraudulent company. I would have given a negative rating if possible. This company is a scam. Firstly, the status showed that the cake is delivered while it was not. Secondly, when I inquired I was informed that they didn't deliver the cake because the delivery guy had called and no one picked up the call. Clearly I didn't receive any call. Also, there is no explanation from the company why the delivery guy had to call even though the correct address was given. He didn't even reach the site but called. Secondly, initially the delivery charge was Rs 50 but next day they are charged me additional Rs 150 for re-delivery without any explanation.

This company is a scam and the customer service is horrible. Would never recommend to order from this site.

I placed an order for a Birthday cake & paid extra for mid-night delivery between specific time.
Unfortunately, it was delivered late despite paying extra. The cake a not message on it as request. It was plain cake as one gets in bakery shops.
Not very impressive. Need to show more professionalism.

I ordered for cake for a birthday anniversary along with message to be written on the cake, but they delivered the cake of different design and they kept a paper print on the cake for the message to be written on the cake.Also the taste of the cake was not at all good. When complained to customer care they are providing Rs. 100 to winni wallet and not to your account for not writing the required message on the cake and don't regret for other things like design,taste,quality.
They are making fools and thinking customer cant do anything once the product is delivered since they are sitting somewhere else. Personally i wont recommend WINNI for anyone

I paid for Chocolate Truffle with Midnight delivery charge but until now I havnt received the same and when tried reaching@ *******132 I am getting false promise and now they are not attending the call. Shame on such a disgusting service. I wish I could have given 0.5 star rating.

As a person who reside outside the country, giving a surprise to dear ones was quite tough. But Winni team cracked it! You guys made their day... also ours! Your cakes and the service are just superb that I can refer without thinking twice... definitely I ll get back to you once I feel I should surprise someone on their special day... thumbsup to one and all in the Winni FAMILY. I ordered white lilies worth 3,000 rupees as condolence for death. Winni told me they would send pink roses and a cake instead. When I said no, I need white flowers and no cake (to mark a death) they said they would send gerberas. When I asked how many, I got no response. Their ph no was always busy. Online chat had no response. Email no response. Text no response. Instead they sent a sorry looking small bouquet of white gerberas and pink flowers. Not what I paid for. Not the way we wanted to mark our friend's loss in their time of grief. Poor customer service. Will not be using them again.

Ordered butter scotch and got other cake delivered. When talked with customer care they told to replace. This makes me think about hygiene in this pandemic when they take the wrong delivery and deliver the same to others. Please think twice before you place the order.

After seeing so many negative reviews I was forced to place order with them due to this is only know brand serving there. But my experience was okay not that bad, there are room for improvement for garnishing. I am satisfied and will use them again

The worst online site to give order. I ordered the cake for my friends birthday but when they deliver the cake it was fully melted the birthday message was also not there. It kind of wasting of money it was not looking like cake at all when they delivered. I cleared mailed and 3 times called them before you deliver please call me and don't come and give in the office reception but they didn't bother to call me... I will never ever order it from winni site in my life time... Last year I ordered the cake from floweraura it was quite better...

I ordered cake & delivery committed was by 3 pm. Nobody showed up,
At next day, when I contacted customer support, nobody picked phone. I wrote email & got response that due to delay it might deliver today. Nobody showed up next day & day after. Email response received that someone would be in touch. Order status changed that it is delivered without physically delivering it.
These are bunch of liars & cheaters in the buiseness. Do not trust. Stay away & report them

I ordered cake for today(may 9), my order id is **************, they charged 400 rs delivery charge to deliver to HASSAN, karnataka.

We prepared everything for celebration and we are waiting for the cake, we waited whole day. They didn't deliver the cake. All members of family disappointed.

No response by costumer care, auto chat support is worst. Still the status of my order is processing.

I request you all, please don't order in this site.

Winni is the fraud and cheating customers providing spoiled cakes. When I complained, looks like they believe only vendors not customers. Even I have shared images and video of spoiled cake still they are telling which is fresh cake. They are blind with vendors. The cakes also costly and service is worst. I can give you order ID as well# *******3419. Last minute they change the order without refunding the amount. I really want to rate 0/5. Worst/ Stupid/pathetic service. I strongly not recommend this.

Winni has the best packages, thoughtful combos and professional online assistance. Nikita helped in resolving my issues with a delivery query and with such brilliant customer service, I believe I don't have anything to worry about while I send a bouquet of flowers to my parents in Bangalore while I live in Italy.

Good Service and good cake & flowers other products properly delivered. I was looking to deliver flowers to my wife living small of Rajasthan. Where I was not able to fund any website. Which can deliver. I also used winni to delivery on another place. I want to thanks such type of service. Too given li the little happiness in my wife face

Initially reading at the reviews... I was a bit nervous. If it would get delivered at palayamkottai (a city in Tamil Nadu). I had ordered for a fruit cake and a greeting card... but It got delivered at right time... and the quality was also good... m so happy with the service... they even wrote best wishes msg on the card... super happy

Avoid ordering cake from winni.in to 2nd or 3rd tier cities. They do not have quality control and most likely what they promise you on their website and what they will deliver to you will be a different cake. Please see attached picture - I ordered a chocolate truffle cake but their vendor delivered a different cake and was not so great in taste.

I sent winni.in email about my complaint, but for 2 weeks they were convincing me that these two cake are same in Taste, Flavor and Ingredients. It is only after my persistent denial to accept, they finally agreed that Vendor changed the cake at last minute because the cake fall down, which is also hard to believe. Because it happened earlier also. Winni.in do not have any escalation matrix, so maximum they can offer you is 100 Rupee voucher. I requested in emails that I want to talk to their seniors but they ignored my requests. So I assume they are ignoring complaints. I am still following up with them to refund my entire order money.

Me being a regular customer of Winni ordered a chocolate cake and a gift combo (2 roses, 1 chocolate and greeting card) - post ordering I saw in the order summary that it was a anniversary card which would be delivered. I got in touch with the CS - Kayra you are great! You were quick, polite and helped me thoroughly. I am very happy with the service from her. After that first request, I also told her that previously no message was written on the cake and to make sure it will be done today. She made sure even that is done. Cheers to you Kayra! Good customer support! Hope to see the cake with no issues tomorrow upon delivery :)

Everything about them is perfect. They provide every delivery on time. They are never late. The customer support is very much responsive on time. But only one thing which i disliked about them is they say their delivery is free before adding things to cart and as soon as you check out they charge you delivery fee.
Advice:- if you want to charge delivery fee then please be crystal clear from your end if people like it they will take it if not they won't it's better to be clear from your end rather than hiding things.
Apart from that every occasion they made it beautiful experience for me and my closed ones.
