Their incompetent technician knocked our service out while working down the road for someone else. That is what we came home to on Christmas Eve afternoon. Now they want us to wait until Dec 30th to correct a problem THEY created!

I cancelled the plan, returned everything and was told i wont be charged from next month. Its been 3 months, every month i have to call and ask for refund. I put in 1 hour every month to to do, looks like its going to be for life

Spoke with Yan today and tried to force me into their cellular service aggressively to lower my internet bill. After I said no thank you she then said then I can't find you a better plan. Garbage service and company imo.

RUNNNN! Don't use this company for any services. They constantly take money out of your account after you paid already. They charge all kind of money. Customer service is the worst! Please avoid the headache.

I called for guidance and billing. I was overcharged, but never received the credit. They continued to send me codes these codes ended up resetting my password? Over spoke me on the phone and offered me a 3rd party discount? MONOPOLY!
I am done Xfinity you suck!

After cancelling cable tv I had someone call me two weeks later asking to take a phone survey on why I cancelled. I kid you not the survey took 26 minutes. What company thinks it's ok to give a 26 minute survey after someone cancelled their service? Who runs this company because to be honest I think they're on their way to bankruptcy.

Xfinity sent a tech to my residence who was so inexperienced in, installing outlets this dumb A- - dallied the hole at the bottom of the floor and had the ordacity to place the cover over it. Told me to give him a good review. Call to have another tech do the work over because his work was B,S. Another tech came and did over. I requested my installation fee back they didn't acknowledge the request. Four days after the installation they sent me a bill for a thirty day period but it hadn't been a week. The customer service didn't speak English. Xfinity service is getting worse,worse each year

Do the Right Think

Poor customer service.
Should offer better deals and packages to renters.
Should send a letter or a response like AT&T did when they did not provide service.
When you take a service away, something should be said or a letter sent, like AT& T did.
Xfinity takes and takes and does not give back or replay as if they care about their customers.
Do the right thing!

Getting a live agent
December 21, 2023

Your phone system is pathetic. My question cannot be answered by a computer and I have no way to get to a live agent. You have hung up on me, you keep telling me you have to do a test and hang up on me. Regardless of what I say, you make it impossible to talk to a live agent. I wish there were more choices for cable because this is absolute terrible customer service.

WORST CMR SERVICE
September 13, 2022

Impossible to get an agent on the phone. I just can not fathom why xFinity thinks talking to a robot or texting is the way to handle cmrs who want a live agent. It took me 10 minutes and 2 phone calls (yes, I was screaming my responses as the time went on).

Terrible
May 9, 2022

For years I struggled with xfinity, terrible on all levels, poorest connection, customer service was useless as well, it was my only option for internet so they had me over a barrel and didn't care! Thank god Windstream Kinectic became available. Not only was it a relief to have another option, but it is way superior to what I had from xfinity. I can't believe the difference, finally it's not a struggle to have decent internet connection!

If you do not have to use Comcast, don't! They have to have the most unsecure server for email. Every week I am sent an email & text to change my password. "This is Xfinity alerting you that there may be a potential issue with your Xfinity ID. Please check your email or visit Xfinity online to reset your password." Every Week! I tried calling on the issue and their customer service is clueless. Comcast/Xfinity is the worst EVER!

Xfinity is a horrible service and their customer support isnt any better. I got a two year contract with Xfinity to lock in a price but that does not stop them from increasing my bill annually. The smarter choice is to drop Xfinity and stream the same channels for half the price like most of my friends and family are doing.

Not a good cable company

Xfinity is not a good cable company the internet service is sorry every month I have to call them and talk to them about the internet you pay to much money to this cable company for the service to be so poor. The internet keep dropping in and out and everytime you call you have to talk to an automated system.

Still waiting…
December 24, 2022

In May 2021, I called about getting xfinity for Internet. They said they'd need to do construction for coverage and it would take about 10 days. 10 days later I called and asked where they were at with it and they said my tag number has not even been started. Meanwhile I called for Internet from a different company. It is now December 2022 and Xfinity has yet to notify me with an update about my Internet I requested from them.

You can't bring your old phone and keep your old number. Their incompetent employees lied to me for over a month. Then they offered a "free" phone for $55 to make up for it. I already got stuck with an android "free" phone they made me pay for when I tried to bring my old iPhone. I don't need 2 phones. The battery life on the android is a joke. Now I'm stuck with a new number and phone I didn't want. The price for internet and phone is higher than they originally quoted. Bunch of liars!

I won't choose again
August 27, 2023

I am such disappointed with the mobil service switch from T-Mobile to Xfinity. The sales person didn't disclose everything about the mobile plan, even said he will waive the $10 line set up fee. Still charge on my bill and I need to take time to get the fee waived. Also, didn't disclose the outside call and message will charge on. Didn't disclose the internet have data limits.

Telesales rep- they will tell you that you are going to get discounts that you aren't and will change your order without making it clear. Speaking to a supervisor is almost impossible! Returned an order and they said they have the phone but need an order return number to give me my refund or I have to wait THREE Months make it make sense! Run hide but do not use this service

I am beyond frustrated with xfinity. When you call it is almost impossible to speak to a human and when you do they spend so much time repeating what you have said and apologizing it takes SUCH a long time to get anywhere. I wanted to set up internet at my new address. I booked an appointment but wanted to get through to a human to ensure they went to the right address. When I called them they could not find my appointment. They told me I could have one 2 days later. I said this was not acceptable. She said she would put it in as an emergency. The technician went to my old address...
I cannot get through to a human. They will call me back in around 2 hours.
Bunch of donkeys.
