I've been on their online assistant waiting for customer service and am completely ignored. You can't speak to anyone and the in store people tell you they can't help you, you have to use the online assistant which is doesn't work.

My Wi-Fi in my house stopped working. A service technician had to come out to replace the router. Then I got charged $100 for the service call. Why should I be charged for something that belongs to Xfinity and stops working?

They are cheating people

I am using Xfinity internet at my home for about 10 months. A few days ago I reached out to a live agent for a connection issue. The agent suggested me a mobile phone for free and a plan for just $15. He told me, that I have the right to withdraw and if I don't like my phone and plan I would return them without any penalty, charge, fee, etc. I accepted and they send me the phone and plan. By the way, they got a $33,75 payment in my account. I want to return it and reached them. They told me that I need to activate it and then I need to pay $35 for sth. I rejected. But They told me if I do not accept this, I would have to pay for the plan and the phone. As a result, I will have to pay $35 for nothing. At first, I asked all the questions but the agent did not tell me like that. I have the transcript of our talks. This is literally cheating people by telling lies and giving wrong and missing information. Shame on you.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. Xfinity is a crook. I broke a phone and tried to replace willing to pay full price for a new phone. I was told there was a promotion for a free Pixel 7. I asked numerous of times if ill ever be charged for it and they said no to come to find out, they put a random Galaxy S23 on my line, with a second line and they charged me for the Pixel 7. I'm still going through the mess right now if figuring out why and no one can figure out why the second line was added and why I have the S23 added on my line that I'm paying for when I don't even have the phone. I got all the way up to the executives and all they said is there's nothing they can do for me and I'll have to continue to pay for both phones and lines until the contract ends. What contract? I didn't sign up for a two line contract! I didn't sign up for a S23 payment plan. I'm cancelling my services with this company because they clearly don't know how to run a business

Hello,

I have been dealing with an issue with Xfinity for about two months now. I had called them & told them I was moving. They asked where I was moving to so I told them & let me know they did not have service. I asked to cancel service the day before my move date & asked if I would be charged since they don't have service in the area I was moving to. They told me no then proceeded to take the money out of my account ($427). So I called, emailed, chatted with them on many occasions. They kept telling me I would be refunded for the amount within 9-10 business days & the check never comes.

So I have had this sorry service provider for the last 2 years and out of two years it has not worked decently for 6 months. Everyone is rude and so eager to talk about a payment but have not even fixed the raggedy service. I have had 4 technicians at my house in the last 2 months and still don't have working internet connection and as soon as you call them it's someone who doesn't understand you or it's the rude customer service representative like Pearl S. In corporate or Devin in billing or LaTasha in customer support. Why even bother being a company if you don't have people skills or communication etiquette. I can't wait until this contract is up. I see why you all only have a rating of 1.24.

HORRIBLE

Wost company I've ever dealt with. Haven't had service in a week. We've spent hours and hours on the phone. Calls are disconnected. We've been lied to over and over. Finally scheduled a tech to come out. Called when they didn't show up. They canceled and never told us. Still no service. Stay away from this company.

No one can help you

I am not a customer and I won't ever be one. I have spent too many hours trying to get my DECEASED mother's service cancelled and then trying to stop them from taking money from a closed account! No real person to talk to. Hours spent online, on phone, to receive no help.

Intermittent service

We are constantly having terms of outages. Our security cameras are dependent upon a Constant WIFI connection. Numerous times our cameras have not recorded an unwanted "shopper" at night, because the WIFI had stopped working. I personally have witnessed this when a thief was on the premises and upon checking, "there was no WIFI." Happens randomly day and night, several times daily!

Worst service

The customer service did not know how to fix technical issues signals and mobile data are a problem i would recommend t mobile. Their advance support team also was not able to help me out. Their staff needs more training and they couldn't understand English over phone very bad unprofessional services they have

I just can't begin to tell you how bad the xfinity website is. I've worked in IT for over 30 years, and truly - the Xfinity website is one of the absolute worst I've ever seen. It's hard to find things, it's slow, it can require 3-4 logins per session as you navigate, it errors out ALL THE TIME, I just tried to log in and it literally took about 7 minutes to get the two factor login code. So, so ridiculous.
It's as if absolutely no one at Xfinity is looking over their amazingly bad website, or no one cares. There's not even a place to find a place to tell them how incredibly bad your website is.

Errors and untrained employees with a few Angels mixed in. Spent three hours on the phone being routed to seven agents when xfinity disconnected my phone lines and said couldn't get my numbers back. One day before my business went live. Had a heart attack after the phone call. Guess cause three hours with soaring blood pressure. Xfinity Kills. Returned all my equipment last year and turned off tv. So sick of charges. They convinced me to take a deal and turned on cable. I hadn't realized I was still being charged for a box I returned. Tonight I tried a chat and there was a 25 person wait. Got down to 12 and was disconnected. Came back and 23 in line, but I could schedule a phone call in 58 minutes. Did. Phone rings. Recording says to press 1 to speak to and agent. I get a really cheerful voice telling me they're closed and to try back during business hours. Also told me to try chat. They're trying to finish me off I guess.

I was scammed into signing up before they changed the price on me

I contacted xfinity for deals on internet and was given a promotion for $50/month that should have lasted one year.

Exactly one month after signing up the monthly cost doubled!

I called them and they told me there is nothing they can do since the promotion is over.

Very scammy!

Price increases
November 22, 2022

I started with Xfinity in February of this year.
I was awoken ( Im sick) and was told as of February of this next year my rates for just wifi will be increasing by $30.
That makes it $120 a month.
Told the representative that wasn't gonna happen. I'm on direct deposit with them, and as of January, I will be returning their gear.
After I hang up my wifi starts having glitches.
This is a joke!

If you have Xfinity look out.

Poor customer service

I switched from direct TV to Xfinity because of the promise of cheaper bills and faster internet service. My bill actually went up fifteen bucks without having hbo and showyime with Xfinity my internet service is about the same but the major difference I see is you have to call customer service for almost every issue move into the twenty first century and actually get computer savvy

We recently signed up for internet and cable with xfinity, I explained that I am on a fixed budget and only want/ need internet, it was then explained to me that if I went with the package I was being offered I could have the internet of my choice plus cable with discounts and packages leaving me with a bill of $108 after I go into my account and sign up for paperless billing and auto pay. I payed my first months bill of $119 with more discount to come with paperless billing annd anuto pay and when my second bill showed up it was $145! After sitting on the phone with customer service for 30 minutes all they could do was talk circles stating they were sorry for the miss information and there was no package they could offer me at that price without less services. Headed to spectrum for my internet and cable!
