They do not care about their loyal customers as long as they have the last 4 digits on your card they Will financially rape you they helped max out my credit card along with the interest purchases due to an Unexpected expense (several times) through the ACP program which did not apply correctly and are liars, manipulators to get what they want ($$$) & did not give my original requested promotion to a free device and "affordable" service. Disrespectfully, $#*! Com$#*!!
Internet speeds great, makes Century Link look like a snails pace service especially if you live in older parts of most any city. Their TV stations are like all the other providers - The more content you want to access the more you pay. As with all the others, monthly costs are high. When I am done with my contract I will get rid of most of their content and go to Netflix, Amazon and maybe a World News along with local channels. When you add up cell service, TV service, internet etc., we pay a lot to stay connected and develop remotecontrolitis along with along with communication interruptousness.

For installation and add on service payment but instead errored and put everything as upfront costs and won't help to fix their mistake. Then offer a credit which they didn't even apply to the bill at all. They get you to sign up by offering certain things broken down into payments then when you get it, they tack it all on first bill, admit they made a mistake but can't fix the error on their part. Beware... they would rather lose their customers than to help fix their mistakes. Going to verizon.
I waited on the phone for customer service for 1 hour and a voice finally came on the phone and the call was immediately disconnected. This is the worst company to deal with. They have too much of a monopoly and it's ridiculous because their service is the worst.
I lost a lot of time to order the device... several times... Each time I was informed that the equipment was on its way. The equipment was not shipped. Then the cancellation of the service and the instruction to return the collected money took another hours of chat.
Wanted basic local. Internet say they have the service for 20.00 per month. After almost two hours trying to get the basic service I gave up. All the wanted to do was to UPSALE and give excuses why you don't want local service. Even after asking for the manager I still got nothing but UPSALE, UPSALE. Gave up. Going elsewhere. Hope I can find an honest provider.
My husbands information was used to create an account with Xfinity. No verification was done whatsoever to ensure it was him. We do not have Xfinity service in our state and the scammer is located in Georgia. We have provided all documentation to their Fraud Department and have not resolved the claim. They have now hung up on my husband twice while they've placed him on hold. The balance that is reflected on his credit report is over $2k and has made a significant hit on his credit. Reporting them to the BBB as this has gone on for over 3 weeks now.
Once you're overcharged by Xfinity the robo phone system doesn't allow you to speak with anyone for hours to resolve it. It will eventually get you through to the Philippines or a possible supervisor who has no authority to resolve "your problem". They hoped to wear you down by wasting your time and your days.
Advice going forward. Do not even consider getting their cell phone service. Do not let them in your checking account, they will pull money out in overcharges and there's no supervisor that has the power to credit. They have an escalation team with a rubber stamp. You're not allowed to talk to them.
Today I tried to log on to my email account... and there is no icon for email. The site says to go to your account, but there is no Account icon. I rate Xfinity service just about equal to eBay... almost none
I ordered this month through Spectrum which connected me to xfinity as they stated Xfinity service my area. I had services set up for May. I couldnt figure out how to set up internet and cable so I set up a tech appointment for tech to come out. A few days later the tech arrive to tell me that the cord outside was cut and now its fixed so my internet works. He then tell me that I have the wrong boxes and that I need wifi boxes for my cable so I have to return it to the store and get the wifi boxes and download the app to view it. I am trying to get the app on my tv and cant figure this out. I called xfinity and cant get a live person. I called the number on my bill and got the resolution team who is trying to sell me something. Are you serious. I got a bill already but have yet to fully use their service other than the internet. This is mind blowing
My bill was due and wanted an extension the person offered me an installment plan I pay 50 bucks and I asked for a confirmation email and he said he couldn't provide that so he just have me his Word his promise which meant nothing I woke up to. My Wi-Fi off it's something very wrong about this and this company complete liars that was some of the money I had that I didn't really have to spend but I paid it under the impression that my service would not be interrupted. I am looking for new internet providers as we speak
In hopes to not keep this short….With the exception of being lied to, given false assurances and dastardly priority statuses which never happened, XFINITY COMCAST assured me my bill would be $50…which it was for 1 month then my bill jumped 66%…AND…9 months later and I'm still begging them to bury my cable so my neighbor doesn't cut my cable with his lawnmower! This company ONLY cares about making money. Like ordering from a restaurant menu and being served something you didn't want! They steal from you, they raise the rates without warning, once the contract expires no one calls you to renew the contract, and they simply charge you much more, they charged me from $100 to $166 without my authorization
I've had this crap service for a year and a half and it goes out all the time, it takes four five days to get a technician out, so for four or five days I have no internet no cable. Nobody helps you. I think everybody's job is to just screw you and that's what they do the prices keep going up every 2 seconds and you have crap service I mean the worst. Stay away from this awful company I just canceled my cable and my internet with them and they're charging me $200. I was going to keep the internet but when they told me they were charging me $200 for crap crap service there was no way I was keeping their internet. People stay away because this company sucks!
When your service goes down and you try to repair it and it doesn't work so you call in only for them to tell you to do it again then they will check with you. Still not working? Then they do a reset. Still not working! Now we trouble shoot. Why not trouble shoot from the first call? I am not a service tech!
My cell phone is paid off but won't unlock my phone. My cable was canceled without the account holder permission and now they added 600 dollars to my cable bill when I had their cable over 2 yrs now that I wrote a post abt the customer service being liars and say different things they tried to hit my bank account for 400 dollars that I never authorized them to never put my card on file but on my mobile account so this company is bull$#*! and I will keep writing post if it keeps up I'll get lawyer I'm sure that's not illegal.
They have made mistakes on my account and have not fixed them. Customer service is horrible. They have robots running everything. The people who work in the store have horrible attitudes and do not help, they will only tell you to call customer service. And customer service is no help at all. Paid my 3 xfinity accounts and paid in full now they took me on colection. Please don't trust this company hope this company disappear by 2024.and that free phone they offer you I ended up paying over 2k will never recommend this company if you want to get rob get xfinity
Your app doesn't work. Your website doesn't work. Why the heck do I have to cancel my plan and reenroll when I want to change my form of payment? Why is your automated system talking to us as if we are the incompetent ones when your service is crummy at best. Decent internet that crashes when a cloud is in the sky but man do you not care about your customers or our experience.
This has to be the worse intent and tv company. The started an outage this morning to replace cables but did not inform the customers about the outage. I work from home and had no service for over 10 hours. When you try to call, it is possible ro speak to an actual person. The service is always horrible and sometimes the internet will go out 2 or 3 times a day. I am in the Chattanooga area amd.do not.have access.to EPB as it is not in my area. If EPB would extend their service, they would have all the business from the xfinity users. We pay too much for the lack of service from xfinity. We should actually get reimbursed for the time we spend without service. Very very poor business.
