Cheryl is the Executive Customer Experience representative in the Northeast Division. She is very condescending and fails to listen to you. Comcast (Xfinity) failed to do their job the first time I called to apply the ACP program. That is their fault not the customer and not the ACP programs. They owe me $30 but all Cheryl would say is the ACP program only applies the credit from when you apply it to your bill. Once again I did apply it to my bill but Comcast call center reps failed to do their job and thus I had to call back to find out why I was not receiving the credit. Comcast applied the credit the 2nd time for which I am now receiving the credit. Cheryl was not willing to listen to me and told me she was ending the call to which I definitely replied that Comcast sucks. It is a real shame that Comcast has a monopoly on high speed internet in my area or I would cancel service. Avoid them at all costs if you can... BEWARE!

My internet service started going down slowly THREE evenings ago and by 8:00pm gone. It's up the next morning after around 9:00am

I have called and talked to Comcast on two occasions about this and they blame it on my first inquiring about a disconnection a few weeks ago. The second time they blame it on my modem and line that comes into my office.

ALL LIES. They are having the problem with very old equipment that they don't want to replace. I'm switching to Verizon because they have to install the fiber optics. Comcast made a deal where they don't do upgrades after taking over a local independent ISP, which happened here a few years ago.

Lousy

I am tired of everytime we have an internet problem and call for repair they ALWAYS tell us that the problem is on OUR SIDE! They swore we had a bad modem so I went and bought a new $200 Surfboard and it didn't fix the prob so they sent a tech out. They always scream "bad connections" and "restart your router". That is their default answer for everything

Cancelation refusal
February 2, 2024

I tried to cancel my plan including the internet services for 2 months online, i couldn't of system error.
Today I called the customer service to cancel the service online, the agent ranged the phone on me.
I told this 2 months you are billing me for a service i am no longer using, he said he call the complaint otherwise pay now.
I told him send me the bill and I setup a payment plan for a service i never used.
He rang off the phone on me rudely. What a shameful conduct before a senior.
If you are with Xfinity be careful when you wish to cancel your services they full and kerp you online for hours without solving your issues, mocking you

A service you buy for the price. Then it feels like a Hotel California. Enter but can never leave. I cancelled last month and they're still billing me. Let's see what happens when I cancel again.

Horrible

We signed up for xfinity's services because we was about to move to tavares. Thats when my son was born and due to complications he died didnt end up getting that house due to the death of our son and the distress of the situation. Found another house in deland afterward and xfinity services are not usable in that location. Even though we was in a bad situation and we explained it to them they still made us pay over two hundred dollars for the cancelation of service. We will never use xfinity's services ever again. Go Get $#*!ed XFINITY.

Buggest scam company ever every bill was iver charged by 30-50$ and i would have to call every bill cycle. I canceled them because they were robbing me every bill. When i cancled they said they were sending a tech to pick it up guess what they never came so they could charge me 100$ i would recommend you steer far from this company everyone i know got overcharged also every bill cycle bill was 50.70 look at phitos

This is the worst company actually criminal in its nature. Called repeatedly to sale me a cell phone to be covered by ACP, assured me several times it was free and covered to only bill me and repeated attempts to steal from my account over night which further let's me know that this company knows its stealing which is why you are attacking cards in the middle of the night I am contacting the BBB and reporting these criminal practices

Worst company EVER

Price gauges you for everything it can. Can't get human on phone without an ocean of prompts and making you do bot texting first. When you do get a human they tell you different things in contrast. Everything is about making an extra buck on you. Surveys they send are only marketing tools to increase sales to you. Phone service is horrible. STAY AWAY FROM XFINITY AT ALL COSTS!

I recently upgraded from the XB6 to the XB7 and my speeds decreased. I called technical support and the person on the other end asked me to do the very simple basic things like reboot, move modem, what is my laptop, etc., all of which I had already done. Nothing is different from before and my speeds went from 300Mbps to 200Mbps. I plan to switch modems back to a lower plan to get faster speeds :)

Horrible monopoly, dont care about customers who are years old, charges more on autopay queitly - and always show like they are doing a favour by giving a promo to bring price down to normal, everytime you call them the $#*!ty autmated system asks you what they want rather than asking customer what they want, i wish their monopoly ends immediately, in a free world monopoly is a disease which needs to end, they are too big to care about their customers, they disconnected my service and offered me pennied in compensation - would never want to go with them, hope dont have to

Long story short I called to ask why I'm being charged $85 a month for 100mbs and instead of giving me an actual reason they tried to upsell me to get the 1000mbs for $80 as if they were doing me a favor and would not scale my 100mbs to what their website says it is which is like $30/month. Overall terrible experience felt like I got scammed the past few months

I wanted to update to 300mbps as they suck 100 mbps and it shows $60 and after few screens its $65 why to waste time for $5, you can ask on screen 1 itself right? Waste of time in comparing the plans and i dont get 100 mbps so i wanted to swtich to 300 mbps and see the worst thing that made my time waste to provide this review. Cheap jack

The people that help on the line are nice and helpful, the system they have set up is horrid and makes everything worse. You have to talk to a bot for 5 minutes every single time, you always get disconnected, and when you do, you have to restart from the beginning and get a new agent that doesn't even know your issues you already explained. No Id number to remember you or anything. I had to talk about my internet not working and a simple modem reset took an hour and 30 minutes due to them just having the dumbest setup possible that makes it harder than it has to be. The person that answers has to transfer you, but it gets disconnected half the time during that. So then you have to restar the process again, get transferred again… and so on. Absolutely horrible if it wasn't for the agents being nice and the internet being good I would say never bother. Unfortunately there aren't many options where I live and this is the best quality internet you can get and usually works.

Just horrible

This is just terrible, DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE, First they had to come out 4 times to try and get the modem to work right, then it was good for a short time... I pay for the fastest they have, sholud have been 900 down and 40 up, I don't get more than 150 up and the down is almost non-existant... Not good for my business... They said they would send a modem within 24 hours, been 4 days now... no modem, then. I contact them and they say they never sent it, the service is just the most deplorable service you could get, I am going with another company and ditching this sad $#*! company... if you are smart you will not entertain the idea of Comcast...

I woke up at 6:30 this morning to no cable no Internet it is now 12:54 p.m. and I still have no internet and no TV and of course you can't talk to anyone at Comcast because there's an outage well I will not be paying for this outage Comcast and suckfinity. Maybe maybe just maybe I'll take them to court and sue them for breach of contract because this happens an awful lot either we don't have Internet or we don't have TV or we don't have both so I'm tired of it I'm sick of it if there was another cable company I could go with I would but suckfinity is the only one there is

Horrible!

I requested tv & internet, tech tells me I only order internet, I had clear phone confirmation. Reps and techs no nothing! After almost two weeks I couldn't get the two wireless boxes I needed. They sent me running to the Xfinity store to pick up boxes and they don't have them. They they told me the geniuses that they are, they can't figure out how to ship them to me. The reps said the techs had them and install cable, the techs said they do not. They techs said they ordered the boxes for us, they did not. After over a week of pure stress, I cancelled the service and went back to Direct TV. If Xfinity thinks they are getting a dime from me for anything THEY ARE DREAMING! They should pay me for the 20 miles back and forth to the store that knows and has nothing.
