I'm really upset with Xfinity Mobile right now. Every time I talk to someone there, I get a different story, and it's making things very confusing. They said I would get a SIM card in the mail, but it never came. Now I find out it was supposed to be an e-SIM, but nobody told me that before. And on top of that, they're charging me for a phone service I haven't even been able to use because I was waiting for the SIM card.
Xfinity needs to make sure everyone is giving the same information and stop charging for services that haven't been used. I hope they can sort out my bill and improve how they talk to customers.
The home wifi and phone bundle is useless you won't save anything. I ended up canceling keeping the mobile phone service. They overcharge for everything and don't forget the random fees they create. Data drops after two weeks don't bother to get unlimited if you're always on the go it doesn't matter. They have crappy phones (including apple I have an iPhone) So plan to save up for another phone before you cancel your plan the phone you buy will most likely not be compatible with any other carrier after paying it off. You won't be able to use it while waiting for your new phone either your id won't work. They show zero loyalty for long term customers. Also, you can barely get a representative on the phone. You will have to answer numerous robots and you possibly still won't get to anyone. Customer Service is beyond terrible

Time has been approx. 2 hours. They will over charge you and bill you one month in advance. I will never recommend them to
Anyone. I was told on 10/31 to pay the past due amount to restore my service. Now today 2 days later the bill has more than doubled. "Greedy crumb snatchers'
Xfinity will mess with the service you pay for. They will make it so where your internet will not work until they are paid. And this happens before they even try to disconnect your service. They will tamper with your connection, they are the worst internet company out there. If I had another company to go with I would, customer service is piss poor. Right now I cannot access my internet, because supposedly it is updating, but I never requested an update, they just sent a signal to have my modem not working.
You cannot fill out the application if you do not have access to a scanner to upload required documents to prove eligibility. Four emails have been sent to the program which replies with the same email. The email does not answer any specific question asked. Bot? If you call, you get the automated system. When you ht the option to speak to a rep, first you are given your wait time and the next message is to call back during their normal business hours. The call was placed well within their working hours. So you cannot get an answer via email or phone. Don't really know if I qualify but at this point I'm wondering if the aggravation is worth the possible $30 discount.
I was going to switch to another wifi service but after speaking with Veronica ZRI from Chicago, she made the experience great. Veronica explained everything to me even there was program. She helped in many of different ways. She was very knowledgeable and eager to help me with my issue. She should be a training manager or something because I have never gotten this type of customer satisfaction from any other agent. Way to go Veronica!
Horrible service. If the internet is out, it is all out. Do try to contact this company because all you get is a machine that only knows how to repeat itself. Don't bother unplugging and plugging back in. It never works and is never the problem. Always their problem and not a connection issue ever. So tired of dealing with this company. AT&T sucks. Paid an old bill and they continue to hounds me even though l show them, 5 times now, that it was paid with bank statement. Crooks, all of them.
Recently got Xfinity internet and cable and the internet does NOT have the strength to support everything they promised! Can't even support my cell phone much less anything else I try to connect.
I'm very disappointed! We've been without internet and security since they came to hook it up.
I recently went to my local grocery store and found a loaf of bread priced at $4; the price was confirmed by a salesperson. At checkout the price was $4. It took me less than a minute for this whole process.
Why is it that when I attempt to update my Xfinity account, I obtain three completely different price quotes for exactly the same "cable and internet package" when I talk to three different sales agents? And why does this process take many, many hours?
Different things on your cable never working or going out. Wi-fi so slow, it makes frontier look awsome. And the price is so outrageous, it's unreal. I never and I mean never encounter a cable so $#*!ed up and outrageous in price for absolutely nothing that it's making me want to go back to my other cable company. If I could give this cable company no stars believe me I would I'd give them five f's. Please do yourself a favor, DON'T get xfinity or comcast!.
This isn't to bash the customer service reps as they just do their jobs. But Xfinity in itself is trash! My service is rarely working consistently, the app is never working, and you would think that I was trying to talk to the President with the crap you have to go thru just to ask a PERSON a simple question or to get help. If I could switch to Charter I would with no question. Their service all the way around is customer focused and 100% better then this crap! 1 star is truly more then deserved!
They keep upping the prices, their customer service is terrible and never know what they're doing. I'm switching to another provider and ever since they found out, I've lost service every morning for a couple of minutes enough to mess with my work. They're petty to a T. Look elsewhere for service, and their mobile service too. I had a brand new phone, completely unlocked and they couldn't get it to work after two weeks of back and forth. Then they kept recommending mobile to me when I said I was shopping around for different plans, despite explaining the issues I had with them. Either they don't listen well or don't care, which you don't want in a service provider. They're cheap at the start for a reason and none of their plans match better providers, they charge double for the same speeds.
I was with Spectrum for 4 years before moving to an area with xfinity only. If I contacted Spectrum technical support I ALWAYS got someone I could understand and was knowledgeable and helpful. With xFinity, NEVER. Routinely got incorrect information. I finally asked for a technician to be sent out. I got a text confirmation and a text confirmation the following day. On the day of the appointment I got a text saying the technician had arrived and would be with me shortly. No one showed up. When I contacted customer support and told them of the situation I was told by a guy with an attitude that there was no appointment scheduled. No follow up. I saved the text messages for a long while thinking I'd be contacted. No. The equipment provided was crap. 20 hours of of saved recording with no way of finding out how much time was left. With it being in the cloud if the internet when down you would have no access to it. So no television. I wasn't always happy with Spectrum but they were 10 times better than xFinity. Very good proof why people are going away from cable companies. XFinity wasn't even trying. Go elsewhere.
Was a customer since 2004. I did auto pay. My phone was paid in full. I went to change service, they red lined my account and froze my phone. Have been without service for 4 days now with locked phone. Overseas customer service REALLY REALLY BAD. Being a senior citizen without phone service... very bad. Saying "I now HATE this company" is the nicest thing I can say about them.
Oh my God. I wish to give them 0 STAR but companies are smart and there is no way customer can assign a 0 star. I called CC and phone boat says that I have to chat before someone can talk over the phone. Automated call system sent a link via text message and disconnected call. No option but I had to chat and explain 20 times the issue
Try to downgrade my plan,they said they did, it went up for double of the price, after I went in person to a store, nothing they could do it for me,they tell me to call.
I call again unable to speak with a real person,I end up going back to the store and cancel everything.

