Fraudster took away my Rs3446 and never delivered
I had ordered a cake, bamboo plant, hats and flowers for my Dad's 80th birthday since I am out of the country and cannot make it due to covid, these guys ruined it all, never delivered a single item nor are they refunding my money, the order total was Rs: 3446. I have written multiple times no use, have spent hours to chat with their agents. Covid has hit everyone that doesn't meant one gets to cheating... pathetic. I have ended up filing a Cyber fraud case with case # **************, i wished I could attach files here. And the order # was **************

I am based in Hyderabad and for Valentines day I had ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my wife who is staying in Bangalore.I placed the order on 13 and as on 14 Feb@6.30 PM my order is yet to be delivered. Not able to contact customer care on phone and no proper response on WhatsApp and instagram. This is the worst possible SERVICE. Never again with Winni.

I ordered flowers and a bamboo plant to be delivered in Delhi on 12th May 2019. The order status for # *******4165 was updated to Delivered incorrectly on website portal. The order was never delivered!
I contacted Chat 3 times. The reps are neither responsive nor willing to listen to the issue.
Winni has not contacted me back. I have not even been offered a refund or delayed delivery of goods I rightfully ordered.

For a company that makes big promises on their website, they have no value or respect for customer satisfaction

Update: I received another email from WINNI on May 15th that the order was Delivered. Another LIE from the company.
Finally they have agreed to refund the $ in 15-20 days! In this day and age, they take about 3 weeks to refund $.

I would like thanks to winni team as i have ordered for cake nd flowers and the delivery location was outer from city nd i have tried with others as well but no one was delivering nd finally winni delivered over there

I ordered cake for my mom/dad on their anniversary but they had to go to at one of our relatives due to some unavoidable circumstances. These guys straightforward refused to change the address. When pressed hard, they demanded extra 150 for the address even though it was in the neighborhood. They refused to even cancel the order. Ultimately, after 2 hours of chatting with their rep, I had to pay the extra 150.

Such a a pathetic experience!

Good it was very nice I placed the order from Winni.in for very first time and would really like to rate 10+ on 10. They have a wide variety of Gifts available. I am very disappointed with their service. They deliver products which are in bad condition then they send replacement after chasing them. They don't obey the timeline you gave them for delivery. I had a horrible experience where my Rakhi never got delivered and to make it worse when I chased customer service very cooly he wanted to shift his responsibility to me and asked me to chase with the courier people. Don't ever order from these guys.

We just ordered some flowers and chocolate for my mother in-law. It came on on time and with personal note. The bouquet looks from the pictures little smaller, nevertheless we are happy with the prompt service.

It's really really a good app Nd I must appreciate it for it's servicing and yeah everyone must try this once at least Nd I bet you'll surely enjoy the yummy cake. Nd if you try this please give your reviews also to taste Nd enjoy more and more delicious cakes?. Loved it!?

We used winni Cakes Bakery for my son's Motu patlu family themed birthday cake. They did a wonderful job. We received so many compliments from our guests on both how great it looked as well as how great it tasted. We will definitely use them again in the future."

Soft and the toppings were well placed, delivery people are also taking good care and the packing is also well articulated, I'm totally satisfied with the service they provided, It was super tasty. Really good quality

If you are ordering from winni kindly make sure that payment process is smooth but here you put all your cards details and payment did not pass and all your cards details are stored but if you tell winni to delete the waitng process of payment the will tell you we cannot and even customer do not have rights to undo it.

At first I was apprehensive about ordering birthday cake for my son online, but as I had very few other options, we went ahead with winni.in.
We had ordered a eggless lightening mcqueen cake in kolkata. The cake arrived on time and tasted superb. Everyone in the party asked where we had got the cake from. The delivery person travelled more than 4 hours from across the city and managed to get the cake without damage. So thanks to the winni team and the delivery person. You guys are awesome

There are so many sites to order flowers and chocolates. Unfortunately I picked this one. First of all they send the wrong flower color. If that was not enough they delivered only a partial order by not delivering the most expensive chocolates (700rs out out 2100) not delivered... if this not bad enough when I try to reach customer support the number is invalid. Lol... such a legit business. Sarcasm loaded.
Finally when I try to chat online with them spent 1 hour to no avail...
How do I report this website for fraud and file a consumer compliant so that others are not frauded like this.

A midnight delivery specialist taking Rs 250 for midnight delivery, delivered the package even before 11 Pm.
The package was supposed to be a surprise, but the delivery person called to know the exact delivery location and declared that he is coming to deliver a surprise birthday package. So is this professionalism? The extra charge for midnight special delivery should be returned immediately.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Do not trust this company at all. I paid more than Rs. 1700 for flowers, ferrero rocher chocolates some Cadbury's and a small teddy bear. All that the recepient got was some duplicate chocolates which looked like Ferrero Rocher but was some local company, a tiny teddy and 1 small box of Cadbury's. No flowers. All in all it would have cost less than Rs 500. What a ripoff. Tried complaining through
Email and chat and I haven't got any response to date. Their phone number is a joke! Please do not waste your money by ordering through them

I tried chatting online for some information for Winni and got hold of Shalini(Online agent). She was very gentle and humble through out the conversation and helped me in making my order. Thanks to her and Winni.

Excellent service. Though my call from abroad was at midnight in india, Anju patiently responded all my queries. I will be placing the order soon, hoping the quality and the punctuality will be same as Anju's
