Xfinity is a horrible company they Jack the price up every month the customer service is horrible they give you different answers for the same question and you never get the correct answers. I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy. Run run run do not stop and go.

Can't talk to a person and when you finally get through there all in expierenced. Very unknowable. My phone was trying to cast to tv and it wouldn't then it went to these stupid pictures that I can't get out off they said impugn your tv

Speed in great, content is fine. When calliing tech support 20 min wait time then 10 of testing which was not needed or already done. No prompt to speak to a live person, Several dropped call where you have to start over. Last tech wait time was 1hr 29 min...not a way to run a business

Worst company ever
July 24, 2023

Infinity is stealing money from their customers especially the elderly ones. They do nothing but lie and cut your services off. Anyone who uses them needs to change to a better company. We have had ixfinity for over 20 years and had nothing but problems for the last seven months. As soon as I can find another company I will away from them as soon as possible. And their customer services department are liars and do not care one bit about the customer. As soon as I can find the news station that did the report on how bad they are I will be contacting them

The new box exfinity requires only allows the pairing of one remote.
The customer service chief when asked if the box could be reprogrammed to allow multiple remotes and his answer was no way Jose.
Essentially Tom Karenshak doesn't care about the needs of his customers
My wife and I sit apart in two chairs and we are use to each having a remote. Now we are jumping up to get the remote when one of us takes leave for a few minutes.

Over Charging
August 2, 2022

The internet and cable are working fine. But the billing keeps changes. They keep increasing my monthly payment. $5 to $28 I have not added or changed my service. I had the service for 3 months so far and they keep increasing my payment. Not one payment has been the same. I don't get it! When I call about the issue, they tell me there could be a glish, they say it's all fixed. Then the next month, it's increased to a different amount again.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I had my cable & internet line to the house cut by the power company. I tried to notify Xfinity immediately, took over an hour to get to a real agent. Once on with customer service, I told the agent my wife and I work from home and need service restored right away. They told me the next available appointment was in 6 days! I cancelled my service, was back up and running the next day thanks to Spectrum. It gets better, I returned all of my Xfinity equipment and received confirmation they received it. I just received a bill for $210 for unreturned equipment. Once again a call with customer service, the agent tells me she is unable to access my account and I need to go to the nearest store (which is 1 hour away) to resolve this. They are also refusing to return my credit as I cancelled early in the month. Stay away from Xfinity.

Xfinity's automated phone attendant is totally worthless.
You will NEVER be able to talk to a real person.
My account is setup for autopay, yet I got an email saying it was past due.
Well take the money from my checking account dipsh*t.
Yet there is no way to find out why they're too stupid to take the money they want through their wonderful automated phone system, so no way to correct the issue without actually driving to an Xfinity office and try to take to someone.

My Mom has been overcharged and her bill has been incorrect since she began service. She called to reduce her bill and they did away with her installation installment and billed her over $700 for one month. Why would anyone agree to doing away with an installment when calling in to reduce a bill? She signed a consent. To quote the customer service rep "the consent doesn't always reflect the conversation or verbal agreement". Well my trust in Xfinity/Comcast whatever you want to call them is GONE!

Lost a loyal customer
October 26, 2023

Despite being a loyal customer of Xfinity for close to 20 years, when we moved out of state and were forced to cancel our Comcast/Xfinity the customer service was severely lacking. We cancelled our internet on July 19th and paid our final bill, or what we thought was our final bill. We paid in person and turned in all of our equipment to Comcast/Xfinity to make sure it was all taken care before we moved out of state. The first week of October we received notices that our account was going to collections. We were confused as we had paid our account in full, however, Xfinity told us that we still owed $150 for the remainder of July, a month where we had no television or internet service and no equipment to use it even if we did have service. I will never be an Xfinity/Comcast customer again. I'm tired of rates being raised, horrible customer service and no sense of loyalty even though we were loyal to them for years and years. Your loss, Xfinity!

Fast start, slow finish

We set up our Xfinity internet service one year ago and were initially pleased with the speed being delivered. Speeds consistently matched the plan. Over time, speeds declined and one year later it is not uncommon for us to have speeds of less than 5 Megs. Unfortunately there is no customer service available to address this problem. We have done everything possible to address the issue on our side but Xfinity is not reachable to address what might be happening on their side. We were once happy customers but now are very dissapointed,

Xfinity wifi is absolutely pathetic! Cannot connection 15 ft away! Customer service is absolutely horrible! No one speaks English. Which is pathetic. Wish there was another company out there with better all around service.

Terrible wait times, there's constant outages and they charge $100 for a tech to come out for 10 min and tell you nothing is wrong with the internet despite having outages for several hours for the first month of 2023. TERRIBLE service! Go to Spectrum! Never had a problem with them

Your company should be burnt to the ground! I couldn't find a live person to chat with anywhere, only a stupid robot that couldn't understand anything. You are dishonest by drawing people in with a plan and then raising the price shortly later. You are an insult to the word business.

I had Comcast which is xfinity now in the past. And didn't care for thier service but it was the only service available in my area. Then I had Verizon and it was awesome. Now I am stuck with xfinity because I moved and it's the only service available in my apartment complex.bummer. Customer service couldn't help me with my issue which is why I am charged higher rate than what I signed for. They gave me the run around for half an hour until I got tired. They didn't know why. And to add insult to injury they kept texting me and it was like going in a circle.

I have almost every service Xfinity offer and the moment I want to transfer the customer service rep told me and that I have recorded that you can't receive any information on your account if it's not complete paid out. If you want to know how this company operates just ask them for your transfer PIN number. And I try to upload the video I have I can't do that too because it's to long. And they are making you add a start I don't approve of no stars but that's the only way to submit it…

Every year Xfinity screws with our bill. We have been good standing customers since 1999 and we are slowly canceling their services. Now we are just getting internet and every year the prices change but advertised prices are lower than what we can get. Loyal customers get screwed. This is going to be the last year for Xfinity. I hear good things about Verizon and that is where we are going next.

Omg i cant even

Nothing but a headache for over a year. For months, every week I was talking to at least one person and no one could help me. They all lied to me and told me different things! They owed me money and then never sent the check and changed my balance to zero! And then they had the nerve to say I owe them! I have never hated a company more.

Don't do it! Xfinity is not a trust worthy company. I autopay every month and the have charged my account hundreds of dollars thru autopay which I never authorized. $100 was for a technician to come to my house, which was never ordered by me and who I never laid eyes on. When I spoke to customer service the said there was no charge. I can pull it up on my bank account side, but they can't seem to find it? WTF it went out of my bank account...into yours,. A bull$#*! company!
