Let me start off by saying I am the biggest skeptic there could ever be, especially buying on the internet. Was I mistaken. Brilliance went far beyond my expectations. Natasha the manager put up with my skepticism in stride, could not have been nicer, more patient and professional. And Johnathan the owner went way out of his way with his search for me.He not only found the perfect diamond but upgraded at no extra charge. Talk with them they are first class. I unquestionably would use them in the future. For the record my wife could not be happier. Jack J

I was very nervous spending $$$$$ of dollars on something that you can't see or touch. The team at Brilliance put all my worries aside. We looked through hundreds of diamond in my budget looking for the perfect diamond to fit all my needs. They are beyond patient & very knowledgeable! Brilliance has the best customer service I have ever dealt with. My fiance bought just my engagement ring without the diamond through Brilliance. I wanted to purchase the matching band. After doing some research and finding a cheaper band elsewhere, I figured i'd contact customer service on their website. I was matched with Jennifer C. She had all the specs. And told me how they two rings differed. A couple days later she emailed me asking if I needed any additional assistance. I was sold! Not only are the rings absolutely beautiful and solid, the customer care is phenomenal! I would recommend Brilliance to everyone!

Wonderful customer service and helped me design a beautiful ring just as I needed it. Being able to view my order status in its phases of design was a nice touch without the need to call. Exceptional service and product. When the ring arrived it exceeded my expectations! I felt like I got the best deal and even better than that, when I actually proposed a month or so later, she was even more impressed! Great warranty. Wife and I ordered a Meteorite ring. The first one had some rusting issues which was quickly resolved with a replacement ring. The new ring has been great this past year, very good quality and very comfortable. Always gets questions and looks from the boys. Also there lifetime policy is great for when my ring size may change. Great customer service and quick delivery!

The ring and diamond are absolutely beautiful and the cheapest place I found for a Lab Grown Diamond. It was a bit disappointing that my order came in 10 days after estimated delivery, but the owner texted me and informed me there was an issue getting the diamond delivered to them. Some people on here are complaining about refunds; I ordered a ring and changed my mind the next day. They had my money refunded within 3-4 days and were very understanding about it.

I had bought a tungsten wedding band with blue dinosaur inlay, and not long after receiving the ring it was beginning to show signs of damage, Quite possibly inflicted by not being gentle while wearing. They, as they advertise, quickly replaced the ring for just the price of shipping! Good quality company that stands behind their warranties and has fast responses and solutions when an issue arises is A pleasure to do business with let alone their quality pieces at value pricing.

It was great working with Brilliance. We picked the mahogany ring so my husband could always say "it's mahogany!" Because he is a nerd. The turn around time was fast and was delivered prompt! Very well packaged! They also did great at confirming it was coming to me and made all efforts to avoid it being stolen. Will definitely use them again.

I'm always a little cautious about making such a big purchase, sight unseen, on line, but the process was wonderful and Natasha took care of us every step of the way. While Brilliance is a website I can 100% assure you that you will receive as much person to person attention as you need. Even though I was new to buying diamonds, I had done a significant amount of reading on my own in an attempt to be more efficient with my money online. Even though I was picking out what I thought was going to be a beautiful diamond, the people at Brilliance helps me understand the fine details that really matter when it comes to such an important purchase. After being sent an email with a few to choose from, and no pressure to choose anything outside of my budget, I found the perfect engagement diamond! I got my GIA certified diamond about 2 weeks later that was twice the size but still only half the price of the local big name diamond store! Oh, and she said yes!

I really had an incredible experience buying my girlfriend's(now, fiance's) diamond through Brilliance.com. All the people I worked with were tremendously helpful and courteous. I picked the exact diamond we wanted, and paid quite a bit less than any of the other online vendors. They also worked with me on payments to both secure the diamond, then pay the remaining balance. It was all so easy! They say a diamond is forever, but if I am ever in the market for another diamond, I will certainly purchase it from Brilliance.com.

I wanted to take a moment to express the service and quality of product I received from Brilliance. These guys treated me like family (they even gave out their personal numbers so I could text them direct) and delivered on a ring that exceeded all my expectations. They also came in thousands less then stores or "reputable" jewelry stores in my area.

These guys are the real deal and do yourself a favor and give them a call. You will no be disappointed.

Customer Service: Erin was awesome and answered all my questions without hesitation. She sent me photos and videos of all the diamonds that I wanted to see. She also provided other diamond options within my budget that were better quality than the diamonds that I was viewing. I highly recommend her if you're going to purchase from Brilliance.

Price: Brillance had the best prices for loose diamonds that I could find. They beat out my local jewelers as well as online retailers.

Packaging: Brilliance lags in this department as they send your merchandise in a cardboard box with "Brilliance" written across. Of course, the ring is in its own box, but I would have liked a box for all of my documentation. The cloth provided is also very small and ineffective for cleaning.

Overall: Due to their pricing, customer service that I received and beautiful ring, I rated Brilliance a 4 out of 5. As I mentioned, their packaging needs improvement.

The fine print is a huge reason to avoid this place. The rules for return are strategically designed so that if anything goes wrong you will not be able to return within the refund time limit and you will not be getting your money back. The time period actually starts from the date of the order not when you actually receive and see the diamond. They also refuse to help you shop for alternatives if you try to prepare for the narrow time frame of exchange. If you're comfortable risking your ring budget then it's no big deal. But if you are like me and it is an investment then avoid this fine print trap.

They were quick to accept payment for a $15k ring but when I asked to return it for a refund they have been really slow in trying to process the refund. I waited the full 20 business days that they stated on their website it could take to process the refund and finally called them to see what was going on. The person seemed disinterested in my concerns and was dismissive of me. He quickly cut me off when I tried to ask questions. He made a poor excuse stating they don't have enough workers. But they were so quick to take my money at the beginning. They also take down negative reviews on their website because I posted a review last month about the buying experience and now when I go back to their site I do not see my review at all. Buyers beware.
