My communication with the staff was absolutely wonderful on the phone or by email nice however the site the website when you're in your account was a little crazy. Worthy gave me a recommended reserve price and I didn't like it I put it to be higher. Then I went into change it and it reverted back to what the Worthy reserve price was. That part was confusing and not user-friendly I was very disappointed in that.
Overall it was a good process very professional and prompt. I would use this service again but I would want to be walked through talking to someone on the phone when it came to the reserve price because again I was very disappointed in what happened with my situation

Worthy ads were starting to pop up on my feeds everywhere. I did have pieces of jewelry that I wanted to sell and had a reserve in my mind. After checking with local jewelers and not happy with the results, I decided to give Worthy a try. For being a busy working woman, I didn't have the time or energy to watch and hassle for the money that I wanted for my pieces. So having Worthy do the leg work for me was nice. I wouldn't say the turn around was quick and easy because coming from Hawaii, nothing is quick and easy. The whole process took time but not as bad I would say. I will use Worthy again but not have such high expectations in turn around. I did sell my piece for what I would have been satisfied with so I am glad Worthy came through on that part.

I was skeptical at first because I wasn't familiar with Worthy. After reading reviews and checking their rating on BBB; I was confident enough to take a chance. I'm glad I did. Worthy communicated with me almost daily concerning the status of my ring. Within a week my ring was sold and in two days I received payment for auctioning my ring. I highly recommend Worthy.

I don't think I got the amount that I wanted & thought that the ring was worth. But- it was better than local pawn shops or selling online.
Overall it took about a month & they kept me informed but I did have to ask multiple times for status.

Worthy customer service was helpful and walked me through the entire process, I knew exactly what to expect at every stage, which was very helpful after FedExing my ring across the country. Which was also insured through travel. At the end I did receive more through Worthy's auction than I would've locally and that made me feel even more comfortable with my decision to sell.

I was pretty hesitant to use at Worthy at first but I am so glad I did! I sent them my old engagement ring and a necklace that I am no longer wearing. My engagement ring sold for more than I thought it would and while my necklace didn't get the offers I was looking for, they sent it back to me, insured and all! I didn't think that a company like this could exist but they do!

Information and guidance was unclear and inconsistent for a while. For instance, I was told to send the watch but not how to send it. And even after I'd sent photos, and told that Worthy had examined the watch and made photos, I was asked for photos. So I didn't think Worthy was on top of things. I got more emails asking me if I wanted to sell the watch; yes, that's what I'd communicated from the start. I replied that in a former sale I just took the item to Worthy and that I didn't know how to send it, and then, finally, I got specific instructions and shipping label. The watch got sold for a price I found satisfactory.

I had solitaire that my local jeweler offered only $2000 for - Worthy put it on their auction place and I got $4800. I gladly paid the $960 fee since I would have had to travel around try sell it and my time is precious to me. Thanks Worthy!

I achieved the highest selling price using Worthy and the entire process was relatively quick and very easy. My auction ended and my minimum price had not been met so the Worthy team negotiated with the highest bidder until they reached my set sales price.

My ring sold in a matter of days after it was put on auction. Communication was terrific. I knew what was happening every step of the way. When it sold, it was almost $400 over the asking price, and the money was swiftly deposited in my account.

Both of my Rolexes were sold slightly above reserve. Kendall was very cooperative and easy to do business with. My only complaint is that the auction only lasted two days and I feel I would have gained more if the auction was the usual length.

Very efficient and reputable company. Have sold two diamond rings with them - received closet $10K for one and $6500 for other. One caveat: before submitting valuables to them, check with at least two other sources to know a "ballpark" amount you can get to compare the value Worthy gives you.

This was really much simpler than i expected. I felt their recommended reserve price was too low. I chose to set it higher and it did sell above my set price thankfully. Would try this again and would recommend.

I had a great experience. I was always kept in the loop on every detail as it played out. I had my ring in a box for years. I was told at a jewelry store I wouldn't get more then $30.00. So it sat there. Finally I thought Id give Worthy a go. I mean how could it hurt I wasn't getting anything for it in the box. I got a ending bid of $ 750, wow! The only downfall I can give is I despise PayPal, days later they still won't release my money. Ugh!