I asked for an extension on my bill and they agreed and said sure no problem. Then they overdrafted my account a couple days later. I called them and they said, oh well we can't help you with that. So they straight up LIED. They could have said we can't do that when I asked,, but they didn't. They agreed to extending my bill another week and now my account will have a ton of overdraft fees as I wait to get paid at my new job. I will leave Xfinity and never ever return or recommend them. Liars, I'm not gonna lie. This is the worst a company has every screwed me. Unbelievable.
This company is a joke and should have a public law suits against them. They are pure scammer thats why they give reward only if you put your bank account they will try to steal your money. They don't have a customer service they just have an AI $#*!ty system and some VA from overseas.
They sent me a defect modem and I called to have it change they said no problem they sent a tech for free then try to charge me 100$ on my bill for their tech when I was paying for a service that wasn't working.

Xfinity does not care about its customers. They regularly make promises and don't keep any of them. We switched cell service to them from Verizon and were told our service would be the same. In reality neither phone works. We have no service. We tried purchasing a new phone and Xfinity tried to force us to give them a copy of our drivers license and our Social Security number. Going into the store to prove our identity was not sufficient. They still wanted a copy of these sensitive documents. They missed six appointments. They never called us back. They did not send us the $200 gift cards they promised. And we have no service for the phones unless we're on WiFi. I do not trust them with my very private and personal information. Since they have a monopoly in our area, it's a difficult to resolve any issue. This is terrible and feels a bit like extortion in terms of our PII.
Xfinity is a rip off, and I just had a customer service rep. Tell me that when you ask for a Manager they don't put the calls through, I've been waiting on a manager to return my call for 3weeks now,
And I just keep calling, it's their way of stealing money without having to answer for it. I would never recommend their services
